Stephanie Rice Shows Off Incredible Figure During "A Week in Heaven"

Here’s how she stays in shape.

Stephanie Rice/Instagfram

Stephanie Rice is a professional swimmer. She won three gold medals in the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. Rice has appeared on The Apprentice: Australia and SAS Australia: Who Dares Wins. She recently got married, and is currently on her honeymoon in the Maldives. Rice shared a set of photos on Instagram of herself in the pool. She captioned them, “A week in heaven 🏝️The last 3 months were so busy and intense, planning our wedding, finishing my masters degree, selling all of Mark’s furniture and booking our honeymoon…so to finally stop, relax and have no decisions to make is absolute bliss 🙌🏽”

She Swims

Swimming is obviously the main way that Rice keeps herself in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself training in the pool. Rice shared this video of herself diving in, captioning it, “Procrastinating studying for my accounting exam … so here’s a reel I decided to make instead 😂🫠” Rice also shared this diving photo on her page, captioning it, “These days I only get in the pool to film content for YouTube or if I’m sipping a spicy marg somewhere luxurious 🤣🍹”

She Lifts Weights

Rice likes to lift weights to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself lifting weights. Rice captioned it, “After I came back from SAS and my shoulder was slightly better, I decided I wanted to fully commit to a weights program and see if I could transform my body. I’ve always done weights but more functional weights with lots of HIIT and long hikes. So I asked @m.acefitness to create a program for me and help train me a few times a week. At first I couldn’t even put the plates on the barbell because my shoulder was so weak after dislocating it 🤦🏽♀️ but now that it’s almost 100% better I’m really enjoying weights training and I’m learning a lot. I also think it’s amazing how your body responds to different types of training…you really can shape your body however you want to by doing different styles of training and I think that’s so cool.”

She Works Out On A Regular Basis

Rice makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She talked about it in the caption of this Instagram post. “Even though the past few weeks have been mega busy, my workouts stay consistent. They not only make me feel confident and empowered in my physical body, but the mental/emotional benefits are always worth the 1hr sacrifice. My mind is so much more focused after a workout, so I made sure to get one in before my final uni exams and assignment writing sessions. I know when things get busy it’s easy to sacrifice things like sleep, healthy setting and exercise…but for me, those things actually make me thrive, so I keep them a priority as best as I can!!”

She Has A Strong Mind

For Rice, mental health is just as important as physical health. She tells Coach Nine that her mental health helps with her wellness routine. “A lot of people tend to put a lot of pressure on themselves to do big radical changes. I'm all for that, as long as you've created the right mental foundation for it. A lot of people compare themselves to others — I would want to ensure that my friends are making the shift for a more positive and empowering reason.”

She Eats A Veagn DIet

Vegan,Lentil,Burgers,With,Kale,And,Tomato,Sauce,On,AShutterstock

Rice shared her diet in her Coach Nine interview. “I follow a predominantly vegan diet,” Rice revealed. “I don't enjoy following any strict eating routines, but I always am conscious to eat as much fresh fruits and vegetables if possible. If I am travelling and I don't have access to fresh produce, I try to supplement that with powders. In terms of a ‘cheat’ meal, I love any forms of chocolate, but I tend to lean towards healthy raw desserts.”

"Lunch is grilled ginger mahimahi over brown rice and a side of a mixed veggies. I let the kids decide on dinner by giving them healthy options," she added, concluding that: "Chocolate is one of my main — and many — weaknesses."

Eva works hard to maintain her figure, and diet is one of the key components. "Especially as you get older, people want to know the secret to looking good and there is no secret. It's diet and exercise," she revealed to Vogue Australia. She also emphasized the important of doing both. "People say they eat well but they don't exercise. Or they run 20 miles a day but they can't lose weight. You have to do both."

4. Her Workouts Are Intense

"I do a lot. I'm a runner, I do yoga, I do pilates, I do SoulCycle and I'm just constantly mixing it up," she told People. She also works out with trainer Grant Roberts, and does serious weight training. Her Instagram feed is filled with clips of her hardcore workouts, which involve a lot of compound moves to work multiple muscles simultaneously, like squat/rows, sled pushes, battle ropes, and school deadlifts.

