Sierra Skye is heating up social media with her latest modeling shots. The swimwear model threw her fans into a frenzy in a new post, showing off her flat abs in a two-piece exercise set. They had a lot to say about the latest images. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. “The hottest,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
Vegetarian Diet
Sierra avoids meat. “As a vegetarian my whole life, I have found this dietary lifestyle of eating clean calories to be a key reason for why I've been able to stay bikini ready all year,” she writes about her diet.
Jet Skiing
Jet skiing is one of Sierra’s favorite outdoor activities. Why should you consider hopping on one? It boasts cardiovascular benefits, burns calories, promotes balance, relieves stress, and also works many muscles simultaneously.
She Does These Booty Exercises
Sierra has her own workout program. She and a team of NASM-certified personal trainers created her 6-week Summer Booty Program. In the description, it says there are three days a week of booty & lower body workouts, one day of total upper body training, and one day of cardio + abs.
Healthy Diet without Serious Restrictions
“I try to eat really healthy. I don’t have a strict diet. I just try to eat as healthy as I can,” Sierra revealed in a YouTube Q&A. She fills her plate with lots of vegetables, fruit, and beans. As for cheating, her splurge foods are pasta, pizza, brownies, and cookies. “I tell myself I am going to workout extra hard the next day,” she said.
She Does "Lots" of Cardio
Sierra does “lots” of cardio. In a YouTube video, she explains how important cardio is. She does one hour of cardio six days a week and then works out with a trainer on three of those days. Walking is an easy but effective form of cardio. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
