Drea Wheeler appeared on the 42nd season of Survivor. She was a very popular contestant, and was even given prize money from Sia. Wheeler is also a fitness expert. In February, she shared a reel of what she did after being voted out of Survivor. In it, she is seen running and using weights. Wheeler captioned the post, “I’m often asked, what did I do as soon as I was voted out on @survivorcbs. Took a lot of tequila shots and then started my @bodyliciousbydrea trainings 💪🏾 OBVIOUSLY 🙄 LITERALLY couldn’t believe I had completely lost my 🍑 😳 and YES the #DreaApproved Booty Bands made their way to Fiji.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Drea Wheeler stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Runs

As you can see in her Instagram post, Wheeler likes to run to stay in shape. Better Health states that running has a lot of benefits. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

2. She Strength Trains

As you can see in her recent post, Wheeler likes to strength train. She is also seen doing bicep curls and dual pulley rows in this post on Instagram. Strength training has a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”

3. She Does The Elliptical

In the previous Instagram post, Wheeler is seen using the elliptical. The Hospital For Special Surgery states that the elliptical is a great machine to use. “Elliptical machines are a bit like the Swiss Army knives of the gym. The forward-and-back motion of their pedals simulates walking or jogging, while the up-down movement is akin to a stair climber. Meanwhile, the arm attachments provide the arms, chest and shoulders with a muscle-building workout.”

4. She Wants To Empower Others

Wheeler wants to use her fitness program to empower others. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “April 1st = Spring Bodylicious Challenge! This isn’t just about fitness. It’s about reclaiming your strength, confidence, and inner radiance. Join me on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment as we celebrate the beauty of your body and spirit. Let’s turn your fitness dreams into reality and your doubts into triumphs. Sign up now through link in bio or shop button and let the transformation begin!”

5. She Works Her Lower Body

Wheeler doesn’t skip leg day. She got back into lower body workouts not long after having her first child. Wheeler shared some of her favorites in this Instagram video. In it, she is seen doing squats, lunge step backs, and dips with a resistance band. Wheeler captioned the post, “3 months postpartum workout after a high risk pregnancy with modified bed rest and 1 year of 0 training. Friendly Reminder: Pregnancy Journeys look different but the end goal is the same 👶🏽 You’ve got this Mamas xx”

Grace Beverley is exercising – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the influencer flaunts her amazing figure in a two-piece workout set in a mirror selfie. “Spot the girl obsessed with her own business,” she captioned the Instagram Stories image. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Breakfast

Grace starts the day with a big breakfast. “I’m not a huge breakfast person in the week, but at the weekends my go-to has been the same for over a decade now: creamy mushrooms on toast,” she told Women’s Health. “My fiancé uses the Oatly cream to make it for us every weekend and it’s definitely one of the reasons I’m marrying him! It’s just the ultimate weekend “breakfast and it feels like such a treat without spiking my blood sugar too much.”

Coffee

Grace is a coffee drinker. “My go-to coffee order is an iced oat latte. Although I’m trying to cut down and now have a strict ‘no coffee after 12pm’ rule that I make the team hold me accountable to when I don’t have the willpower,” she said.

Greens Powder

“I used to take a whole load of supplements but I got fed up with spending so much each month and taking so many pills. That’s why I turned to the Shreddy team with the idea of developing a greens powder that did the job of all my supplements in one. I remember in that first meeting we thought it might not be possible, but a year (and 30 samples) later one glass of Shreddy Supergreens contains 100% NRV of my daily vitamins, pre & pro-biotics and all the vitamins and minerals I was already taking for hair and skin growth. As someone who’s all about efficiency, it’s my dream multi-tasking supplement. I drink it in the afternoon instead of my coffee and it really helps me avoid that mid-afternoon crash I always used to get,” Grace told Women’s Health.

Sleep

Grace prioritizes her sleep. “I wear an Oura ring to track my sleep, so I know how far to push myself on a particular day as my schedule is usually pretty back-to-back. It usually knows when I’m getting run down before I do,” she told Women’s Health. “I try my absolute best to get 8 hours of sleep a night, after years of trying to push it, I now know that 8 hours is what I need to be good at my job and maintain my schedule across a week. When heading to bed, I make sure to read at least 10 pages of a fiction book. I find it really helps me to separate my brain from work mode and improves the quality of my sleep as a whole.”

