In an interview with Closer, Bychkova talked about why going on tour is so important to her. “It’s very special to be able to tell our stories – to give something back to all the people who support us. Especially for me, to go out there and give a little part of myself to the people who were there for me for such a long time… It feels really special.”

2. She Dances

Dancing is obviously the main way Bychkova stays in shape. When she’s not performing on Strictly, she’s also touring. Bychkova talked about her time on the tour to the DailyMail. “It’s full-on,” she says. “During one section I dance continually for 12 minutes – Charleston, quickstep, jive. I’m the only lead woman on the show. The boys come and go but I just keep going. At the end I’m sweating.”

3. She Eats Healthy

Bychkova has to stay healthy for her job. She talked about how she approaches eating in her interview with the DailyMail. “You have to be an athlete. I love to eat and I can enjoy it as much as I want – I never count calories because I’m so physically active.”

4. She Tries To Ignore Rumors

Bychkova has had to deal with hurtful words and rumors about her personal life, typically when she is partnered with a celebrity on Strictly. She talked about how she deals with them to the DailyMail. “You have a blonde Ukrainian dancer with a good-looking celebrity partner and everyone assumes, ‘This is it.’ But I’m just a professional dancer doing the best job I can. You have to have a thick skin in this business and I’ve learnt not to react. My friends and family know who I am. The rumours made me sad but all I can do is keep doing my job well and being a good mum.”

5. She Golfs

Bychkova revealed in this Instagram post that she is learning to play golf. She captioned the post, “LOVE GOLF! Today I had my first ever lesson with the amazing @benmasongolf at @igolfstudio in Sheffield. Thank you partner @mrdanwalker for sorting it out. I never knew it would be so much like dancing. Nadiya Bychkova soaked up the holidays in a hot tub. In a new social media post the Strictly star shows off her amazing figure in a swimsuit while relaxing in a jacuzzi while vacationing in Slovenia. “Our Winter Fairytale✨❄️ in sLOVEnia 🇸🇮🤍 #grateful,” she captioned the series of snaps taken in the winter wonderland. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Body Treatments

Nadiya relies on body firming treatments. “One of the beauty treatments I love is Endospheres, I try to book one every time I have a day off. I’ve been doing this body treatment for five years now and discovered it after the birth of my daughter to help me get back into shape fast for my training,” she told Essex Magazine. “Endospheres feels like an intense deep tissue massage for the body, the combination of vibration and compression is great for lymphatic drainage and repairing sore muscles. I like the instant visible results, after an hour-long session, it has my legs feeling brand new. It sculpts massages and tones, leaving my legs feeling lighter, firmer, flawless and smooth. Not only does it make my body look good and feel aligned, but it also helps with my immune system so I feel better from within. I don’t like it – I love it!”

Dancing

Dancing is obviously the main way Bychkova stays in shape. She told the DailyMail “It’s full-on” when she is on tour. “During one section I dance continually for 12 minutes – Charleston, quickstep, jive. I’m the only lead woman on the show. The boys come and go but I just keep going. At the end I’m sweating.” Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Biohacking

She is also big into biohacking. “I’m excited to begin my longevity journey with The London Regenerative Institute @londonregenerative at the Corinthia Hotel @corinthialondon @espalifeatcorinthia ✨Being a dancer and an athlete, taking care of my body was and is my top priority. Starting to use bio hacking tools is going to ensure I stay performing at my best. Finally tried Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, it’s absolutely fantastic and the benefits are incredible,” she wrote in a post.

Golf

In one Instagram post Nadiya revealed that she is learning to play golf. “LOVE GOLF! Today I had my first ever lesson with the amazing @benmasongolf at @igolfstudio in Sheffield. Thank you partner @mrdanwalker for sorting it out. I never knew it would be so much like dancing. I can’t wait to play again💃🏼🏌🏼♀️Now I need to get ready for our first Strictly show in Sheffield. I hope you have a brilliant night if you’re coming.”

No Calorie Counting

Bychkova doesn’t count calories and eats intuitively instead. “You have to be an athlete. I love to eat and I can enjoy it as much as I want – I never count calories because I’m so physically active.”

