Alix Earle is heating up the tropics in her swimsuits. In a few new social media posts, the influencer and girlfriend of NFL star Braxton Berrios shows off her amazing body in a few bathing suits while vacationing in the islands with her Miami Dolphins beau. She captioned one of the posts, “bahama mama,” driving her followers wild. “Wowwwwwwwww,” commented Monday swimwear co-owner-slash-model Devin Brugman. “So gorgeous,” added another. How does the social media star maintain her impressive physique? Celebwell rounded up some of her top lifestyle habits.
1. She Starts Out with Cardio
Alix spends a lot of time breaking a sweat. “My routine often depends on what I’m feeling that day, but I usually start off with 12-3-30 on the treadmill and then go from there,” Earle told E! News. “It often feels like there’s not enough time in the day, but I never regret getting some physical activity in,” she added. “I tell myself all I have to do is get myself to the gym and then once I’m there I feel more motivated to workout.”
2. She Does Strength Training and Abs
After spending 30 minutes on the treadmill, Earle moves on to strength and weight training. Then, she finishes off her workout with an ab routine from Youtube, she told Hollywood Life.

You also might find Earle on a reformer. “I also love Pilates classes or even following a few YouTube videos to target certain areas, my favorite being booty and abs!” she told E! Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
4. Here Is What She Eats in a Day
Earle revealed everything she eats in a day on TikTok. In one What I Eat in a Day video, she revealed that she has a veggie egg scramble with spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms, topped off with hot sauce, for breakfast. Next up, a “lunch snack,” consisting of a chia parfait and an immunity shot. Chips and salsa and hearts of palm make a great mid-day snack, she says. Prior to exercisings she drinks a pre-workout from AminoLean, Berry Alixir. For dinner she might have a chicken bowl with chicken, sweet potatoes, and broccoli with a side of mac n’ cheese. “Balance is key. Do not restrict yourself,” she says.
5. She Drinks Coffee
Alix enjoys the perks of coffee. In a TikTok she revealed her Starbucks order: Grande shaken espresso with almond milk, two to three pumps of vanilla syrup, and cinnamon powder.
6. She Battles Anxiety
In a recent TikTok video, Alix discusses her long journey with anxiety. “I’ve shared the good, the bad, and the ugly because that’s just life and what makes us human–no matter what age you are,” she added to Hollywood Life.
