Sunisa Lee is training for the Olympics – in her leotard. In a new social media post the gymnast shows off her impressive skills on the bar – and her beauty body – while executing some nearly impossible moves. “Podiumm 🤍🤍#wintercup,” she captioned the Instagram video with her followers. How does the athlete, 21, keep her body fueled for competition? Here is everything you need to know about what she eats in a day.

1. Fueling Her Body with Healthy Food

Sunisa stresses the importance of eating the right food. "We are working out so much and then we're competing every week,” she told Women's Health. “[So] it's important to keep my body fueled and strong and healthy because it's easier to get injured now that I'm just competing every single weekend."

2. Post Meet Cheat Meals

Slice,Of,Hot,Pizza,Large,Cheese,Lunch,Or,Dinner,CrustShutterstock

Sunisa eats healthy most of the time, especially before competing. However, afterward she allows herself to cheat. "I always have a pizza after every meet," she told Women’s Health. She also has a go-to dessert. “I love ice cream. That's my go-to. Or like a milkshake,” she says. “I don't really like chocolate, so I won't eat a chocolate cake or anything like that.” Her favorite flavor is strawberry. “I like to think that it's healthier because it's strawberry, right?”

3. Here Is What She Eats in a Day

Sunisa starts her day eggs and sausage or eggs and bacon for breakfast. It “usually ranges because I can't eat the same thing every single day,” she says. Sometimes she will have a strawberry banana smoothie with vanilla protein powder. For lunch she pairs a protein with a salad or quinoa. “I pretty much eat anything,” she adds. “I'm not a really picky eater.” She also snacks throughout the day. “When I'm in practice, we have like a really big snack bar,” she says. Pita chips and hummus, cheesesticks, banana chips, and almonds are one of her faves. Protein wafers and cheese with salami and crackers are another snack she enjoys. For dinner, she will have a steak with a side of greens.

4. Minimal Carbs, Fried Foods, and Sweets

Sunisa doesn’t adhere to a super restrictive diet. However, she does try to stay away from carbs, fried foods, and sweets. Protein is also a priority as it helps aid muscle recovery.

5. Coffee or Matcha

Sunisa enjoys the perks of caffeine. "I get Starbucks in the morning and I always have to get my two drinks," Lee told POPSUGAR. One is usually either coffee or matcha, "Usually, I get a venti iced matcha latte with coconut milk and two pumps of vanilla," she says. "It's so good, I get it every single time." The other? "I always have to get my strawberry lemonade refresher."

Hawaiian surfing champion Anastasia Ashley previously said she is not into the cold—but this time she’s making an exception to go snowboarding in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Ashley, 37, shared a video of herself wearing purple leggings and a matching cropped tank top, layering more and more clothes on top of her outfit. “Getting ready for snowboarding means a ton of gear 😝,” she captioned the post. Here’s what Ashley’s many favorite workouts look like.

1. Her Favorite Workouts

Ashley’s favorite workouts aside from surfing are racing and spinning. “I love spinning—I think it is one of the best workouts besides surfing,” she told Surfer.com. “I try and go to the gym Equinox, they have the best classes. I love driving, even though I'm not the best car driver (haha). I like to go out to the desert and drive dune buggies in the sand dunes. I also like to get my race on at K-1 Racing. It's an indoor kart racing course with gas powered cars.”

2. Healthy Hawaiian/Asian Food

Ashley genuinely enjoys healthy foods, especially fresh produce and Hawaiian/Asian cuisine. “I try to eat really healthy,” she told Surfer.com. “I'm not really a fan of junk food or anything super processed. I eat Sambazon Acai all the time. It's a great pre-surf meal. One of my favorite places to eat is Captain Mauris in San Clemente. They have really great fresh squeezed juices and salads. I also love Hapa J's as well. They have great Hawaiian/Asian inspired food and a fun atmosphere.”

3. Bikinis, Not Wetsuits

Ashley will always choose a bikini over a wetsuit. “The more fitness I do, the more energy I feel. I love going to group workouts with friends,” she told The Purist Online. “I’ve done my share of Barry’s Bootcamp and kickboxing. I also love hiking or biking. The more fitness I do, the more energy I feel. I like to surf in warmer water. When I’m in a wetsuit, I know I’m on the wrong beach.

4. Twerking Warm Ups

Ashley is infamous for her cheeky twerking warm ups before hitting the surf. “I definitely like to zone out and get excited by making a great playlist and blasting my headphones,” she told Guest of a Guest. “I try not to talk to anyone and focus. I like to do jumping jacks, stretches, and get loosened up for the events, and I'm known to get lost and dance a little!”

5. Role Model For Next Generation

Ashley didn’t have many role models growing up—but she wants that to change. "I want to be out there and show you can be a strong, fearless, independent athlete and be a woman," she told Refinery29. "Growing up, it wasn’t a cool thing to be a female athlete or a female surfer. It taught me to be strong and do what I love.”

