Simone Biles is making the most of her honeymoon in South Africa—and turning heads while she’s at it. The greatest gymnast of all time, with medals from the 2016, 2021, and 2024 Olympics, recently shared a series of breathtaking vacation snaps on Instagram. In one standout shot, she lounges poolside in a striking orange swimsuit, the stunning backdrop of mountains behind her. She kept the caption playful, writing, “What day is it?”

While Biles may be on vacation, she never slacks on her fitness. Want to know how she stays competition-ready year-round? Here’s a look at her go-to wellness habits.

She Does Pilates

In an interview with Bustle, Biles shared some of her wellness secrets. In it, she revealed that her husband turned her on to Pilates as a way to stay in shape. “I’ve tried Pilates about three times with my husband because he swears by it, but he also has a little bit more time to do it in the off-season than I do. We did intense Pilates, which was very difficult, but I did enjoy it.

She Does Conditioning

Biles tells Bustle that she does a lot of conditioning exercises to stay in shape. “I’m in the gym for six to seven hours a day,” she revealed. “On a typical day, I’ll do lots of conditioning to get ready for competitions. My workouts are all based on gymnastics conditioning, so it’s a little bit different from a typical gym routine. We’ll do bodyweight exercises, rope climbing, casts, and other exercises that mimic the moves used in gymnastics.”

She Prioritizes Recovery

Biles makes sure that her body recovers from all the intense physical work she has to do. She shared her favorite ways to do so in her Bustle interview. “My husband and I got a cold tub for our backyard. I haven’t done a cold plunge yet, but once he gets back to Houston, we’re going to get it set up. I also get a lot of bodywork done, like massages, acupuncture needles, KT Tape — all that good stuff. And I like to soak in a hot tub.”

She Eats Healthy

Biles broke down her diet in her Bustle interview. “I put a lot of focus on fueling my body, so I eat a lot of boiled eggs, toast, granola bars, and fruit throughout the day. For lunch, I’ll eat more proteins, like chicken or salmon,” she says. “And then the same for dinner, but I’ll add grains, rice, potatoes, veggies — stuff like that. I make a good lemon pepper salmon with rice and veggies. And if I make salad, I have to have feta on top.”

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Biles has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed her favorite facial essence to People. "This Pitera essence is seriously like a miracle water for my skin: it hydrates, moisturizes, evens out my skin tone and leaves my skin glowing. I love that it's super powerful, yet really lightweight. When I heard the legendary story – that it was discovered in a Sake brewery in Japan where all the elderly brewers had soft hands with no wrinkles – I knew I needed to try it, and now I love it."

1. She’s Prioritizing Her Wellness

In 2021, Biles told People that the pandemic allowed her to reassess her life. Specifically, she started to make her wellness a priority. "This past year has really been about taking a pause and trying to focus on all the good things in life. I've slowed down a bit and been able to take more time for overall wellness.” To cope during these tough times, "Regular physical activity and exercise can help reduce anxiety and improve mood. Find an activity that includes movement, such as dance or exercise apps. Get outside, such as a nature trail or your own backyard," says the Mayo Clinic. "Choose a well-balanced diet. Avoid loading up on junk food and refined sugar. Limit caffeine as it can aggravate stress, anxiety and sleep problems."

2. She Uses A Jade Roller

Biles has incredible skin and she is making sure to take care of it. One of the things she likes to do is use a jade roller on her face. She tells People, “I recently started using this jade roller. It's really relaxing – like a mini facial that I can do at home."

3. She Uses Homemade Hair Products

When it comes to her hair, Biles stays away from store bought products. She tells People that she uses homemade local products on her hair. “I have someone who does my hair in Houston. She makes her own products which is really fun! I always use those."

4. She Calls Out Body Shamers

Biles is not afraid to call people out on Twitter, specifically body-shamers. In 2016, she called out people who were making comments about her body. “You all can judge my body all you want, but at the end of the day it's MY body," she wrote. "I love it and I'm comfortable in my skin."

