She Works With A Trainer

Sofia shared some of her workout secrets in an interview with The New York Times. While she does a couple different things to stay in shape, she mostly does sessions with a personal trainer. “I have a trainer, and I train with him when I’m in L.A. But I don’t really like to get obsessed with it. I do it when I can. Sometimes I work out with my trainer, or I do spinning or Pilates.”

She Eats Healthy

Sofia makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She talked about some of her favorite foods in her New York Times interview. “I’m very lucky, I love healthy eating. I love fish, I love eating vegetables, and I love salads. But I also love desserts. So I try to eat everything but in moderation.”

She Believes In Balance

Sofia believes in eating a balanced diet. She tells The New York Times that she tends to indulge on the weekends, and eat healthy during the week. “My hobby is to go out to dinner to different places. I try to eat healthy during the day so that when I go to dinner I can kind of eat whatever I want. I don’t go too crazy during the week. But on the weekends, I completely order whatever I want. I especially love sushi and I love Middle Eastern food.”

She Works Her Lower Body

Sofia does a lot of lower body exercises, and her trainer, Jennifer Yates, shared some of her favorites with People. “We do a lot of squats and deadlifts and a lunges [on the machine], and we do a lot of things off the machine as well. Recently we’ve been combining some of the heavier weights for the lower body because she’s trying to put a little more mass on, so we’ve been doing a lot of work with kettle bells. She’s really strong!”

She Keeps Her Skin Hydrated

Sofia has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells Byrdie that she chooses products that keep her skin hydrated. “I am very careful with the products I apply to my face because I have rosacea. I always have to make sure that the products I use are hydrating and gentle enough not to cause a flare-up, which is incredibly uncomfortable!”
