Suki Waterhouse In Bikini Says “I Made It Australia”

Suki Waterhouse is a bonafide triple threat. She’s a model. She’s an actress, known for Daisy Jones & The Six. And she’s a successful musician, who even got to open for Taylor Swift. Suki recently performed in Australia, and got to do a photoshoot there. She shared some highlights on Instagram, which included a photo of herself in a tan bikini and black jacket. Suki captioned the post, “Posting from the tarmac, I made it australia!!!!”
She Uses Sunscreen
Suki shared some of her skincare secrets in an interview with Get The Gloss. She says that she makes sure to wear sunscreen each day. “I’m really careful in the sun – I never used to be but I’m now quite nervy about it. I use suncream every day and usually wear a product that’s got it in it.”
She Runs
Suki also shared some of her favorite workouts in her Get The Gloss interview. One thing she likes to do is run. “I’ll work out with a trainer Dan Roberts in Richmond Park near where I live. I do drills and running there – it’s an amazing place. I love the idea of running up hills and rolling around in mud – it’s my favourite time of the week and Dan really pushes me.”
She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Suki’s workout routine is all about variety. She tells Harper’s Bazaar that she likes to find different places to workout when she travels. “What I do really depends where I am. I’m really not good at running but I do love boxing. I also really enjoy this Barre class in LA called Physique Fitness 57, but you can definitely get the same kind of thing here in London.”
She Doesn’t Eat Carbs & Protein
Suki makes sure to eat a healthy diet. “I really live by something I read in this book from the ’80s which I skimmed over years ago called ‘Fit for Life’ – it’s very old school, but it basically says that you should never eat carbs and protein together,” she said to Harper’s Bazaar. “It is so difficult for your body to break them down at the same time, so just have carbs with vegetables or meat with vegetables instead. It means I can have a load of mashed potato, but then I just won’t eat any meat with it or vice versa.”
She Works Her Abs
Suki has amazing abs, and she does a lot of ab workouts to stay in shape. Her trainer, Dan Roberts, told People he has her do a leg lift move that involves lying on your side and raising both legs in the air. “The ‘Bikini Shaper’ is a toning move that has worked well for Suki and other models I train,” Dan said. “It works glutes, firms and tones obliques and strengthens core muscle.”
