Coffee
Stassie is a coffee drinker. In a video detailing her routine she shared to YouTube she revealed that her favorite is an iced vanilla latte, which consists of a few shots of espresso with vanilla sweetener from starbucks and oat milk. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
Protein Smoothies

She makes it with bananas, strawberries, blueberries, probiotic green powder, peanut butter, and protein powder. Why do you need protein? According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.
Healthy Home Cooked Meals
Stassie starts her day with avocado toast. “We make it different every day,” she says. “Sometimes we add eggs.” In the video she makes it with sourdough bread, avocado mash, tomato, and feta cheese. She also loves making chicken noodle soup with carrots, onion celery, chicken stock, noodles, and shredded white chicken, which she cooks the night before. She Plays Padel
Stassie recently picked up a new hobby: Padel. In a video, she and her friends hit the courts. The sport is similar to pickleball, which helps improve heart health, enhances muscle and bone strength, increases balance and coordination, boosts brain health, and lengthens lifespan, per Cleveland Clinic.

In her YouTube video, Stassie reveals she is devoted to fitness. She starts her morning with a “two mile walk-slash-run.” In another video she revealed her gym workout, which includes strength training exercises like weighted squats and barbell bench presses. “If you can’t tell, my arms are jello,” she joked during the workout.
