2. She Plays Basketball

Tennis isn’t the only sport Swatosh likes to play. She also enjoys playing basketball. Swatosh shared these photos on Instagram of herself playing basketball. According to Fitness Advisory, the sport has a lot of benefits. “Basketball requires you to jump while playing, as well as running back and forth multiple times. In a basketball game, you rely on your body positioning and the ability to maintain that position when an opponent is pushing against you. This is why playing basketball can strengthen all parts of your body, especially your core muscles, neck, lower back, and arms.”

3. She Swims

Swatosh likes to swim to stay in shape. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself at the pool. Swatosh is seen in the water in the first photo in that series. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Swimming is a wonderful sport. I definitely recommend swimming for people of all ages," says Dr. Matthew Crowe, a Mayo Clinic orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine expert. "Swimming is easy on the joints, and it's very good for both cardiac health and your core strength. And it also can give you really excellent strength around the shoulders, and hips and knees.”

4. She Likes Coffee

According to this Instagram post, Swatosh likes coffee, and this has health benefits. John Hopkins Medicine states, “Caffeine is the first thing that comes to mind when you think about coffee. But coffee also contains antioxidants and other active substances that may reduce internal inflammation and protect against disease, say nutrition experts from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.”

5. She Spends Time With Animals

Swatosh likes to spend time with animals. In this Instagram post, she is seen spending time with cows. The Animal Health Foundation states that being around animals has a lot of benefits. “Pets are known to reduce stress. Cortisol is a hormone activated by stress, and studies have found that being around animals can decrease cortisol levels. For this reason, many offices are starting to allow employees to bring dogs to work, and some universities are letting students borrow dogs during stressful times of the year.”
