Sjana Elise Earp is doing yoga – in her high heels. In a new social media post the yoga influencer shows off her fit figure while exercising, wearing tiny shorts and a sports bra. “Regardless, you can find me trying yoga in heels in the mean time,” she captioned the Instagram video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
Intuitive Eating
“I am a firm believer in intuitive eating—which means getting in touch with your body’s natural intelligence, truly listening to the signals your body is giving you and then eating accordingly. I’ve found it to be the best way to eat a healthy, balanced and varied diet whilst ensuring you get all the nutrients you need. It also means that my diet is different every day!” she told Elle.
Hot Herbal Tea

She also loves to drink tea. “Hot Herbal tea (lemongrass and ginger in my favourite!) with added liquid zinc or a fresh juice (beetroot, carrot, lemon and ginger is my usual order). I sometimes add liquid zinc and/or chlorophyll to this as well!” she says.
Breakfast

For breakfast she makes a protein smoothie bowl. “I use a base of frozen bananas, adding frozen berries or fruit, plant-based protein powder, maca powder, dates, peanut/almond butter, nut/soy milk and some kind of superfood powder, blended, topped with gluten-free muesli, fresh fruits, cacao nibs, goji berries, nuts, peanut/almond butter and hemp seeds/chia seeds,” she says. “Or I’ll have smashed avocado gluten-free toast topped with fresh chopped herbs and tomato, or seasonal fresh fruit served and coconut yoghurt topped with nuts, chia, dried fruit and hemp seeds.”
Lunch

“At lunch, I usually crave something fresh but filling! So some kind of Buddha Bowl, packed salad, or vegetable wrap or sushi!” she tells Elle. “A selection of tomato, sauerkraut, dark leafy greens, sweet potato, chickpeas, carrot, sprouts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, seeds, vegan mayonnaise, herb pesto, hommus, beans, avocado, sautéed mushrooms, beetroot, onion, rice, cucumber, marinated tofu, pumpkin, potato, kale, sesame seeds on a base of quinoa, polenta, rice or pasta.”
Dinner

What does she have for dinner? “It depends on what I feel like! Some of my favourites: Plant based pasta and veggies; zucchini noodle stir fry; creamy coconut soup and salad; chunky baked sweet/potato chips with guacamole and salad; coconut lentil dhal and rice; veggie and rice noodle stir fry; vegan pizza; or a tofu coconut curry,” she said.
Exercise
As for exercise, she sticks to yoga, walking, jogging and surfing! “These are my favourites, as they make me feel truly ALIVE! Yoga I do most days, I try walk/jog as often as I can as it makes me feel so energised and the days I do it I feel 100x brighter! And surfing I’m not exactly “good” at but that’s half the fun! I’m only just getting back in to surfing, but I’ll be surfing whenever I can in summer or when I travel!” she writes.
