Sharvari Wagh is a very successful actress, and previously had a career as a director. Her best-known role was in this year’s film, Munjya. She recently shared a set of workout photos on her Instagram. In them, she did a punch and a plank. Wagh wore a white bra and black pants. She captioned the post, “Never miss a Monday. #MondayMotivation.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Sharvari Wagh stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Researches Skincare Products

Wagh has amazing skin, and she tells Vogue that she does research on the products she uses. “Paying attention to my skincare routine is important because I struggle with acne. I suffer from PCOS, so every month I’m contending with a different kind of skin. I actually enjoy turning a product around and reading the ingredients. If I see an ingredient that I’m not familiar with, I’m the first to Google it to see whether it’ll work for me. When you have an issue or problem points, you’ll do anything you can to find a way to fix it. I am always looking for solutions and I see a real ROI on it. When you’re confident about your body, your skin, and your mental state, that’s true wellness to me.”

2. She Has Facial Treatments

Wagh shared some of her favorite facial treatments in her Vogue interview. “There is nothing more underrated than a face massage—it wakes you up better than anything else. What really helped my acne are black carbon peels, which I schedule every three months. The accompanying laser treatment lets the liquid carbon bind to the skin, which really lets it penetrate and exfoliate.”

3. She Works Out On A Regular Basis

Wagh makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She shared her fitness routine with Vogue. “To balance my hormone levels, I try to work out at least five times a week. I do weight training twice and Pilates thrice. On a busy day, I try to get 10 surya namaskars done. It increases your heart rate, plus yoga centres me and reduces my cortisol levels too.”

4. She Eats Healthy

Wagh makes sure to eat a healthy diet, as this helps with her skin. “My whole wellness routine revolves around my skin,” she told Vogue. “I’ve given up dairy and I’m trying to eat less sugar. My favourite juice is chock-full of hydrating, skin-healthy ingredients too—I blitz spinach, cucumber, mint and amla and drink it every morning.”

5. She Loves Apple Cider Vinegar

Wagh shared some of her favorite foods in an interview with The Bollywood Bubble. She says that she loves water and apple cider vinegar in the mornings. UChicago Medicine states that apple cider vinegar has a lot of benefits. “Aside from probiotics, ACV has a vitamin profile similar to apple juice. Hence, the sour drink is ripe with B-vitamins and polyphenols (plant-based antioxidants). All in all, the probiotics, acetic acid, and the nutrients in ACV are responsible for its health benefits.”

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Hit Bottom

Lequeux hit a bottom when a relationship of five years ended. “I became very depressed and wasn’t eating properly. This was the lowest point I found my weight—I was 113 pounds at a height of 5’8″, so you can imagine how malnourished I was,” she said in another interview with Muscle & Fitness.

Exercising 5 Days A Week

Valentina works out regularly. “It’s not easy,” she told Muscle & Fitness. “I’m in the gym five days a week. I want to show the world what it takes to make a change and have an impact on my Instagram.”

She Does Core HIIT Workouts

She recently shared a hardcore “Core HIIT” workout. “If you want VISIBLE abs, remember this: it doesn’t matter how many reps or sets you do…If you are eating in surplus and high in body fat your abs won’t show! Shredded abs formula: moderate caloric deficit.” She offered more details: “Set a 15-20 min timer and perform in AMRAP style. Do as many reps as possible of all 4 exercises one after the other. Leave 1 minute of recovery at the end of each round until completing the 15-29 minutes,” she says.

1. Leg rise + abduction

2.In and out crunch + half circle X15

3.High knees 20 sec (nonstop)

4.Banded bicycles X15

5.3 air squats + 3 abductions AMRAP 30 sec

Bhumi Pednekar is breaking a sweat – in her two-piece workout ensemble. In a new social media post, the actress shows off her amazing body – including her flat abs – in exercise clothes during an intense gym session. “Post dengue I couldn’t even walk a Km. Add to this a rib and knee injury along with massive muscle loss. I was a Mess!!! It’s taken me 3 months to actually get back. Slow and steady,” she captioned the Instagram post. What does an expert think about her workout – and what other exercise and diet habits help keep her in shape? Celebwell has all the details.

