Southern Charm's Chelsea Meissner Shares Swimsuit Photo on the Beach

Here are her lifestyle habits.

Chelsea Meissner is bumping along in her bathing suit. In a few new social media posts the Southern Charm and Survivor alum shows off her amazing body – and growing baby bump – in a swimsuit. "Here's to 32 weeks and learning to embrace my thighs meeting each other for the first time!" she joked in one of the captions. How does the mother-to-be maintain her amazing body? Celebwell rounded up some of her top health and lifestyle habits.

1

She Does Yoga

Chelsea is a yogi. During a girl's getaway she even tried acro yoga. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

She HIkes

Chelsea is a hiker. During the same girl's getaway she spent a lot of time hiking with her friends. In another post, she hikes the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia. "Escapism is an attribute of emotional intelligence.. The mountains win again," she captioned it.

She Surfs

Chelsea is an avid surfer. She recently took a surf trip to Costa Rica. "Surf. Eat. Sleep. Repeat," she captioned a post. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

She Rides Horses

Chelsea is also an equestrian. "Fine wine on mountain time," she captioned a photo of herself horseback. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

She Skateboards

When she isn't by the ocean, you can find Chelsea skateboarding. "The sign said 'No Skateboarding'.. No one said anything about a @rideonewheel 😬 Loving my new toy.. It's even more fun off road!" she captioned a post. Skateboarding is an excellent workout that combines cardio, strength, and balance training, explains Beyond the Board. "It's a fun way to get fit, tone muscles, and improve overall health while having a blast!"
