Sydney Sweeney has become one of the breakout stars of recent years. She stars in the TV series Euphoria. She also appeared in the first season of The White Lotus. Sweeney has also appeared on the big screen. Last year, she starred in Madame Web and Anyone But You. Sweeney recently shared her New Year’s Eve photos on Instagram. She captioned it, “The last few days of 2024 will forever be some of my favorite.”
She Hikes
Another thing that Sweeney does to keep herself in shape is going on hikes. She revealed to Women’s Health that she likes to bring her dog Tank with her sometimes. “We would go on six-hour adventures—there was rock climbing and climbing trees and finding little streams and paths. There was no actual trails. We just explored.”
She Fight Trains
Sweeney has starred in the action movie Madame Web and revealed on Instagram that she will be playing a boxer in an upcoming film. Naturally, she does a lot of fight training. Sweeney told Women’s Health that she picked this up before either roles. “I really wanted to find something that was as physically challenging as everything [back home],” she says. “Some of my guy friends were MMA training, and they were doing grappling, and I was like, 'This is so cool.'”
She Stays Hydrated
Sweeney shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Bustle. She says that staying hydrated is extremely important to her. For this reason, Sweeney only drinks water. "I have never even tried coffee,” Sweeney revealed. “I only drink water — for whatever reason, when I was like, 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, it’s my thing.”
She Takes Care of Her Skin
Sweeney shared her skincare routine with Bustle. “When I get out of the shower, I put on SkinCeuticals Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier and C E Ferulic, and then I put on this French cream, Embryolisse Lait Crème Concentré, and then EltaMD Sunscreen. If I’m going to work, I’ll pop on eye gels, and use a giant ice roller all over my face before getting into hair and makeup. Then I’ll get dressed for the day. I like to get up and out.”
She Water-Skis
Sweeney shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with Women’s Health. One thing she enjoys doing is going water-skiing. “It’s a rare moment when I can actually just hear myself breathing, where everything else goes quiet,” Sweeney says of the sport. “You get tired really fast. I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid.”