Maureen Blanquisco is modeling workout clothes. In a new social media post the IFBB contestant shows off her incredible body in a blue exercise set, driving her followers wild. “To all my baddies out there! This color makes your tan complexion POP,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “So gorgeous 🩷🥰” commented one. “OKKKAAAY SLAAY SLAAY,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Swimming

When Maureen was younger she was a swimmer. “I always loved competing and performing. I usually call it “performing” instead of competing. Swimming was an individual sport. If I wanted to win, it all depended on me. I never liked depending on a team. If we lost because of them, I would get very frustrated,” she told Muscular Development.

2. Gymnastics and Cheerleading

Silver,Pom,Poms,On,White,Background,IsolationShutterstock

She then moved on to gymnastics and cheerleading. “Cheerleading was fine until one time we fell during a stunt, and it wasn’t my fault. I said, I think I work better alone,” this is when she discovered weights. “I started lifting weights at age 18. That’s around the time you want to look and feel good, putting on makeup. I was doing fitness training anyway, so I started to look for something I could do competitively that fit that. I had always wanted to compete in beauty pageants, but at 5 feet tall I was too short. Then I saw the Bikini Olympia on YouTube, and the woman who stuck out to me the most was India Paulino. She was my first idol! I thought it looked so cool. The women looked amazing, and this was the closest thing to a beauty pageant I could do. I thought I could just go compete in the Olympia. I had no idea you have to turn pro first, then qualify, the whole long process. But in my head, I only had one goal, to go to the Olympia.”

3. Here Is How She Preps for Shows

“I started prepping for the Olympia right after the Boston Pro in March, so that was seven months. It was a very chill prep because I was eating clean, but I was eating more than ever in a prep. I was still dieting, but it was more calories, and I did have one cheat meal a week. Now I see this is the best approach for me: a longer prep but with more food,” Maureen said.

4. Her “Breaks” Involve Cardio

When she does go on vacation, she still exercises. “I did go on vacation to Hawaii with my partner the week after the Olympia. That was on my bucket list. I did cardio every day, but I took five days off from weights. I had a couple of treats, but nothing crazy,” she says.

5. She Doesn’t “Gain Too Much” During the Offseason

Marueen avoids overindulging in the off season. “I have a very clear mindset that if I gain too much, it will be a lot harder for me,” she told Muscle & Fitness. “In Bikini, it’s all about condition, and while you could be ‘too’ hard, you certainly can’t be soft, either.”

Jutta Leerdam is breaking records and flaunting her abs. In a new social media post the speed skater shows off her amazing body while celebrating the end of the season. “Finished the season in a Track record 1.12.86 🤯🥇❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 Thank you all for the support ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does the Dutch athlete approach health and fitness? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. All Around Athlete

Jutta has a history of athletics. “I did a lot of different sports as a child. I played field hockey for eight years and did gymnastics. I had so much energy,” she told Body & Fit. “I started speed skating because my dad really liked the sport. He wanted his children to be able to skate so we could all skate together in the winter. I really liked to see myself get better every time I went. That was the fun part for me. I enjoyed seeing my dad happy and proud of me, too.”

2. Drive to Win

“My goal is the race I need to win next. I’m focused on my fitness goals, too, making sure everything is in balance. I rely on my coach a lot. If I’m not fit enough, or good enough, I’ll find out on the ice. I don’t like to be too confident. You can lose sharpness because of it. I’m an insecure person but I let my insecurities drive me. If you’re a good athlete, you have to be insecure. You need to do better and better. Nothing is ever good enough,” she added.

3. Here Is What She Eats in a Day

Double,Cheeseburger,With,Tomato,And,OnionShutterstock

Jutta detailed her diet to Body & Fit. “In the morning, I eat oatmeal and lots of fruit. It fills me up because I’m always super hungry from training. I really have to watch my protein intake. If I take too much I get too muscular. As a skater, I have to be strong but I don’t want to be too bulky. I see food as my energy. I need carbs. I need fat. I need everything. I eat plenty of vegetables and watch how much food I eat in general, but I wouldn’t say I have a cheat day. What really is a cheat day anyway? A burger contains animal proteins and good fats that I can use as energy. I’ll watch the saturated fats, but if I feel like it, I eat it, and I don’t feel guilty. I use the energy to train the next day,” she explained.

4. Biking

When she isn’t speed skating you can find Jutta biking. “We cycle a lot in the summer, block training, mountain biking, hours of easy riding. That’s the conditioning part. You need a strong base condition to be able to peak at the right moment. In winter, it’s more skating, weight training, and cycling. I train twice a day. We’re off one day per week,” she said.

