Ciara Miller is a true Summer House favorite. It was revealed in the show's Season 9 announcement that Miller "is determined to have a good single summer and not let living with her ex get in the way"—and we are so here for it. In addition to Summer House, the celeb appeared as a Faithful in The Traitors Season 3 and starred in a recent Dunkin' ad alongside Traitors co-star "Boston" Rob Mariano.

Beyond her reality TV career, Miller is a model and style icon. How exactly does she stay looking and feeling her absolute best? We found out the scoop on her wellness secrets and the sculpting workout Miller loves.

She Does Pilates

In a recent interview with Bustle, Miller shared some of her wellness secrets that keep her fit. When asked about her favorite workout, Miller responded, "Pilates, always. It's 45 to 50 minutes, doesn't take up my whole day, and I don't have to think about what to do. If you go consistently, you see results."

Pilates is an excellent strengthening and sculpting workout. According to research, the workout can boost ab strength and increase core posture stability. Plus, as Miller said, it's a time-efficient way to stay in great shape.

She Does Yoga

Miller told Bustle that she attends yoga retreats and hopes to get better at the exercise.

"I wish I was really good at yoga," she said. "Yogis are so flexible, graceful, and just agile creatures—it's inspiring. But it's not my thing because I'm not flexible at all. I usually go on yoga retreats once a year, and there are always these 70-year-old women who are so flexible. Meanwhile, I'm 29 and struggling to touch my toes. It humbles you really fast."

She's All About Skincare

Miller shows her skin TLC—and her complexion is glowing.

She broke down her skincare routine to Bustle, sharing, "I always wake up and immediately feed my cat because he's constantly screaming. Then, I wash my face and hop in the shower. I like using something that wakes me up, so Soap & Glory's Clean On Me Body Wash and Flake Away Body Scrub are my go-to products in the morning. Once I'm out, I have to moisturize, especially in the winter when my skin gets so dry. I always reach for The Righteous Butter—it's a staple for me after every shower."

She Never Travels Without Her "Beauty Essentials"

Miller said that she never travels without her favorite skincare products.

"When I'm filming, especially if I'm staying in a hotel, I try to bring my beauty essentials with me to maintain some sense of normalcy," the model said. "When we film Summer House, I actually have all my products shipped to the house beforehand so I don't have to lug them back and forth every weekend. I do my best to stick to my routine, though late nights make it harder to be as diligent. This past summer, I even gave out Soap & Glory gift bags after parties. Paige [DeSorbo] and I shared a room, so I made sure we had our favorites in the bathroom and shared them with everyone. It was my little way of passing along things I love."

She Prepares A Healthy Breakfast

Starting the morning with a delicious, nutritious breakfast is a great way to make healthy habits stick throughout the rest of the day.

In an interview with Us Weekly, Miller said her breakfast routine includes a few staples. "I get up and make my homemade chai tea latte. I've been loving my smooth toast and applesauce lineup lately," she shared.
