Shefali Jariwala is showing off her post workout glow in her exercise clothes. In a new social media post the Bigg Boss star flaunts her fit figure in a two-piece workout ensemble after a workout session at the gym. “Feeling electric,” she captioned the Instagram post. “Looking so gorgeous,” commented one of her followers. “You look like cleopatra,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Yoga

Shefali is a yogi. “I do ashtanga yoga, advanced ashtanga yoga,” she told Women Fitness. “I’ve been doing that for a long time as well. So I really like yoga that helps me with my stretching and my lung capacity, the breathing exercises and kind of for the mind. It’s a great workout, for the mind as well as the body. So I do love yoga.”

2. Strength Training

Shefali does weight and strength training. “I go to the gym three times a week. I do have a personal trainer and we try and do various different kinds of exercises and different routines every now and then to give the body a shot,” she told Women Fitness. “But yeah, one thing, that I do extremely heavy weights and because I believe that if you want to look like a goddess, you’ve got to train like a beast. So I do train like a man. I do train like a beast. And I guess I have a very strong core. I have developed it through the years.”

3. Not Allowing Her Weight to Fluctuate

Slim,Concept.,Scale,And,Measuring,Tape,On,White,Background,TopShutterstock

Shafali doesn’t allow her weight to yo-to too much. “As you are aging, you know, you as a woman especially, you have to make sure that you keep your weight under control because it tends to get difficult as you age, you know, to drop the weight. So I make sure that I don’t, you know, from my range of weight, I don’t kind of put on more than 2 kilos ever, because then it becomes difficult to, you know, take longer also from being a lot of effort to drop that,” she says.

4. Healthy Diet

Screen Shot 2024-04-24 at 10.53.50 PMShefali Jariwala/Instagram

“As far as diet is concerned. I’m not much of a foodie anyways. I don’t have a sweet tooth. So I think that what works really well for me through the week, I’m eating extremely healthy, getting my protein. So my dinner is always salads,” she told Women Fitness about her diet, adding that “it’s all about portion control. So I eat everything. But, you know, I might keep that portion control in check.” She also allows herself “one day in a week” or “one meal” as a cheat meal. “And I don’t hesitate eating whatever I want to eat, whatever the mood is, you know, whether it is Chinese takeout or, you know, desserts or anything that I want, anything that my heart desires. So I do reward my body and myself with one cheat meal in a week. You know, for all the hard work and all the discipline, you know, it’s important to do that,” she says. “So, yeah, and I also believe that the body’s made in the kitchen and not in the gym. 80 percent of your body depends on what you eat and what is cooked in your kitchen. You know, and gym is just for strengthening and toning up. But even if I didn’t have the gym around, if I just eat right, that would not cause much harm to my body. So I do eat right. I eat healthy and I reward myself every now and then with a cheat meal.” And I think that just works fine for me.

5. Hydration

Shefali prioritizes hydration. “I drink a lot of water,” she tells Women Fitness. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

6. Exercise

What is the best type of workout for Shefali? “For me, my favorite exercise, I think any exercise is great exercise,” she told Women Fitness. “I wake up in the morning and start my day with an hour on the stationary bike. I kind of like cycling because it’s gentle on my knees and it’s a spin bike. So, you know, if you know how to do it, you can kind of work out on all parts of your body.”

4. She’s Passionate

Pandey has a lot of passion for what she does. She talked about this in the same interview. “I’m an actor who invests a lot of energy and passion into every project that I pick. 5. She Works Out On A Regular Basis

Pandey shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Women Fitness. When it comes to working out, Pandey tries to do so as often as she can. “I try working out every day,” she says. “But when I miss out I still try to go for a walk or do 10-minute of surya namaskar. Certain days I might just take my dogs for a run. The key is to stay active as much as you can that is very important and to enjoy doing so.”

1. She Loves Being Active

Jariwala takes genuine pleasure in working out and staying active. “Being fit makes me feel healthier and it also helps in maintaining a relaxed state of mind,” she says. “Diet coupled with gymming makes for a powerful recipe for good health. So for me, it’s always gym with a healthy diet… I do spinning twice a week, and weight training and yoga thrice a week. Also, I am an active person so I am dancing all the time, I love to walk and take the stairs occasionally.”

2. Lifting Heavy Weights

Jariwala’s favorite workout is weight training. “I do extremely heavy weights and because I believe that if you want to look like a goddess, you’ve got to train like a beast,” she says. “So I do train like a man. I do train like a beast. And I guess I have a very strong core. I have developed it through the years.”

3. Water and Vitamin C

Jariwala swears by water and vitamin C for beautiful skin. “The best item to consume for better skin is water,” she says. “The more water you drink, the better your skin looks, the better your system cleans, the better you feel. Your energy levels are up. After water comes vitamin C. Any food with vitamin C such as oranges or citrus fruits helps with the anti-oxidation.”

4. Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga yoga is a core part of Jariwala’s workouts. “I do ashtanga yoga, advanced ashtanga yoga,” she says. “I’ve been doing that for a long time as well. Jariwala is diligent about maintaining her skin health, especially when it comes to sunblock. “I keep my skin and hair care simple and organic,” she says. “The number one reason for skin aging is the sun and for that, I always wear sunscreen, even if I am at home. I wash my face with neem-based organic face wash and exfoliate it twice a week since I have oily skin. Also, using clay-based face packs 1-2 times a week helps. Most importantly, I make it a point to remove my makeup no matter how tired I am. For my hair, I oil regularly with warm olive oil twice a week and use deep conditioners every week.”

Sharma swears by CrossFit workouts, and heads straight for the gym after a day of work. “I have started working out religiously, it's gotten me addicted,” she told Pinkvilla. “It’s not even the gym, it’s functional training.”

2. She’s a Winner

Sharma was thrilled to win Khatron Ke Khiladi - Made In India. “Winning the season brought a sense of happiness and satisfaction within me,” she told Times Now Digital. “It was also my answer to those people who thought Nia was only about make-up and styling. No, she’s not. She is a winner and she has proven it with this win.”

Her favorite breakfast is eggs and black coffee. “Looking at the nutritional breakdown, one egg contains roughly 75 calories, 5 grams of fat, 6 grams of protein, 0 carbohydrates, 67 milligrams of potassium, 70 milligrams of sodium and 210 milligrams of cholesterol,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Eggs are also a great source of vitamins A, D and B12, as well as choline, a nutrient essential in many steps of metabolism.”

I didn't know how to do make-up when I entered the industry, I was a little girl who did not know how to put a kajal.”

5. No Type Casting

Sharma makes it clear she has interests beyond her looks. “So today, if I am killing with my make-up or my looks, as they say, it is an achievement for me,” she told Times Now Digital. “But don't underestimate me as the girl who is into makeup and hair. Dude, I am much more than that. This is my humble and modest reply to everyone who mocked me or thought only on those lines.”

She Does TRX

Sanon does a lot of things to keep herself in shape. She is seen using TRX cables in her Instagram video. NIFS states that these exercises have a lot of benefits. “If you have ever taken a class or done some of even the most basic exercises, you quickly see that core activation is one of the most important aspects. This exercise is vital for developing a stronger posterior chain, contributing to improved athletic performance, alleviating lower back pain, and enhancing overall physique. Penn State PRO Wellness reports that stationary bike workouts have a lot of health benefits. “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. Alice De Bortoli doesn’t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless style—she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
