In a new social media post the Selling Sunset star flaunts her washboard abs in a blue sports bra during a day of self-care. “No filters just me in my happy place. Just woke up headed to the paint, studio meditated, prayed and finished some work that is sold! Painting is like therapy. It takes me out of my head. Find something that takes you out of your head. Amanda relies on a “solid workout” like boxing to blast calories. “I try to work out when I can (and have time) which can be hard, I love boxing,” she told The Daily Mail. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.
2. Meditation

In her recent post, Amanza reveals that she prioritizes mental health by meditating. “When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,” says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

She also loves carbs, especially anything with noodles. In one post, she sits on a beach eating Cup Noodles in her swimsuit. In another, she eats out of a chinese takeout. “Losing my noodles!” she captioned it.

5. Hot Girl Walks

Amanza is a big fan of taking hot girl walks. “It’s peak hot girl walk season y’all, who’s with me?” she wrote in one of her captions. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