5. She’s Proud Of Herself

One of the reasons Biles doesn’t pay attention to haters? She’s comfortable with herself. She tells POPSugar, "I also don't look at comments or anything just because I'm grateful and I love everything about myself, and I'm proud of who I am inside and out. That's definitely helped me not think about it."

Simone Biles is sparkling in her swimsuit. The gold medal winning gymnast flaunts her flat abs in one of her latest social media posts, wearing a sequin bathing suit top. “Would you believe me if I said 40mph winds shut down the pool party,” she captioned the Instagram snap, looking absolutely gorgeous. 1. She Prioritizes Her Mental Health

SFChronicleNewsScott Strazzante/San Francisco Chronicle via Getty Images

Simone puts her mental health before anything else. “As an athlete, you need to protect your mind and your body, rather just go out there and do what the world wants us to do and potentially injuring yourself. I had to put myself above all else,” she told Good Housekeeping in September 2022 about her decision to withdraw from the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games. “I learned that it’s okay not to be okay. If you don’t do what is right for you, then you're not going to enjoy your sport, and you're not going to succeed as much as you want to in whatever arena you’re competing in.” She added that she has no regrets about the decision. “I’m happy that I prioritized my mental well-being.”

2. Her Diet Is Healthy

6th Annual InStyle Awards - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Simone maintains a healthy diet that keeps her fueled for her intense workouts. For breakfast she might eat Kellogg's Red Berries or egg whites. Lunch, “is either chicken or fish so I get the protein,” she told Women’s Health. Then she grabs a “quick snack” before another workout. “Pre-workout I love drinking Core Power; it's a recovery drink. And then a banana and peanut butter because bananas have potassium, which helps with muscle cramps.” “And then,” for dinner, “I like having a good fish, like salmon, and rice and carrots.”

3. She Swims and Cycles

Simone also does cross training workouts. “We swam twice a week—almost a mile! I swore I was going to drown, it was so hard, and then we would run. And the year before that we would bike 10 miles outside once a week. If we didn't bike, we would run a mile before practice, and as soon as we finished the mile we'd have to go inside and do a beam routine. My legs were absolute jello. But it got easier because the cross-training helped. This year we haven't done [cross-training] because we're just calming it down,” she told Women’s Health.

4. She Also Does Strength Training

The Inaugural STARZ #TakeTheLead SummitAlberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images

Simone also does a lot of strength training. “I like doing legs because those exercises come pretty easily to me. I have good, powerful legs, so I can do conditioning and they won't be too sore. But stomach conditioning, I don't like it at all! It's my least favorite. I like laughing better for an ab workout than actually doing abs!” she told Women’s Health.

5. She Makes Sure to Stretch

Simone emphasizes the importance of stretching. “We have a routine that includes running and then a stretch for every part of our body. So we'll stretch before practice, but especially afterwards, because then you're tense and you need to stretch those muscles down. It's very important to keep your body flexible so that you don't get injured,” she told Women’s Health. “My favorite stretch is splits because not a lot of people can do them. And over-splits is when you put your leg up on a mat so it's higher—and it just looks cooler!”

Sarah Stage in Two-Piece Workout Gear Asks "Are You In?"
Sarah Stage/Instagram

Sarah Stage isn’t just about fitness—she’s about building a movement. The fitness expert and influencer recently launched Elevé Club, a wellness app designed to help people get stronger, feel good, and level up. To celebrate, she hit the gym in a two-piece workout set, sharing a video packed with strength-building moves and a powerful message: “Are you in?” Stage nearly gave up on creating the app, but she pushed through, knowing people needed a space for fitness without pressure or judgment. From lifting weights to stair climbing, here’s how she keeps her body in peak form.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram video, Stage is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing exercises like those has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Squats

In her Instagram video, Stage is seen doing squats and Bulgarian split squats. The Cleveland Clinic says that they can help improve posture. “Poor posture can cause all kinds of problems, including back pain, neck pain, headaches and an overall lack of flexibility. But working your erector spinae muscles, like through squatting, can help strengthen them and improve your posture.”

