Amanda Schull is a successful actress and former dancer. She first made waves in the film, Center Stage. Schull also appeared in the TV series 12 Monkeys and Suits. This week, she shared a photo of herself on the beach on Instagram to celebrate Earth Day. Schull captioned the post, “Let’s take care of #Earth so she can continue to take care of us. This photo is from my annual #Newyearsday trash pick up on my favorite beach. #earthday.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Amanda Schull stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Dances

Schull is a former ballerina, and she still likes to dance. She tells Honolulu Magazine, “I do dance recreationally for exercise. When I'm not working, I'll take classes three to four times a week. Plus, I still keep in touch with all my San Francisco Ballet friends and my mom is the president of Ballet Hawaii, so I stay involved with the dance community that way.”

2. She Works Out On A Regular Basis

Scull makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She shared her secrets for doing so in an interview with Women’s Running. “I try to slip exercise in to my daily routine as much as possible. When I am shooting long hours it can be difficult, especially when I have early call times. If I’m not able to attend a ballet or structured exercise class, I do my own exercise routine that consists of a Pilates mat class. I also bring an exercise band to set and do leg or arm work between scenes.”

3. She Brings Healthy Food With Her

Plate,With,Sliced,Vegetables,,Vegetarian,SnacksShutterstock

Schull tells Women’s Running that she makes sure to have healthy foods available to her. “Healthy eating is definitely a challenge when I’m not in control of all of my meals. I usually make myself a green smoothie in the morning to take to work, and then practice as much self-restraint as possible when craft services brings naughty snacks around… I often ask for cut vegetables and if I feel like I need some protein, I request a few slices of cheese. For a little sweet snack that isn’t super caloric, I get a sliced apple with almond butter.”

4. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Schull has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her routine in an interview with Real Style Network. “I wash my face with only water in the morning and am fairly militant about my moisturizer and SPF routine. If I exercise and sweat, I use a makeup removing wipe (Burt’s Bees Facial Cleansing Towelettes) to clean my face, and reapply my moisturizer and SPF in the afternoon. At night I wash my face and slather on the moisturizer again!”

5. She Doesn’t Use A Lot Of Hair Products

Schulle tells Real Style Network that she doesn’t like to use a lot of products on her hair. “I try not to use a lot of product on my hair. I think I am a bit of a nightmare for stylists because I am always trying to get them to achieve their desired look without any hairspray or gel. The one product that works best for my hair, and isn’t too damaging is hair wax. That is what I prefer to use on set for touch ups as well.”

Kristin Davis celebrated Earth Day in her workout clothes. In a social media post shared in April, the …And Just Like That star shows off her amazing body and makeup free face while frolicking with elephants. “Happy Earth Day!! These pictures are from my time with the Sheldrick Trust, an organization that I hold so close to my heart. Maybe this Earth Day, you could plant a seed, take a hike, or even help foster an elephant!” she captioned the post. How does the actress approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Acupuncture

Bowl,With,Acupuncture,Needles,On,Wooden,TableShutterstock

Kristin is an acupuncture devotee. “I've been seeing the same guy once every 2 weeks for almost 20 years. I consider him my most central care provider. I do believe in the circuits of energy that acupuncture is all about, and I can honestly say that every issue I've ever had, acupuncture has helped with,” she told WebMD. “If nothing else, acupuncture forces you to simply take a few moments to lie down and relax, and there's a lot of good in that, too.".

2. Adapting Fitness As She Ages

Kristin.Davis.4Kristin Davis/Instagram

Kristin has adapted her exercise approach as she has aged. "For instance, I used to do double [indoor cycling] sessions and I had thighs like a body builder to show for it! And then when I started doing more dance-based stuff I really didn't recognize my body -- in a good way," she told WebMD.

3. Baths

Women's,Feet,She,Was,Bathing,In,A,A,Bathtub,WithShutterstock

Kristin is a “bath person all the way,” she confessed Self. “I'm a bath person because (1) I'm a Pisces and (2) My back is killing me most of the time. I want to just lie there in a hot bath. It doesn't happen very often, but when it does, it's awesome.” How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

4. “Everything in Moderation”

Kristin.davis.3Kristin Davis/Instagram

“It's not particularly sexy but I do think that everything in moderation is the way to go. I've never been into the intense diets or other extreme fads. My body is just too sensitive for that," Kristin told WebMD. “I love chocolate. I love pizza. Cookies. Ice cream. I kind of hate salad. Left to my own devices, I would eat like a 10-year-old kid. At work when it's late and there's pizza, it's all over."

