Sutton Stracke is steaming up the shoreline – in her bathing suit. In a recent social media post the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shows off her incredible body and chiseled abs while lounging on the beach in St. Barths with her “friend forever” Gaby Sifter. “You look like a teenager in that second pic,” commented one of her followers. “Cutie,” added another. How does the reality star stay looking forever young? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.
1. Golfing
Sutton is an avid golfer. “Finally! A day off. Golf lesson Oceanside. Happy #humpday,” she captioned this photo from an oceanfront course. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
2. Botox
According to Sutton, castmate Kyle Richards “dragged” her to get Botox for the first time a few years ago. “I had never gotten Botox before. I was 47 and I had never done it!” she told Page Six Style. “Kyle dragged me to go get Botox with Nurse Jamie.”
3. Beauty Roller

Nurse Jamie introduced Sutton to a beauty tool that she uses regularly. “And that’s actually how I ended up getting my roller,” she said about the Nurse Jamie Instant UpLift Massaging Beauty Roller she uses to quell anxiety. The device has a rotating head covered with 24 tourmaline stones to help improve skin tone and texture.
4. Focusing on Inner Beauty
Sutton chooses to focus on her insides rather than her outsides. “We can get so fixated on that. I mean, we all want to look good and we all want to stay young,” Sutton told Page Six Style. “But really, I think our youthfulness comes from our heart.” She tries to teach her daughter these types of lessons. “I have a daughter and so I want to make sure that she learns from me. The biggest lesson is that looks are secondary. Who you are as a person is first and how you live your life, being a leader and leading by example is what’s most important. Because you can look amazing, but it doesn’t matter if you’re a terrible person.”
5. No Ozempic
Sutton has denied taking Ozempic to lose weight. “So fun. Thanks for having me! No Covid, not on Ozempic, I do eat!” she wrote in the comment section of since-deleted Instagram post, after someone accused her of using the weight loss drug. “Jeff, you’re always a blast and I couldn’t love [Doug Budin] more (see you in the store on Monday).”
