Sophie is open about her past struggles with an eating disorder. She tells British Vogue that exposure therapy is one of the ways she treats it. “I know when I’m in a bad headspace that the eating thing will always flare up,” she shared. “But now I regulate it by sitting in the discomfort and just getting used to that feeling of being full. It’s all exposure therapy. I think life is exposure therapy.”
She Has Support

Another thing that has helped Sophie with her eating disorder is support from her loved ones. “There’s something about a community and a support system that I’ve never realised is so important up until now,” she said to British Vogue. “And I think the reason I was on medication for so long is because I didn’t have those people with me. Now that I’m back home, I’m actually the happiest I’ve been in a really long time. I’m starting over again, rediscovering what I like to do, who I like to be with.”
She Does Workouts She Enjoys

Sophie shared some of her workout secrets in an interview with SELF Magazine. She says that she does exercises that she actually enjoys. “It was all outside, around London, which was more fun than being cooped up in a gym,” she says. “I need to do fun stuff that takes my mind off the fact that I’m working out.”
She Changed Her Diet
Sophie’s trainer, James Farmer, helped revamp her diet. “When I met Sophie, she didn’t eat breakfast, which is a common mistake,” he says to SELF Magazine. “And I didn’t think she was eating enough of the right foods. So I made sure she had a good source of protein and healthy fats with every meal, plus lots of fibrous vegetables like spinach and cauliflower.”
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Sophie has amazing skin, and she takes good care of it. She shared some of her favorite products in an interview with Allure Magazine. “I just use micellar water to clean my face and iS Clinical Cream Cleanser,” she says. “Then I use my trusty Boscia Cactus Water Moisturizer and Ole Henriksen Truth Serum.”