5. Hiking, Elliptical, and Tracy Anderson

Kristin.Davis.5Kristin Davis/Instagram

“I do a few kinds of cardio -- mostly I hike in the hills in Los Angeles, and I do the elliptical. I also do some of the Tracy Anderson dance workouts on my own -- mostly her series of arm moves. That workout is intense but crazy effective," Kristin told WebMD about her favorite workouts

Director, Amanda Pacheco, recently enjoyed time on the tennis court with friends. And she shared some photos from the day on Instagram. In them, they posed on the court with rackets and wore workout gear. Pacheco captioned the post, “We served.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Amanda Pacheco stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Swims

Pacheco loves to swim to stay in shape. She shared these underwater photos of herself swimming with sharks in Hawaii. According to The Mayo Clinic, swimming has a lot of benefits. “Exercise in an aquatic environment offers numerous options and techniques for almost all levels of physical ability. Exercise can be as basic as walking in the water to more high-level aerobic activities, such as deep-water running or swimming. Standing exercises often are performed in water that is waist to chest deep. These exercises can focus on improving range of motion/flexibility, balance and strength. Resistance training can be amped up by simply increasing the speed of movement or adding equipment, such as mitts, paddles, noodles or bands, to increase drag.”

2. She’s Committed

Pacheco and her partner, Wilmer Valderama, make exercise a priority. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Wilmer and I were very intentional about starting a family, so at the beginning of the year we decided to get into the best shape of our lives, we started off by going HAM in the gym! This was #myhouraday exactly ONE YEAR AGO TODAY! Excited to get back in the gym with @jordanfperform and @wilmervalderrama.”

3. She Strength Trains

Amanda.Pacheco.3Amanda Pacheco/Instagram

In her previous Instagram post, Pacheco is seen doing different workouts. She is seen using a weighted ball and dumbbells. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age. Strength training can reduce the signs and symptoms of many chronic conditions, such as arthritis, back pain, obesity, heart disease, depression and diabetes.”

4. She Does Planks

Amanda.Pacheco.4Amanda Pacheco/Instagram

In her previous Instagram post, Pacheco is seen doing a plank exercise. Exercise physiologist, Katie Lawton, MED, tells The Cleveland Clinic that planks have a lot of benefits. “We need to keep our spine straight to do these exercises. Planking provides you with better core strength to be able to brace during these movements.”

5. She Does Squats

Pacheco loves to do squats. In her previous Instagram post, she is seen doing squats and lunge squats. Allina Health states that squats have a lot of benefits. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong. Include squats in your exercise routine two to three days a week to reap the benefits from this dynamite move.”

And I'm like, it's really just about my health. I don't know if I lose or gain weight." She also had endometriosis and underwent a hysterectomy.

5. She Is Open About Her Plastic Surgery

Earlier this year, Amy revealed to her Instagram followers that she had gone under the knife, getting liposuction. During an interview with Making Space with Hoda Kotb podcast she explained why she decided to do it. "I was just like in a weird moment after having a hysterectomy and I’m like you know what, I have the time right now," she said. "I tried CoolSculpting and I didn’t personally have any results from that. And I’ve tried everything else and you know, having a C-section and the kind of endometriosis I have, things around the midsection … I’ve been uncomfortable, like physically uncomfortable.” She added that if she was willing "to basically give myself frostbite" she should try the real deal. "I did it and it worked," she said about liposuction. "And I feel a lot better about myself, so I wanted to share with people just because I can’t lie about myself. I can’t do it."

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”

Brandi Glanville has never been one to hold back, whether on reality TV or her unfiltered podcast. Best known for her time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the US and UK versions of Celebrity Big Brother, and The Traitors, Glanville always speaks her mind. Her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered, recently stirred up some drama when she called out Real Housewives stars for struggling on The Traitors and suggested the show stop casting them. Many fans saw this as subtle shade toward Phaedra Parks, who excelled in the previous season.

Beyond the headlines, Glanville has shared glimpses into her personal wellness routine, from skincare secrets to unconventional self-care methods. Here’s a look at how she stays feeling and looking her best.

She Uses Eye Patches

She Walks

Brandi is seen walking her dog

Brandi Glanville/Instagram

Glanville likes to walk her dogs to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her pup walking in Los Angeles. Glanville captioned the post, “On our way to do some podcasting.” Harvard Health says that walking is very beneficial. “Walking can help protect you during cold and flu season. A study of over 1,000 men and women found that those who walked at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, had 43% fewer sick days than those who exercised once a week or less. And if they did get sick, it was for a shorter duration, and their symptoms were milder.”

She Has A Dog

As you can see from the previous Instagram post, Glanville has pet dogs. And according to Harvard Health, this can be beneficial. “A growing body of solid research shows that owning a dog can: provide companionship, help you be more active, make kids calmer, more secure, and more responsible, improve the lives of older individuals, help you be calmer, more mindful, and more present in your life, make you more social and less isolated, ease stress.”

She Worked With A Breath Coach

Glanville revealed to Us Weekly that she works with a breath coach to help with her mental health. “I’m still doing cosmetic stuff, but at the same time trying to fix myself. I eat better and breathe and actually exercise. I’m getting there. I just started with this journey, but I can actually do things. My body can do things now that I couldn’t do five years ago.”

She Uses CellSound

Glanville revealed to People that she used the CellSound treatment on her stomach. "I mean, to be honest, I haven't worn a crop top in years, and I literally feel comfortable going out in a crop top, which is so bizarre," she says. "Not that I feel like everyone should do that, but I can go work out with a crop top on and not feel like I have my mommy stomach and I shouldn't sit down. So it's definitely empowered me in that aspect."