She Does Crunches

Stage is also seen doing v-sit crunches in her Instagram video. Wellyme says that they have a lot of benefits. “Crunches are a staple in the fitness world, an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. They're a part of calisthenics, athletic preparation, and bodybuilding training. The effectiveness of crunches extends beyond the aesthetic appeal of a six-pack. They engage not only the rectus abdominis but also the external and internal obliques, and the transverse muscles.”

She Uses The Stairclimber

Stage shared this workout video on Instagram. One thing she is seen doing in it is using the stairclimber. Stage captioned the post, “My plans?🏋🏻♀️💭Working on big things with YOU in mind. Elevé Club is almost here, let’s level up together .” The Mayo Clinic states that stair workouts have a lot of benefits. “Research shows that stair-climbing helps strengthen and tone your leg muscles. It keeps your leg arteries flexible, allowing blood to move more easily. Better blood flow in your legs equals a healthier heart and body.”

She Loves Almond Milk

Stage loves almond milk, and she also loves making her own. Stage shared this video on Instagram of her recipe. She captioned it, “If you’re always on the go, making almond milk is an easy weekly habit that can make a big difference. It’s a healthier (and more affordable) choice for you and your family. Give it a try, you might never go back! 🥛✨☁️ HERE TO HELP DM ME APP FOR MORE RECIPES + Free Guide.”

Camila Guper / Instagram

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”

Victoria Justice in Two-Piece Workout Gear Has "A Little Reset"

Discover Victoria Justice's wellness routine, from hiking to yoga.

Victoria Justice isn’t just an actress and singer—she’s a longtime fan favorite, thanks to her roles in Zoey 101 and Victorious. But beyond the screen, she’s also known for her effortless style and active lifestyle. Recently, she gave fans a glimpse into her wellness routine with an Instagram post captioned, “Very grateful for this little reset & this little life 🙏🏼✨🌅”—and judging by the photos, that reset involved plenty of movement.

From hiking along scenic trails to stretching it out with yoga, Justice embraces an active approach to self-care. Here’s a closer look at the habits that keep her feeling and looking her best.

She Hikes

In her Instagram post, Justice is seen hiking by the beach. Hiking has a lot of benefits. Piedmont states, “Going up and down hills gets the heart pumping, creating a great cardio workout. Like most cardio exercises, hiking helps reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and even some cancers. Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise that builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis. Hiking can help you manage your weight.”

She Swims

Another thing Justice is seen doing in her Instagram post is going for a swim. Better Health says that swimming is very beneficial. “Swimming is a great recreational activity for people of all ages. Recreational swimming can provide you with a low-impact workout and it's a good way to relax and feel good…Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water.”

She Does Yoga

Justice is also seen taking an outdoor yoga class in her Instagram post. Yoga has a lot of health benefits. Harvard Health says, “Yoga develops inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body's abilities at the present moment. It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body. It's not about physical appearance. Yoga studios typically don't have mirrors. This is so people can focus their awareness inward rather than how a pose — or the people around them — looks. Surveys have found that those who practiced yoga were more aware of their bodies than people who didn't practice yoga. They were also more satisfied with and less critical of their bodies. For these reasons, yoga has become an integral part in the treatment of eating disorders and programs that promote positive body image and self-esteem.”

She’s True To Herself

Justice is all about being true to herself. She talked about this in an interview with People. "Nowadays, I feel like a lot of women feel a lot of pressure to look a certain way,” Justice said. “There's just so much beauty in owning your own individuality and who you are and not trying to be anyone else."

She’s Consistent

Justice makes sure to be consistent with her wellness. She talked about this in an interview with People. "I really appreciate it, especially because I feel like I do things to try to take care of myself the best way that I can. I wear a baseball cap when I can, I wear sunscreen every day, I try to not drink too much, I work out. I definitely put effort towards my wellness, so it feels nice to hear those comments."