1. A Great Full Body Workout, Says an Expert

Bhumi.Pednekar.1Bhumi Pednekar/Instagram

Kendra Gamble, HIT Fitness Training, Huntingdon Valley, PA, NPTI Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant explains that Bhumi is doing a full body workout “which is a good option if you are trying to focus on fat loss as well as some muscle gain,” she said. “For the most part these are pretty good exercises. However, she doesn’t recommend the one where she’s on her back, her feet are on the ball, and she’s tapping her heels on the ground alternating, “if you don’t know how to properly engage your core (which most people don’t) then you will feel your own back – and possibly injure it,” she says.

2. Devotion to Fitness

“I work really hard; it’s become an active part of my routine,” Bhumi told Vogue India. “If you want something, don't wait for a Monday to begin working for it. Just show up,” she added to India Today. “I just woke up each day and showed up at the gym. I decided to never break this resolve, so there were days when I would merely take a steam and sauna and potter around. But I was there, soaking in the energy. There's no dearth of excuses when the motivation is down. I knew I had to push past this.”

3. Running

“Running regularly and light exercises along with a balanced diet will help keep you active. Hence, I start my day with running followed by a healthy breakfast including foods like nuts, fruits that help maintain my energy levels and give me the boost of nutrition I need to go about my day," she revealed in another interview with Vogue India.

4. Exercise Is Her “Me Time”

“The hour or two I spend in the gym every morning is me time," Bhumi told Vogue. “It’s not just physical, it’s meditative too; I do a lot of thinking when I’m working out."

5. Counting Steps

“I make sure to dedicate an hour to exercise daily and have made a resolution to complete 7,000-8,000 steps in a day so I don’t feel lethargic. It may look difficult since you’re indoors all the time but it’s important to push yourself," she told Vogue.

Emsculpt NEO

She’s Consistent

Last year, Culpo was preparing for her wedding. She told E! News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

She Keeps Her Skin Healthy While Traveling

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

She Packs Healthy Snacks

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."

Abigail Ratchford’s amazing body has helped her become one of the most famous models on the internet. The 32-year-old, who boasts over 9.1 million followers on Instagram alone, attributes her measurement-defying body to a few simple habits. Here is everything she does to stay fit at 32.

She Follows 4 Diet Rules

Abigail swears that abiding by simple rules helps her stay in shape. “I can’t diet. That just doesn’t work for me,” she told New Beauty. “I started to be healthier by first cutting out soda. Then, I stopped eating after 7 p.m. Finally, I started really watching my portions so I was eating fewer calories every day. And water—lots and lots of water.”

She UsesMyFitnessPal

Abigail explains being accountable for what she eats is crucial. While it’s not “rocket science,” she does use the MyFitnessPal app to track her eating. “I’m the type of person who likes to eat what I want. The app can help anyone do that—you can still eat great food, you just eat less of it,” she added New Beauty.

Pilates

Golden girl Abigail Ratchford is spotted out on the town

Abigail is a fan of Pilates. “Group workout classes are so big right now, but I always get nervous around other people in settings like that. I have to go at my own pace without a bunch of distractions so, for me, Pilates with a one-on-one instructor works best. It’s not cheap, but then you also aren’t tempted to skip,” she said She added to Men’s Fitness via Muscle & Fitness that the workout “keeps you long and lean” — and the Mayo Clinic agrees. They say it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Balanced Diet

“I love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll put some protein powder in the morning—I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff that’s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning. I love BBQ food—my ultimate cheat is a pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, and macaroni and cheese from this great place in LA,” she told Men’s Fitness.

Strength Training

Ratchford also lifts weights. “Initially, I made the mistake that a lot of girls do and I was only doing cardio. I just really didn’t see too much change in my body. I’ve been listening to my girlfriends who are in great shape and they say you have to do weight training, you have to go in and do squats. That’s my new thing—I’ve been doing some resistance training, circuit training,” she told Men’s Fitness. The Mayo Clinic explains that strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills
