If you want swimsuit and vacation inspiration, Tash Oakley is the person to follow. Not only is she an avid traveler, she also models pieces from her swimsuit line, Monday Swimwear. Tash recently shared highlights on Instagram from Roma and Sardegna. In them, she wore a pale yellow bikini top, skirt, jacket, and purse. Tash’s abs were on display. She captioned the post, “Last 24 hours, Roma > Sardegna.” Here are 5 of Tash Oakley’s diet and exercise secrets.

She Loves HIIT

Tash shared some of her diet and exercise secrets with Women’s Health. She says that she loves high intensity interval training. “I work out 4-5 times a week, for an hour; I find it very theraputic. But on the days that I am really busy, I will do a 20-minute HIIT training workout…I was like, so I can burn as many calories in this 20 minutes as I would in the gym for an hour?”

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Tash has amazing skin, and she shared her secrets with Net-A-Porter. “To maintain great skin on my body I go to the Beverly Hot Springs spa in LA every two months for a full body scrub and skin-conditioning massage, and I moisturize every day with La Mer The Body Crème. For shoots, I slather my body in shimmering body oil. But, ultimately, what really makes you look good in a bikini is having the confidence to wear what you want.”

She Eats A Balanced Diet

Tash is all about balance, especially when it comes to her diet. “I live a really balanced lifestyle, and that includes my food,” she says to Women’s Health. “Growing up we ate pretty healthily – lots of veggies. Now I’m in LA I love a salad and smoothies. I still allow myself coffee and a glass of wine now and then, but alcohol is the one thing that I think really makes me gain weight because you’re not aware of how many calories you’re taking in.”

She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Tash does a lot of different workouts, and shared some of her favorites with Body & Soul. “My workout definitely varies depending on where I am in the world and I like to mix it up a lot. But, I do have my favorite go-to workouts like the butt workout and my circuit routine that are on abikiniaday.com. I also really enjoy yoga and stand up paddle boarding.”

She Focuses On Herself

Tash makes sure to focus on herself instead of others. “My advice would be never to compare yourself to others,” she told Body & Soul. “I think every woman is beautiful and our differences are what make us stand out. I think we as woman feel intimidated by baring it all at the beach but the truth is we all go to the beach to have fun and never have I looked at another  woman and judged her, I’m too busy relaxing and enjoying life to feel the need and I think most people feel the same way.”
