Gina Gershon is sexy at 63 in her bikini. In a new social media post, the legendary actress shows off her amazing figure in a tiny swimsuit. “Keep cool,” she wrote in the caption of the Instagram snap. “Always my biggest crush,” commented one of her followers. “Like a fine wine,” added another. How does the star look a fraction of her age? Here are her top diet and fitness habits.

Meditation

Gina is into meditation. She told New York Magazine that it’s “nice to have earbuds for meditation apps.” “When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,” says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

Walking

Gina enjoys walking. “So grateful for walking in nature and beach walking with friends and family,” she captioned a post from one of her walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game-changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Extreme Weight Loss Measures

Gershon went to extreme measures to play Donatella Versace in  House of Versace: The Untold Story of Genius, Murder and Survival, dropping over ten pounds and smoking “like a chimney” to achieve a raspy voice. “I kept hearing her in my head, like, “Oh, you’re still too fat to play me.” How did she lose the weight? “You know, tons of cocaine,” she joked to The Cut. “I worked out a lot. And I ate less,” she added. “You don’t really have a choice when you’re wearing these teeny-tiny things. And I hate to say it, because it’s so unhealthy, but smoking really does cut your appetite.”
