1. Lemon Water and Meditation
DeSorbo enjoys a gentle start to the day. “The first thing I do when I wake up is check my phone to see how much longer I can sleep!” she told E! News. “Then I drink a hot water with lemon because I heard it helps start the day off right! I don't have a specific mantra I tell myself everyday but I do try and meditate each day. If I had to answer I would say "everything happens for a reason.”

DeSorbo swears by low-impact workouts. “My go-to work out is P.Volve, I've gone to their classes for years and now I stream them at home,” she told E! News. “I try and workout at least 3 to 4 times a week even if it's for only 30 minutes. It's all about strengthening and elongating your muscles. It's my favorite! I am the worst at healthy snacks but I try and eat a banana everyday… Peanut butter is my weakness so peanut butter ice cream is my favorite indulgence.”
3. Breathing Exercises
DeSorbo likes to do breathing exercises. “I just started doing this really weird thing that my boyfriend [Craig Conover] has now picked up on. I breathe in for seven seconds,” she told Marie Claire. “Hold it for seven seconds. Let go for seven seconds. I was on the couch one day doing it and I could feel him trying to see what I was doing. Now he does it.”
4. Summer Skincare
DeSorbo keeps her skincare and makeup routine simple. “I'm loving the no-makeup make up look so a little mascara, blush, and lip gloss with lots and lots of moisturizer has been my summer look,” she told E! News. “Taking a bath at least once a week has helped me take time to relax and of course face masks almost everyday. I can not go to sleep without doing my full skin care routine, it makes me feel like I'm doing something good for my skin each day.”
5. Lazy Girl Workouts
DeSorbo loves to walk as much as possible, and pokes fun at her workout-ethic. “I do try and walk everywhere in New York City though and I have so many Pilates things saved from TikTok,” she told Marie Claire. “There's actually one called Lazy Girl Workouts and I love 'em. You can literally be sitting on your couch. Just type in TikTok ‘lazy girl workouts.’ I’m the face of fitness—a pillar of the health community.”
