She Spends Time With Her Dog

As you can see from her Instagram post, Jack likes to spend time with her dog to keep herself in shape. She Swims

Swimming is the main way Jack stays in shape. According to The Cleveland Clinic, it has a lot of benefits. “Swimming isn’t just good exercise, it’s great exercise. That’s thanks to the water itself, which offers buoyancy and resistance that makes it easier on your whole body than other forms of exercise…We love an equal-opportunity physical activity! Swimming is for people of various ages, weights and health conditions, and no matter your activity level, you’ll reap some of its benefits.”

She Does Squats

Jack shared some of her favorite workouts in this Instagram video. In it, she is seen doing squats with a barbell. Allina Health states that squats have a lot of benefits. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong. Include squats in your exercise routine two to three days a week to reap the benefits from this dynamite move. She Strength Trains

Jack is also seen strength training in the previous Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic states that strength training exercises have a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury.”

Jack is also seen doing box jumps in the previous Instagram video. “I have a few favorite trainers whom I’ve enjoyed following over some time now, including Melissa Wood, Megan Roup of Sculpt Society, and Shannon Nadj of Hot Pilates. It’s extremely motivating to follow their workouts, even from the comfort of home. I usually gravitate toward workouts that incorporate a lot of Pilates. My favorite moves are making small circles and stretching your legs with ankle bands. Lastly, I like to use a resistance band, pointing your feet and pulsing up and down; it’s great for the inner and outer thighs,” Shanina revealed to Hum Nutrition about her workout.

Food-wise, Shanina eats according to her blood type (O), following the diet book Eat Right for Your Type by naturopathic physician Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo. “Im a meat eater and it’s really important that I get a lot of protein and vegetables… so I get all my energy just from that, and I find it’s working,” she told Vogue. “Obviously I like to indulge. I have a huge sweet tooth… Chocolate and ice cream,” she said. “I like to eat in moderation, I find if you deprive yourself of things, when it gets to that moment that’s breaking point you overindulge. Eat in moderation and it’ll all work out.”

“To stay positive, do things that make you happiest,” encourages Shanina. “Whenever possible, I go for long-distance hikes with my dogs,” she told Hum. “Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. She says that she does a lot of cardio workouts, and aims to do them four times a week. “For me it’s really important to keep up my cardio,” she says. “I run, ride my bike (both outside) and I take spin class. She tells People that when she doesn’t have a lot of time, she does really intense workouts. “I’ve learned that I get a good intense, short workout by running sprints on the treadmill. It’s not always about distance – a workout is about the intensity you put into it. So when I don’t have a lot of time, I really focus my energy and go really hardcore – run 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off for several minutes. Then I do a similar intensity doing burpees (pushup, jump to your feet, and then jump in the air, then back down to pushup).”

Shayk broke down her wellness habits in an interview with Women’s Health. She admits that she’s not the biggest fan of most cardio workouts, like running. However, she has found a cardio exercise that she loves. “Four months ago I started jiu-jitsu with my personal trainer, and it’s great. It’s a Japanese self-defense discipline, but because there’s so many possible move combinations, it’s brilliant for constantly challenging my body and pushing it to exhaustion every time.”

2. She Does Barre Exercises in Her Hotel Room

Shayk has to do a lot of traveling for her job. However, she doesn’t let her schedule stop her from working out on a consistent basis. Shayk tells Women’s Health that she does exercises in her hotel rooms, usually a barre workout. “If I'm traveling, I try to work out in my hotel room or at work during breaks, focusing on simple barre moves that don’t need any equipment and really work my arms and bum.”

Shayk is also open about her love of a balanced diet. “Two days ago I had a huge burger with cheese, French fries, lots of ketchup, and a large Sprite,” she explains to Women’s Health. “But in the name of balance, I got up the next morning, did 30 minutes of barre in my room and ate steamed fish and grilled vegetables for dinner.”

Shayk may be a model, but she tells Vogue that she doesn’t put herself on “model diets.” She says that she focuses on living a balanced lifestyle. “I drink a lot of water, but I don't do diets,” she said. “People have this opinion of models that they don't eat - they'd soon stop thinking that if they saw me in a restaurant. I eat ice cream and cake, but it's a question of balance. If I eat something like that, I feel much better afterwards if I spend a few hours in the gym.”

1. She Took Drastic Measures to Slim Down for Love Island

Shaughna went to drastic measures to lose weight for the show, sharing about it in a 17-minute video on her YouTube channel. She wouldn’t allow herself to eat treats over the 2019 Christmas period and asked her colleague to "shame" her every time she tried to. “I think for me and the series that I was in, we had it the hardest... because the casting process was over Christmas,” she said. “Everyone and anyone indulges, but because we knew we were potentially going into the villa, I for one did not have one Quality Street that whole Christmas season... Now, that was a bad Christmas.”

2. She Worked Out 90 Minutes Every Night

She went to the gym for 90 minutes every evening and her routine was “very, very strict,” she said. “I would do 20 to 25 minutes on the treadmill very fast at a high incline. I would do a few sets on the lat pulldown machine... and then I used to do a quick circuit on the mats. I used to use like free weights and stuff and that would literally be it every single day.”

3. Working Out Makes Her Feel Better

What motivates her to stay in shape? “Honestly? I become an anxious mess if I don't work out. It sounds cliche, and everyone always says, ‘Oh when you work out you feel better,’ but it’s actually true,” she told Bustle.

4. She Launched a Nutrition Plan

Shaughna launched her own fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle plan, Be You With Shaughna. “No before and after shots. No guaranteed ‘drop a dress size’ promises. No get fit quick plan,” she writes. “What my plan does include? Dedicated work to improve your mental health. Workouts that go at your pace. Nutritional advice aimed at encouraging your relationship with food, and not how to restrict your food.”

5. She’s an “Early Bird”

“I've always been an early bird. Ever since I was little, I've just always been up literally before the sun,” Shaughna told Bustle. “I don't like being rushed in the morning, so although I could probably easily get another hour in bed, I would rather just get up and start waking up gradually. These days, my normal morning routine starts at 6 a.m. I get up, make my breakfast, and have a cup of coffee, or tea, depending on my mood. I watch a little bit of TV before I head to workout at 8:30 a.m. I like to get it done and dusted because that way it means nothing like social media can impact my workout.”

6. She Takes Baths

“I'm definitely a bath girl. To the point where I miss having them in the summer because the last thing you want is to increase your body temperature,” Shaughna told Bustle. “When I used to go to the gym after work, in the days before Love Island, I remember the moments when I would see a text from my mum saying, ‘Your bath is running’ and it would literally feel like I’d won the lottery. Thinking about my bath is one thing I used to do to get me through the gym. Feeling that post-workout ache and being in the bath. There is nothing better! I've got to have a lot of bubbles, not bath salts – I can just feel the grains and it makes me feel like the water is dirty. Lots of candles. I like to have my hair up, out of my face, because I get very hot and bothered.”

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

Romani is open about following a vegan diet. She shares a lot of posts on her Instagram story highlights of herself enjoying vegan foods. When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!!
