Serena Pitt first made waves in 2021, when she appeared as a contestant on The Bachelor. Later that year, she appeared on Bachelor In Paradise, and met her husband, Joe Amabile. Pitt and Amabile are successful influencers and co-host the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast. The couple recently returned from a trip to Costa Rica, and Pitt shared some highlights on Instagram. She captioned the post, “I was forced to leave.”
She Swims
Pitt likes to swim to keep herself in shape. In her Instagram post, she is seen enjoying a beach day. She also shared this reel of herself and some friends jumping into and swimming in a lake. According to The Cleveland Clinic, swimming has a lot of health benefits. “Swimming isn’t just good exercise, it’s great exercise. That’s thanks to the water itself, which offers buoyancy and resistance that makes it easier on your whole body than other forms of exercise.”
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Pitt shared some of her skincare secrets with Health Insight. “I have super sensitive skin that is greatly impacted by environmental changes such as the weather,” she says. “Going into the summer months I think it is still so important to put a focus on hydration even though it’s not cold anymore The biggest change I make is to be more diligent about cleaning my skin thoroughly as the combination of sweat and makeup is not a cute one and using products such as lactic acid that will exfoliate my skin, removing dirt and dead skin cells. I use sunscreen every day all year round but I definitely reapply in the summer if I’m going to be outside a lot that day to protect my skin and help with antiaging!”
She Builds Self-Confidence
Pitt tells Health Insight that she has built a lot of confidence in herself. “There is nothing more beautiful than confidence! No matter what you look like, the most important part about beauty is what shines through! Taking care of yourself from the inside out to make yourself feel the most beautiful goes past putting on mascara and I think for women, feeling beautiful and loving the skin you’re in is so important!”
She Hikes
Pitt likes to go on hikes to keep herself in shape. She included a photo of herself and her husband on a hike in Victoria, British Columbia in this Instagram post. Pitt also shared this reel of herself hiking. Piedmont reports that hiking is very beneficial. “Going up and down hills gets the heart pumping, creating a great cardio workout.”
She Cooks
Pitt likes to cook healthy foods for herself. She shared this video on Instagram of herself making muffins with protein powder. Pitt captioned it, “Cold weather has me craving Apple Cinnamon Muffins! I’ve always loved baking sweets, so I do my best to keep my recipes nutritious!
