Stacy Keibler in Bikini Has “Boat Day”

Stacy Keibler is living her best life this summer in her bikini. In a new social media post, the former WWE star shows off her famous figure in a tiny bathing suit as she enjoys a day on the water with her family. “Boat Day ☀️🌊💛,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does the star approach health and wellness? Here are her go-to diet and fitness habits.
She Does Pilates
Keibler has been doing Pilates with trainer-to-the-stars, Nonna Gleyzer, for years. “The day I was cleared to exercise, I started walking and working with my trainer Nonna [Gleyzer] to properly re-attach my ab muscles,” the star told People about how she resumed her exercise routine after having a baby.
She Walks
Stacy gets her steps in. “Simply incorporating a walk into your day, whether short or long, can help your body feel a connection to your mind, which is a powerful thing,” she told People. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
She Spins and Hikes
Stacy also enjoys a few other workouts. “I spin, I hike,” Stacy told E Online. “I try to mix it up so I never get bored.” The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is excellent for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
She Meditates
Keibler is “a big believer in maintaining a balance between body, mind and spirit,” she told E Online. “Take some time to meditate and restore your mind, even if it’s just five minutes a day. It’s so good for your overall being!” She captioned a recent post: “It’s essential to take time for yourself, even if it’s just 5 minutes in your closet.”
Strength Training
Stacy divides her days regarding gym workouts, focusing on one part of her body. She recently revealed her lineup for arm day.
- Tricep Kickbacks 3x 12-15
- Dumbbell Incline Press 4x 8-10
- Assisted Pull-Ups 4x 4-6
- Cable Facepull 3x 12-15
- Lateral Dumbbell Raises 3x 8-10
Golf
Keibler is also a golfer. In her recent video, she hits the course with her husband. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf has extensive health benefits, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
