Special Forces’ Jessie James Decker Shows Off Legs & “Balance”

One of the hottest social media trends is the “High School” challenge. In it, you squat down standing on one leg, with the other leg crossed, and usually you stand on something. Jessie James Decker recently posted a video on Instagram of herself doing it. In it, she wore a butter yellow dress, showing off her legs, ate pasta, and stood on plastic tubs of pasta on her kitchen counter. Jessie captioned the post, “‘How do you eat so much pasta?’ …It’s all about ‘balance.'” Here are 5 ways Jessie James Decker keeps herself in shape.
She Takes Supplements
Jessie shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Parade. In it, she revealed that she likes to take supplements. “I take a multivitamin, and I’ll sometimes do an IV drip if I’ve been on a trip or on a plane for a long time to get some extra fluids and vitamins.”
She Intuitively Eats

When it comes to her diet, Jessie practices intuitive eating, the act of listening to your body. She talked about this in her Parade interview. “I’m big on being intuitive and paying attention to what works and what doesn’t work. For example, when I eat ground beef, it doesn’t really agree with me, but my body is just fine with a pork chop.”
She Believes In Moderation

Another practice that Jessie incorporates into her diet is moderation. “As far as food goes and diet, everything in moderation,” she says to Parade. “You can eat a chocolate chip cookie and have bread when it’s in your bread basket. Food is conversation, and the heart of the home in my opinion.”
She Works Out 3-4 Times A Week

Jessie makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She shared some of her go-to exercises in this Instagram video. In the caption, Jessie talked about her fitness schedules. “I work out 3 to 4 times a week and they pretty much look like this with certain variations whether were doing more upper body or lower body. Btw my trainer @klugfitness is the bomb.com! Transforming me!”
She Carries Jugs Of Water Around

Jessie makes sure to drink enough water each day. One of her secrets is carrying around Mason jars each day. “As far as water, I use this plastic 32 oz. Mason jar jugs and keep them full with lemon all day long,” Jessie says to People Magazine. “I have 4 to 5 refills a day. It’s the only way I keep up with my water intake!”