5. Strong Not Skinny

Jutta focuses on being strong, not skinny. “For me, it’s mostly physical. I have to be strong. I need to work on conditioning, flexibility and strength to be fast and explosive on the ice. This sport is a combination of every aspect of physical fitness. Flexibility, endurance, power. If all of those things are in balance, I feel fit. I used to struggle with being skinny. I wanted to LOOK fit. I was a perfectionist. I saw fat on me and I didn’t want it. I didn’t eat much and everything was super healthy. Now, I’m eating way more to perform. I use food to improve myself as an athlete, not just for looks,” she told the publication.

In his TikTok, Wahlberg is seen enjoying eggs with sausage. According to University Hospitals, eggs have a lot of health benefits. “At 70 calories each, eggs are a stellar protein source and a nutritional powerhouse. When eaten as part of a balanced diet, eggs provide multiple health benefits and are unlikely to pose a risk for heart disease.”

He Eats Salmon

Wahlberg is also seen enjoying salmon. The Mayo Clinic states that salmon has a lot of benefits. “Seafood in general, and salmon in particular, is a good choice for protein in the diet. If you can use salmon in place of a higher fat meat, that's even better. Salmon is probably best known for its omega-3 fatty acids. Called EPA and DHA, these fats may support heart health, brain function and healthy joints.”

He Likes Lemon Juice

Wahlberg is seen enjoying lemon juice in his TikTok. St. Vincent’s Medical Center states that lemon is very beneficial. “Weight-loss studies have also noted the effects of lemon. Drinking lemon water, which keeps you hydrated, increases your metabolism. One glass burns at least six calories. It can also help you feel full, making it easier to resist an urge to snack.”

He Likes Olive Oil

Another thing that Wahlberg is seen eating in his TikTok is olive oil. According to The Cleveland Clinic, olive oil has a lot of health benefits. “EVOO contains more than 20 types of polyphenols, a category of plant-based chemical compounds that help protect your heart and reduce inflammation throughout your body. Polyphenols are a type of antioxidant.”

He Gets Enough Protein

Protein is a big part of Wahlberg’s diet. He is not only seen eating high-protein foods like eggs and salmon in his TikTok, but he is also seen eating protein bars and powders. Piedmont states that protein is extremely important. “Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage and skin. In fact, your hair and nails are composed mostly of protein. Your body uses it to build and repair tissue.”

He Eats Blueberries

Wahlberg is also seen enjoying blueberries in his TikTok. The Cleveland Clinic states that blueberries have a lot of benefits. “Because blueberries are high in fiber and lower in sugar when compared to other fruits, they don’t cause your blood sugar to spike. For people with certain health conditions, scientists suspect this positive effect could aid with blood sugar management.”

Rita Ora isn’t just a chart-topping singer and TV star—she’s also serious about staying fit. Whether she’s lighting up the stage with hits like Black Widow or guessing contestants on The Masked Singer, Ora makes sure to carve out time for the gym. In a recent Instagram post captioned "Come to the gym with me," she gave fans an inside look at her workout routine, and it’s packed with powerhouse moves. From treadmill runs to Pilates, here’s exactly how she keeps her body in top shape.

She Strength Trains

Ora is seen using dumbbells and a weighted shoulder press machine in her Instagram video. Both of these are considered strength training exercises. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Runs On The Treadmill

The first thing Ora does at the gym is run on the treadmill. Healthy Talbot states that this has a lot of benefits. “Jogging or running on a treadmill helps to lose weight as well as burn fat quickly and effectively. Yet it’s easier on your knees and joints than outdoor running. This is the most popular advantage of working out on a treadmill workouts. Besides, these workouts burn calories at a faster rate than other aerobic exercises. To burn calories even faster, you just need to run longer and faster on the machine.”

She Does Tricep Exercises

Ora is seen doing tricep curls in her Instagram video. Gymless says that all tricep workouts have a lot of benefits. “Our triceps muscles enable us to extend the elbows, and it is a powerful extender of the forearm. Triceps are often used for pushing, which is utilized in our everyday activities such as opening a door, inserting a plug into a socket, or moving furniture across the room.“

She Does Leg Presses

Ora is also seen using the leg press machine in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic says that this exercise is very beneficial. “The leg press is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work a variety of muscles in the lower body. Specifically, the leg press targets the quadriceps muscles in the front of the thighs, the gluteal muscles in the buttocks, the hamstring muscles in the back of the thighs, and the calves, all in an integrated fashion. Since the leg press works several muscles at once, it's an especially efficient way to strengthen your lower body.”

She Does Pilates

Rita Ora on a Pilates reformer

The last workout that Ora is seen doing in her Instagram video is a session on the Pilates reformer. Pilates has a lot of health benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”

Hewitt tells People that she wants to be a role model for others. In it, she shared the advice she gives to young girls. “When I meet young girls, I’m always like, ‘Just do me one favor.
