Stacy Keibler is living her best life in Costa Rica – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the star shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit during a winter getaway. “Pura Vida is not just a saying but a way of life in Costa Rica that means ‘Pure Life-’ life is good, enjoying life to the fullest, embracing optimism and appreciating the present moment. This pretty much sums up our vacation to Costa Rica with our friends we call family,” she captioned the post. How does the 44-year-old manage to look half her age? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.
1. Pilates
Keibler is a longtime client of Pilates trainer-to-the-stars, Nonna Gleyzer. “The day I was cleared to exercise, I started walking and working with my trainer Nonna [Gleyzer] to properly re-attach my ab muscles,” the star told People about how she resumed her exercise routine after having a baby.
2. Walking
Stacy keeps fitness simple, starting with getting her steps in. "Simply incorporating a walk into your day, whether short or long, can help your body feel a connection to your mind, which is a powerful thing,” she told People.
3. Spinning and Hiking
Stacy also enjoys a few other workouts. "I spin, I hike,” Stacy told E Online. “I try to mix it up so I never get bored.”
4. Meditation
Keibler is also big into meditation. "I'm a big believer in maintaining a balance between body, mind and spirit," she told E Online. "Take some time to meditate and restore your mind, even if it's just five minutes a day. It's so good for your overall being!" She captioned a recent post: “It’s essential to take time for yourself, even if it’s just 5 minutes in your closet.”
5. Gym Workouts
In terms of gym workouts, Stacy divided her days, focusing on one part of her body. She recently revealed her lineup for arm day.
- Tricep Kickbacks 3x 12-15
- Dumbell Incline Press 4x 8-10
- Assisted Pull-Ups 4x 4-6

6. She's a Golfer
Keibler is also a golfer. In her recent video she hits the course with her husband. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
