Sydney Sweeney In Bikini Shares “Sully Update”

The actress shared a video of herself with her puppy on a boat.

Sydney Sweeney is gorgeous. We all know that. Because of her beauty, she’s starred in campaigns for things like American Eagle. Sydney’s also known for her roles in Euphoria, Anyone But You, and the first season of The White Lotus. She has an adorable dog named Sully, who’s prominently featured on her Instagram. Sydney and Sully recently enjoyed a boat day together, and she shared a video on her page. In it, she wore a black bikini as Sully snuggled in her lap. Sydney captioned the post, “Sully update.” Here are 5 of Sydney Sweeney’s wellness secrets.

She Waterskis

As you can see from her Instagram post, Sydney loves spending time on the water. She likes to go slalom water skiing. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” Sydney says to Women’s Health. “I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite…You get tired really fast. I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid.”

She Does MMA

Another thing that Sydney does to keep herself in shape is MMA train. She talked about how she got into it with Women’s Health. “I really wanted to find something that was as physically challenging as everything [back home],” she says. “Some of my guy friends were MMA training, and they were doing grappling, and I was like, ‘This is so cool.’ I tried it out, and I was like, ‘Oh my God, I love this.'”

She Works Out With Others

One thing Sydney loves about going to her dojo is spending time with her trainers and friends who go. “It’s a sisterhood and a brotherhood amongst the fighters and the trainers,” Sydney explains to Women’s Health. “It’s such a beautiful community of people who have each other’s backs, and you learn discipline and you learn respect.”

She Goes To Solidcore Classes

Sydney loves to do Pilates and Pilates-esque workouts. She revealed to Women’s Health that she goes to Solidcore classes. “When I say it’s one of the greatest workouts you could do,” Sydney says. “It’s so challenging. It just makes me feel so toned and strong, but also elongated, and I feel so good doing that.”

She Uses Sleeping Masks On Her Skin

Sydney has amazing skin, and many people wonder what her secrets are. In an interview with Nylon Magazine, she revealed that she uses a lot of sleeping masks on her face, before going to bed. “I’ll put the [Laneige] Water Sleeping Mask on, but lately, I’ve been using the new Bouncy & Firm Sleeping Mask, which has been unbelievable. It has collagen in it, and I’ve just been feeling really refreshed. I use it instead of moisturizer and honestly, it does everything. And then I’ll use the Water Bank eye cream and the Lip Sleeping Mask. That’s pretty much it.”
