What the "Sleepless in Seattle" Cast Looks Like Now 

Here is what they look like now. 

On June 23, 2023, Sleepless in Seattle will celebrate its 30th anniversary. In 1993, the Nora Ephron film debuted in theaters, becoming one of the most beloved romantic comedies of all time. Loosely based on An Affair to Remember, the movie was a box office hit, and to this day, is considered a classic. Before you stream Sleepless in Seattle on Netflix to celebrate its three decades, take a glimpse at what the stars of the film, including Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks, look like 30 years later.

Tom Hanks as Sam Baldwin

Tom Hanks was already a well-known actor when Sleepless in Seattle came out, after major roles in Big and A League of Their Own. He was 35 and five years married to Rita Wilson when he played the role of Sam Baldwin, the widowed architect at the center of the Sleepless plot. He went on to win an Oscar for Philadelphia the following year and Forrest Gump the year after. He is now 66.

Meg Ryan as Annie Reed

Meg Ryan was already one of Hollywood's sweethearts when she played Annie Reed, the engaged journalist who falls for Baldwin after hearing him on the radio. She was 30 when she filmed the movie and was married to Dennis Quaid when she filmed the movie. She got nominated for a Golden Globe for her role in the cult classic. She is now 61.

Gaby Hoffman as Jessica

Gaby Hoffman played the friend of Sam's son Jonah. A child star, Gaby was just 11 when the movie came out. She is now 41 and playing a grandmother on HBO's Winning Time: The Rise of The Lakers Dynasty.

Rita Wilson as Suzy

Rita Wilson was married to Tom Hanks when she nabbed the role of Suzy, who was ironically, the sister of Hanks' character. She was the same age as her husband when the movie came out.

Bill Pullman as Walter Jackson

Bill Pullman didn't get the girl, but he did go on to have a great career. The actor, who was 38, played Annie's fiancé, Walter Jackson, in the movie. After, he went on to land parts in While You Were Sleeping, Independence Day, and most recently, The Sinner. He is 69.