HIIT Workouts

Grace Beverly takes a reflective selfie.HIIT WorkoutsGrace Beverly/Instagram

Grace sticks to short but effective workouts.”When I moved to London, I struggled to fit everything in and barely worked out at all. It sounds like a scammy email, but the ‘simple trick’ that changed my life was switching to just 10 or 20-minute workouts – it’s great for my mental health and fitness, but short enough that I never get bored,” she told Women’s Health. “That’s what inspired me to create the Shreddy 102 and Shreddy 202 HIIT guides. I now do one of those workouts four days a week, as well as two weight- lifting sessions – I’m lucky enough to have a home gym.”

Lindsey Vonn is getting her sweat on – and flaunting her fit figure. In a new social media post the skier shows off her amazing body in a two-piece workout look while executing a workout at the gym. “Back on my @redbull grind and man, it feels good! Getting as strong as I can… think I might have a plan for the knee, but first I need to get,” she captioned the Instagram Reel. What exercises are helping her get strong and what other health habits does she practice? Here is everything you need to know.

1. Here Is Her Latest Workout

According to Kendra Gamble, HIT Fitness Training, Huntingdon Valley, PA, NPTI Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant, Lindsey’s workout includes:

  • Single leg hip thrust
  • Standing abduction machine (can be done with a band)
  • Lying hamstring curl
  • Inverted row
  • *Back extension
  • *Side plank hip adduction
  • TRX push up

2. She’s Training to Be “Lean and Fit” with Weight Training

Lindsey admits she has gotten "a lot leaner" after retiring from skiing. "I used to do things that were so sport specific, so I had to be bigger," she told New York Post's Alexa magazine. "But everyone is like, 'Oh my God, you're in the best shape of your life.' It's like — yes and no. I'm not training for my sport anymore, I am training to be lean and fit,” she said. She has dramatically decreased her body fat with the help of trainer Gunnar Peterson. "Different training. Different diet. Crazy!" Her workouts are no joke, and she trains three to four times a week. "Whatever you like doing is what you should be doing," she told Women’s Health. Her workouts are a combo of strength and weight training, using a lot of weighted balls, battle ropes, lifts, squats. You can check out another one of her workouts here

3. She Also Does Two Cardio Workouts a Week

Lindsey supplements her weight and strength training with two cardio workouts a week, but you won’t find her running on the treadmill. "I have a doctor's note that says I should never run again in my life, and I'm okay with that," she says. Instead she cycles or surfs.

4. She Also Walks After Dinner

"I have to go outside and walk the glucose off with my dog," Lindsey says about her post-dinner strolls. According to science, you should too. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

5. Her Diet Is “Clean”

Fresh,Blueberries,And,Kiwi,Slices,On,A,Wooden,Blue,Background,Shutterstock

Lindsey no longer follows her “ski season” diet of “a lot of protein and carbs,” she told People. Phil Goglia revamped her diet when she retired, and it now involves a lot of water, eating clean food, and timing her meals. “I try not to eat too much in the morning before I work out,” she told Women’s Health. Post-workout Lindsey eats “egg white omelets with broccoli, chicken, and pepper, and stuff like that.” For lunch, she might have chicken or salmon with kale or cabbage. For dinner, her plate is filled with a mix of protein and veggies – like chicken salad with avocado or a zucchini pasta with bolognese meat sauce. Almonds, kiwis, and blueberries are go-to snacks. Overall she tries to eat a lot of plant-based foods. “Listen, the kitchen can be intimidating to anyone. But I’m here to tell you: You can do it. And with the new year, let’s do it better, together. I’ve got 14 places to help you start eating more plant-based foods,” she captioned a recent post, suggesting the Just Egg cookbook to her followers.

Activewear Influencer Dani Bonnor Says "Got the Splits"

We are committed to bringing you researched, expert-driven content to help you make more informed decisions around food, health, and wellness. We know how important making choices about your overall health is, and we strive to provide you with the best information possible.

Dani Bonner is a very successful influencer. She is known for sharing a lot of fitness and wellness content on her Instagram. A few weeks ago, Bonner shared a set of photos of herself modeling some new workout clothes and doing a split. She captioned the post, “Today I got into the SPLITS yeowwww!!”

She Stretches

As you can see from her Instagram post, Bonnor likes to do stretches to keep herself in shape. According to Harvard Health, stretching is very important. “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage. For example, sitting in a chair all day results in tight hamstrings in the back of the thigh. That can make it harder to extend your leg or straighten your knee all the way, which inhibits walking. Likewise, when tight muscles are suddenly called on for a strenuous activity that stretches them, such as playing tennis, they may become damaged from suddenly being stretched. Injured muscles may not be strong enough to support the joints, which can lead to joint injury.”

