Sydney Sweeney has really taken off in the past few years. She first broke out as a cast member on the hit HBO series, Euphoria, which earned her an Emmy nomination. She earned a second nomination as a cast member of the first season of The White Lotus. Sweeney recently starred in the films Madame Web and Anyone But You. She recently enjoyed a vacation, and shared some highlights on Instagram. Sweeney captioned the post, “Ok gtg back to work now, this has been fun.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Waterskis

Sweeney shared some of her workout secrets in an interview with Women’s Health. She says that she loves waterskiing. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she says. “I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite. “It’s a rare moment when I can actually just hear myself breathing, where everything else goes quiet. You get tired really fast. I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid.”

2. She Takes Workout Classes

Sweeney likes to take workout classes. She tells Women’s Health that she especially loves taking Solidcore classes, which is a Pilates-esque workout. “When I say it's one of the greatest workouts you could do, it's so challenging. It just makes me feel so toned and strong, but also elongated, and I feel so good doing that.”

3. She Stays Motivated

Sweeney makes sure to stay fit on a regular basis. Naturally, she makes sure to stay motivated. She shared her secrets for staying motivated in her Women’s Health interview. “It's truly mind over matter. It's always more mental than physical. Of course, you have to train, you have to prepare your body, but it's mind over matter at the end of the day.”

4. She Washes Her Face

Sweeney has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared one of her biggest tips in an interview with EatingWell. “I'm pretty adamant about washing my face,” she says. “I feel like washing your face is always super important before you go to bed and when you wake up. It helps clear my skin.”

5. She Removes All Her Makeup

Sweeney shared some of her skincare secrets in an interview with E! News. She says that she makes sure to get all her makeup off, by washing her face twice. “If I wore makeup, I will wash my face twice. I do that just because I feel like I don't get all of the makeup off the first time. I will go in between two different cleansers that I like to use. One is from their Cream Skin product line and I like it a lot."
