Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, Sixtine, is incredibly grateful for the opportunities that come her way. "Would you believe me if i told you this was a work trip," she asked on a slideshow of photos and videos of her on Instagram while on the beach and exploring Curaçao. Here's how Sixtine remains confident and happy.

She focuses on life's little things and remains grateful for the day-to-day positive moments in her life. "Making the most of the little things these days 🤎🧸," she said on Instagram. According to UCLA Health, "you'll get the biggest health benefits of gratitude when it becomes habitual and part of your thought process. But even allotting some time each day or week to prioritize gratitude can be beneficial."

While traveling (especially to Greece), she loves to indulge in local cuisine, trying as much as possible. ""What did you do in greece?" me:," she said on Instagram, on a video montage of her chowing down on delicious food throughout the country, enjoying every moment of it.

She enjoys swimming, diving head first into the beautiful turquoise waters in Greece. "I need to work on my dives 🧜🏼♀️ @portokoukla_cruises," she said on Instagram. According to the CDC, "water-based exercise offers physical and mental health benefits, including improved health for people with chronic illnesses like diabetes, heart disease, and arthritis."

​She's Confident

She's confident and comfortable in her own skin. "Here's to being a woman, the greatest thing there is to be ❤️," she said on Instagram, on a series of photos of her, looking fierce and strong. According to Psychology Today, "as your confidence grows, you'll find yourself more driven to stretch your abilities. "What-if" thoughts will still arise: "What if I fail?" "What if I embarrass myself?" But with self-assurance, those thoughts will no longer be paralyzing. Instead, you'll be able to grin and act anyway, feeling energized by your progress in pursuing goals that mean something to you."

She Travels

She travels to beautiful destinations like Paris, staying active by walking and biking while exploring the city. "Postcards from paris 💌," she said on Instagram, on a slideshow of photos of her enjoying discovering a new city. According to Better Health, "It only takes two to four hours a week to achieve a general improvement to your health. Cycling is low impact, [causing] less strain and injuries than most other forms of exercise, a good muscle workout, [using] all of the major muscle groups as you pedal," among having many other health benefits.