5. Her Go-To Cardio? Trampoline

"I don’t feel like we should go by these rules and social constructs of society where you have to be a certain size to be pretty," she told Health in 2017.

Rumer Willis is celebrating her pal’s birthday in a swimsuit! The 33-year-old daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis steamed up social media this weekend, sharing a tribute to one of her friends while also showing off her fabulous figure. How does the Dancing with the Stars alum keep herself so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Rumer Willis stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Fit Does Not Equal Skinny

“I look at myself and I’m like, ‘I’m fit! I should be able to do this!’,” Rumer told People in 2015 when she was prepping for Dancing with the Stars. “Then I’m like, ‘No you’re not, you’re just skinny. You should be at the gym working your legs and working your abs and your back.'”

2. She Stays Away From Gluten, Dairy, and Red Meat

Los,Angeles,,Ca,-,July,14,,2018:,Rumer,Willis,AtShutterstock

Rumer attributes her fabulous figure to her diet. “I don’t really eat dairy, no gluten, and I don’t really eat red meat,” she told People. “It’s half the reason why I’m in the shape the way I am.” Her diet involves chicken, leafy greens, and avocados.

3. She Has a Few Cheat Foods

Gummy,Bears,CandyShutterstock

“I have a gnarly sweet tooth and I eat a lot of Haribo gummy bears. It’s my thing,” she told People about some of her cheat foods. “French fries are my guilty pleasure,” she added. “I’m such a snob for fries – [I] hunt and search for all the best fries places ever!”

4. She Struggled During the Pandemic

Like many people, Rumer struggled during the pandemic. In an “appreciation post” for her body, Rumer stressed the importance of celebrating ourselves. “Not because we lost weight or we are a certain size or because we have a rare moment when a photo looks “how we think it should to be accepted by mainstream,” she said. She opened up about how the pandemic made it all harder. “My body does so much for me and works so hard for me. But more often than not the only thing it hears it what is wrong with it. What is lacking or what there is too much of. I am a fault of this all too often. Being in quarantine and struggling to find a new routine and not using food to find comfort when you are stuck at home all day is hard. Finding discipline to workout from home and eat healthy is hard and it’s ok not to be perfect, I’m certainly not,” she continued. “What is important is to find ways to be happy where you are at and not make being a perfect size or weight or hair color or body shape some goal that you can only find happiness and acceptance of you reach it. Because you will never be happy if that is the case because there will always be something wrong. When we look in the mirror or at a photo we usually just go to all the things ‘wrong’ not the unique beauty. I had a moment today after I worked out and I took this picture and I tried just for a moment to just see all the amazing things and not my ‘perceived flaws’. I took a moment to acknowledge myself and my body and how much it does and I said thank you for being just as you are and even just for today I release the idea that to be beautiful or desirable you have to be anything other that what you are right now.”

5. Dancing Is Her Favorite Workout

In an interview with E! Online she explained why she likes dancing so much. “I don't like standing on a treadmill," she explained. "I like doing things that actually serve a purpose. To me, running on a treadmill, that seems so monotonous and I'm not working towards anything, so at least when I was dancing, I felt like, I'm doing something that's going to give me something back. It's not just for the sole purpose of trying to make my body look a certain way."

Prior to going on Love Island Amy went to “extreme” measures to lose weight. “Eight weeks, gym every day, 1800 calories vegan diet plan,” she shared in a clip exclusively shared with Metro.co.uk. “I gave up drinking, I’d call in sick to work so I could go to the gym instead.”

2. She Learned That Thinner Isn’t Prettier

"Sister Act: The Musical" - Press Night - Drinks ReceptionDave Benett/Getty Images

The weight loss was fueled by a desire to fulfill society’s standards.”I thought I needed to do that to be attractive to the boys that would be in the villa,” she continued. “I think it’s because we’ve been conditioned that thinner is prettier. It’s completely wrong and there shouldn’t be one body type that is beautiful. I think people need to realise that your dream body should just be your own body.”

