Tamron Hall is one of the most successful TV hosts out there. She currently hosts the talk show Tamron, and previously appeared on The Today Show. Tamron has even won an Emmy for her work. Currently, she’s on vacation in Greece with her family, and shared some highlights on Instagram. Tamron included a photo of herself in a bikini, looking amazing. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

In an interview with The New York Times, Tamron revealed that she does a variety of different workouts. “I have a Peloton and a couple of apps. My workouts are always in flux. I’ll rotate between Pilates and weight lifting. For women over 50, we should try to balance cardio with weights; we do need muscle mass. I do Pilates for mobility. I don’t work out more than 30 minutes. When I’m being really extra, I might throw in a 15-minute stretch.”

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Tamron shared some of her favorite skincare products with Harper’s Bazaar. “We actually did an entire show dedicated to my beauty obsession and my favorite things. I mask every day with ÉMINENCE—it’s an organic line I’ve been using for some years now. I also love using Dr. Barbara Sturm’s Glow Drops, as well as her Enzyme Cleanser.”

She Meditates

Tamron likes to practice meditation to help with her mental health. “I happen to practice Transcendental Meditation, so I try to meditate two times per day,” she says to Harper’s Bazaar. “And for me, having that beat before I launch into my day and just opening up my mind helps me balance life and work.”

She Travels With Workout Gear

One way Tamron works out on a consistent basis? Taking workout gear with her. She talked about this to Women’s Health, as reported by NBC News. “I always travel with my workout DVDs. I am not a big gym person, so the DVDs are perfect for me. I have a fit ball (soft ball) and a resistance band that I use along with the videos. I have been in love with workout tapes since the 90s and Cindy Crawford and her trainer Radu changed my life.”

She Takes Supplements

Tamron tells New Beauty that she takes supplements each day. “For supplements, I take vitamin D every day. My doctor recommended it. I would say about eight months ago I started to feel sluggish. Beyond the normal fatigue we all have from having busy lives and a busy schedule. I wasn’t initially a believer, but it’s made a significant difference in how I feel.”