Hot Tub Soaks

In her latest post Nadiya soaks in the hot tub. If you don’t have access to a hot tub, just take a bath. They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

1. She Transformed For A Role

When Chandna signed on to appear in Naagin 5, she had to get in shape. She shared her process to Times Of India. "I had to say bye-bye to all the happy weight and bring a transformation because my character needed that,” she explained. “If you are playing a naagin you need to look sexy, fit and someone who can easily do the stunts. The previous seasons' actresses, who played naagins, had already set a bar so high, that it was important to look different and set a new trend."

2. She Did Her Own Stunts

Entertainment India February 2021Prodip Guha/Getty Images

In Naagin 5, Chandna did a lot of her own stunts. "When I signed up for the show, I did not have time to go to the gym, because we were shooting for 12-13 hours,” she tells Times Of India. “Naagin is not a show that requires you to be at one place throughout the day. The show had a fast pace, we had to run around a lot because of outdoor scenes and do a lot of stunts and action scenes. This helped me burn my calories, so I was burning good calories on the sets, shooting for 12-13 hours."

3. She Believes In Balance

Chandna opened up about her diet to Times Of India. She says that she believes in eating a balanced diet. "I used to eat bhakhri, rice, veggies, chicken and fish. I also consumed jowar bhakhris. I kept away from junk food but I had my 'cheat' days when I used to go out and eat pav bhaji and pizza. The idea was to be physically active and run around a lot, eat in small proportions than totally deprive yourself."

4. She Stays Consistent

Entertainment India - December 2021Prodip Guha/Getty Images

When Chandna isn’t on set doing stunts, she still makes time to workout. She shared some of her favorite exercises to Times Of India. "I am thankful that I achieved my fitness goals playing a Naagin,” she says. “I have time on hand. I will again go back to doing my zumba and pilates to maintain my fitness levels."

Saffron Barker is taking selfies in her swimsuit. The Strictly star shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit while cruising in the ocean. “A week on a ship,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does the 23-year-old beauty keep herself fit and healthy? Celebwell rounded up some of her top health habits.

1. She Does Calisthenics

Saffron is a big fan of calisthenics, “which is almost like street gymnastics, but it's all lifting your own bodyweight. It's my new passion, I'm genuinely obsessed with it and it requires a lot of strength,” she told Closer. “With callisthenics, I have a trainer and there isn't really a workout plan I follow as everyone moves at their own pace. Being able to lift your own body weight is one of the hardest things ever. Even if you could lift that weight in the gym, to be able to lift your body strength is just ridiculously hard.”

2. She Walks and Runs

London,,England,,Uk,-,May,15,,2023:,Saffron,Barker,AttendsShutterstock

Saffron does still get her cardio in. “My workouts still include walking and running,” she added.

3. Her Diet Is Healthy

A healthy diet fuels her for fitness. “I have porridge most mornings and I'm obsessed with peanut butter, I'm constantly adding it to things. Another thing I like to eat in the morning is fruit, crumpets and peanut butter,” Saffron told Closer. “I eat a lot of chicken, I'm always making healthy fajitas or lots of veg with chicken wraps. I also am obsessed with the Richmond Meat-Free Sausages, they are the best thing ever and they taste so good, I like making my own fajita-style meal with the sausages as well.”

4. She Takes Baths

London,,England,,Uk,-,March,23,,2023:,Saffron,Barker,AttendsShutterstock

Saffron indulges in self-care. “For me, it's about having time where I can completely switch off. I love having a bath, I honestly have a bath most days. I love going for dog walks with my mum, that's something I pretty much do every day. I also love listening to podcasts. I love Katie Piper's podcast, Extraordinary People and Steven Bartlett's, The Diary of a CEO,” she added.

5. She Has Lots of Protein

“I have a lot of protein because I'm trying to build muscle. I love Bulk for protein powder, they have so many amazing flavours. Honestly, the caramel salted flavour is the best thing ever. I have a lot of protein shakes and it sounds a bit weird, but I have Coco Pops and protein powder as a pre-gym snack. A lot of bodybuilders and people training for bikini competitions do this and it tastes so good,” Saffron told Closer.

6. She Works Out for the Right Reasons

Saffron exercises for the right reasons. She said she “used to go to the gym because I wanted to change my body and look amazing, whereas I didn't really care about feeling amazing. Now I go to the gym for a completely different reason and I have longer fitness goals I want to achieve. For me, it's all about having that end goal rather than just worrying about my body image.”

In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