3. She Meal Preps

Amy sets herself up for success by meal prepping. MEAL PREP MONDAYS (on a Tuesday….I THOUGHT I PRESSED SAVE OK!!) My new fave breakfast, Raspberry Biscoff Protein Cheesecake! So easy to make, no pans to wash, literally 5 mins! I’m gonna try a dairy free version next week (gotta use the yoghurt up 🤣 we are a zero waste household now dontchaknow,” she captioned one of her posts. Another favorite make-ahead dish? Slow cooker beef. “One of my fave dinners because it’s hearty, yummy and full of real ingredients,” she wrote in another,

4. Her Approach to Diet and Fitness Is Balanced

Now that Amy is healthier and happier, her approach to health is more balanced. “LIFE 👏🏻IS👏🏻ABOUT👏🏻BALANCE 👏🏻 I know some of you were worried this was going to become a fitness account, I’m still me 💁🏼‍♀️During lockdown, all I did was work out, eat well and hardly drink. When we came out of lockdown I went out ... for 5 months. I’ve tried a few diet plans etc but I always end up going to excess then feeling guilty! I’m learning to love the gym (I’m a spinning queen now babes) but also enjoy life too and not feel guilty. Let’s just say, after my Italian lunch today I am v glad I didn’t cancel spin this morning,” she captioned a post.

5. She Prioritizes Self-Care

Amy takes care of herself. “SELF CARE SATURDAY,” she wrote in a post. Her rest day might look something like this: “After a long day or a hard gym session I love to come home and relax,” she continued. Then she might give herself a facial or do a face mask.

Bianca Bustamante is revving up her engine in 2025 – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

Bianca Bustamante at the gym.

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

Brenda Perlaza is flaunting her fantastic figure in a tiny bikini. In a new social media post the influencer, who calls herself La Barbie Negra, looks flawless as she poses on the beach in a neon yellow swimsuit. “#viral,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Wow Wow,” one of her followers commented, while several others added fire emojis. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jogging

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming.

Hydration

Finally, Brenda hydrates, especially after a long workout or sun exposure. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Recently, Romani shared a video on Instagram, taking a refreshing dip in the pool with the caption, “Kisses from the 305.” But her fitness routine goes beyond just swimming. From her plant-based diet to her dedication to animal welfare, Romani’s habits reflect a balanced approach to wellness that keeps her looking and feeling her best. Here are the five key ways Claudia Romani stays in shape while living life to the fullest.

She Swims

As you can see from her Instagram post, Romani likes to go to the beach. Naturally, she likes to swim to keep herself in shape. Romani shared this video on Instagram of herself taking a dip in a pool. She captioned it, “Kisses from the 305.” According to The Cleveland Clinic, swimming has a lot of health benefits. “Like other forms of cardio, swimming can help you burn calories and lose weight. But that amount varies depending on your weight, speed and stroke.”

She's Vegan

Claudia Romani/Instagram

Romani is open about following a vegan diet. She shares a lot of posts on her Instagram story highlights of herself enjoying vegan foods. The American College of Lifestyle Medicine states that being vegan has a lot of health benefits. “Overall, nutrition from plant-based diets is typically of higher quality than omnivorous diets, as assessed by the Alternative Healthy Eating Index (AHEI).28 A whole food plant-based (WFPB) diet is one made up of predominantly unprocessed fruits, vegetables, whole grains legumes, nuts and seeds, and excludes animal foods, with certain selective supplementation of vitamins B12. Sometimes D. Intentionally planned, WFPB diets provide sufficient nutrient intakes for all stages of life and can be therapeutic for chronic disease and overall health and healing.29 The plant-based dietary pattern protects against overconsumption of nutrients that lead to obesity and disease,30 particularly animal protein, saturated fat,31 trans-fats, cholesterol simple sugars,32 and sodium.33, 34”

Romani makes sure to work out on a regular basis. She shares a lot of Instagram stories in her highlights of herself at the gym. The Mayo Clinic says that regular exercise is extremely important. “Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help you keep off lost weight. Romani has her own charity, Help Miami Cats. She talked about how she started this in the caption of this Instagram post. “❤️ Guys!!!! I have always loved cats and had many growing up. When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