She Does Pilates

Bonnor likes to do Pilates to keep herself in shape. She specifically likes to use a reformer. Bonnor shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself doing Pilates. She shared these photos of herself using the reformer, captioning them, “Pre workout and Pilates!!! This is my time for me. Doing what I love and what I need. 🫶🏼”

She Wants To Be Healthy

For Bonnor, being healthy is a priority for her. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Can't wait to get back into this body.... One that feels balanced, steady, strong. One that I can trust is healthy. One that I can stop worrying 24/7 about. One where I'm not waiting for a ‘symptom’ to pop up and take over my existence..I've been so patient. I've learnt the hard lessons.. I have never given up even if sometimes I felt it was easier to. Healing sure isn't linear, it really does show you that you are stronger than you think you are though!!”

She Loves Strawberries

Bonnor likes to make smoothie bowls. She shared this recipe for one on Instagram. In it, she uses strawberries. According to The Cleveland Clinic, strawberries have a lot of benefits. “For starters, strawberries are loaded with vitamin C. Eight medium strawberries contain 160% of your daily recommended amount — the amount that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommends you eat every day. That’s more vitamin C than you get from an orange, the fruit famous for its vitamin C.”

She Loves Blueberries

Freshly,Picked,Blueberries,In,Wooden,Bowl.,Juicy,And,Fresh,BlueberriesShutterstock

Bonnor is also seen using blueberries in her smoothie bowl recipe. Blueberries have a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, “A one-cup serving of blueberries contains 25% of the recommended daily value for vitamin C and 4 grams of dietary fiber, but only 80 calories. Plus, blueberries are juicy fruits, which means they contain mostly water. That high water content makes them great for weight loss or maintenance because they fill you up quickly without a lot of calories.”

Rhea Ripley is showing off her guns – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the WWE fighter flexes while wearing a sports bra and sweats, her washboard abs on display. “you’re unreal,” commented one of her followers. “🔥🔥🔥,” added Carmella. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Does Her Best

While training for WrestleMania, Rhea gives it her all. “When it comes to Mania season, it's an 'I'm trying my best' approach. There's less time to go to the gym with all the media and shows, and a lot of travelling, especially being on Raw and SmackDown at the moment,” she told GQ.

Self-Care and Rest

Rhea stresses the importance of self-care and rest. “It's a very intense job and environment. It can be quite stressful, because there are a lot of things that are needed from you; a lot of things that people don't understand we do and go through,” she told GQ. “It's important to have those moments of free time when you can turn your brain off, whether it's at the gym, watching a movie, or just spending time with friends and family – anything you can do to put yourself at ease and make yourself feel like a normal human for a couple of hours!”

Hydration

Three,5,Liter,Plastic,Water,Bottles,Close,Up.,Water,DeliveryShutterstock

Drinking water is also a priority. “I definitely need to drink more water. It's something I need to get better at, but I'm trying!” she says. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Meal Prep

Rhea controls her diet with a meal delivery service. “I get meals sent to me every Sunday by a meal-prep company with the macros I want. I definitely don't eat as much as I should – I don't know how I have as much muscle as I do, because sometimes I don't eat. I did legs the other day, burnt 2,500 active calories, and I only ate 8-900 calories that day,” she says. “I definitely fluctuate with my eating habits. It's not good, especially in the profession that I'm in. I need to be eating more just to save my body, but sometimes you're just so busy that you don't.”

Strength Training and Cardio

“Normally, when I go to the gym, I do 20 minutes of cardio, then lift weights for two and a half, sometimes three hours – it really depends on what I want to do. It's my happy place, so I like to spend time there – it's the one place I get to turn my brain off. At the moment, I still get in to do cardio and I'm weight training at least six days a week, but today I only did back [training] for an hour. It definitely isn't my preference, but you just have to go in and hustle, because when it comes to WrestleMania, you want to be as fit and look as good as you can,” she told GQ. “For me, it's about staying ready, so then if you need to maintain for a day or two, you can. At the end of the day, you will have a day off where you can just go completely ham.”

Alice De Bortoli doesn’t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless style—she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

Alice De Bortoli dyed her hair

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

Alice De Bortoli is seen cooking

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

Alice De Bortoli works out with a friend

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”
