She’s Disciplined
Natalie makes sure to stay disciplined when it comes to her wellness routine. In the caption of this Instagram post, she shared some advice for sticking to your wellness routine during the holiday season. “YOU have control over the decisions you make every single day. When motivation is low, rely on your discipline. You might not feel like working out, do it anyway. We are what we do CONSISTENTLY not occasionally. One holiday meal is not going to derail your progress. Pick exact events or meals you are going to be more flexible with what you eat and give yourself permission to enjoy every single moment. Hold yourself accountable on non celebration days. Focusing on nutrition being consistent with your long term goals.”
