Tasha Franken is a fitness trainer and expert. She has a large following on Instagram. Franken teased her upcoming workout plans on her account recently. She captioned the post, “BIG things are coming 👀…Stay close—over the next few days we’ll be announcing something VERY special created JUST. FOR. She Does Pilates

Franken did a 12 Days of Wellbeing series on Instagram. In this post, she shared some of her favorite Pilates exercises. Better Health reports that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates (or the Pilates method) is a series of exercises inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles. It improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.”

She Does Ab Workouts

Franken shared this Pilates workout that focuses on abs in this Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, ab workouts are extremely important. “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries. Weak core muscles can leave you more prone to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries. Strengthening your core muscles may help back pain get better and lower the risk of falls.”

She Cooks

Franken makes sure to eat a healthy diet. One way she does so is by cooking. She shared this recipe for healthier cookies on Instagram. Franken captioned it, “Who doesn’t love a warm freshly baked cookie🎄🍪 Made with oats, almond butter, and a drizzle of maple syrup, it’s the perfect cozy treat. Packed with fiber and healthy fats—perfect for balancing out your cravings and it only takes minutes to throw together! No baking skills required ;) INGREDIENTS • 2 tbsp almond butter • 2 tbsp oats • 1 tbsp maple syrup • 1 tbsp oat milk • 1 tbsp GF flour • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds • Pinch of cinnamon • Pinch of cardamom • Pinch of salt. METHOD • Preheat your oven to 375 F • Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly • Shape mixture into a ball and place of a lined baking sheet • Bake for 15 mins • Allow to cool • Enjoy!”

She Loves Shrimp

Franken likes to eat shrimp. She shared this video on Instagram of herself enjoying a shrimp and crispy rice bowl. Franken shared the recipe in the caption. “This crispy rice salad with sautéed shrimp is SO GOOD!! Light but filling, healthy but indulgent, basically everything in a crispy, warm and tasty bowl 🍤 🥗 **INGREDIENTS** - 1 cup white rice - 2 cucumbers - 1 avocado - Bunch of parsley - Bunch of mint - Steamed edamame - Roasted cashews - 1 tbsp chilli paste - 3 tbsp olive oil - 1 tbsp tamari - 1 tbsp coconut aminos - 1 tbsp rice vinegar - Sesame seed mix with garlic flakes - 1 pound shrimp - 3 garlic sliced garlic cloves - Smoked paprika - Chilli flakes - Salt & pepper. **METHOD** - Boil rice - Preheat oven to 400 F - Once rice is boiled, place in freezer to cool down - Once cooled, add chili oil and olive oil to rice and mix. - Spread rice evenly onto tray and place in oven for 30 mins (rice should be golden and crispy) - Chop all vegetables for salad and place into large bowl - Prep the dressing by adding all ingredients into a small bowl and mix. - Add dressing to salad then add roasted cashes on topWhen the rice is almost done baking, add garlic and olive oil to a pan then add in shrimp - Sauté the shrimp at medium/high heat until golden - Once rice is done, sprinkle into salad - Serve salad onto your plate and top with sautéed shrimp. She Doesn't Quit On Herself

Corey is a big believer in showing up for herself when it comes to fitness. She captioned the Instagram post, “Every time you quit on yourself, you’re reinforcing the belief that *you’re not worth the effort.* And that belief is what keeps you stuck. The key to real progress isn’t some magic motivation. It’s building trust with yourself by keeping the small promises you make every day. Show up, even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard.”

She Runs On The Treadmill

Kara Corey runs on the treadmill.

In her Instagram video, Corey is seen on the treadmill. According to Healthy Talbot, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Jogging or running on a treadmill helps to lose weight as well as burn fat quickly and effectively. Yet it’s easier on your knees and joints than outdoor running. This is the most popular advantage of working out on a treadmill workouts. Besides, these workouts burn calories at a faster rate than other aerobic exercises. To burn calories even faster, you just need to run longer and faster on the machine.”

Corye talked about this in the caption of this Instagram video. “Did you know...Running less *can* actually make you a better runner‼️Back when I first started, I thought more miles were the only way to get better. But after years of overtraining, burnout, and injuries, I’ve learned that strength training and smarter running made all the difference: 💪 Faster recovery 🚀 My endurance and speed improved 🛡️ Stay injury-free 🏅This EXACT approach helped me qualify for the Boston Marathon Now, I’m training for my 15th marathon—(my first in 8 years)—and I’ve never felt stronger. If you’re just starting your running journey (or trying to fall back in love with it), you don’t have to do it the hard way like I did.”

As a runner, strong glutes mean: 🏃♀️ Better stride power (hello, faster splits!) ⛰️ Climbing hills with ease (no more burning quads) 🛡️ Reduced risk of injuries like IT band syndrome and shin splints 🔄 Better running efficiency for endurance. For the average gym-goer? Strong glutes = improved balance, stronger lifts, and greater mobility. Tiffiny Hall, a renowned fitness expert and the founder of the TXO Method, is known for her dynamic approach to health and wellness. With her latest workout program set to launch on September 16th, Tiffiny continues to inspire her followers by sharing not just fitness routines but also valuable lifestyle tips that encompass physical, mental, and nutritional well-being. From the development of her holistic TXO Method to her focus on mobility, core strength, and healthy eating, Tiffiny's approach is all about creating a balanced and sustainable path to wellness. In this article, we delve into some of her key lifestyle tips, revealing how she maintains her energy and encourages others to do the same.

1. She Developed the TXO Method

Hall's TXO Method is a comprehensive fitness program that she designed to address all aspects of health and wellness. The method integrates high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training, and functional movements to cater to all fitness levels, helping individuals improve their overall fitness, build strength, and boost cardiovascular health. But Tiffiny didn’t stop at just physical exercise—her program also emphasizes the importance of nutrition and mental well-being. With meal plans, recipes, and mindfulness practices included, the TXO Method offers a holistic approach to wellness, aiming to transform both the body and the mind. This program is designed for those looking to achieve a sustainable and balanced approach to fitness and health.

2. She Does Hip Mobility Exercises

Hall emphasizes the importance of mobility, particularly in the hips, which are crucial for overall movement and performance. She explains that while mobility and flexibility are often confused, they serve different purposes. Mobility is about how well you can move your hips through their full range of motion, while flexibility refers to how much your muscles can stretch. Both are essential for maintaining strong and healthy hips, and Tiffiny encourages her followers to incorporate exercises that improve both mobility and flexibility into their routines. By keeping the hips strong and mobile, individuals can enhance their overall performance and prevent injuries.

3. She Eats Fruits and Veggies

Tiffiny Hall is a strong advocate for healthy eating, and she loves to stock up on fresh fruits and vegetables, especially after a period of feeling less than her best. She shares her enjoyment of visiting weekend markets to fill her fridge with nutritious produce, which helps set her up for a successful and healthy week ahead. Tiffiny’s focus on incorporating fresh, wholesome foods into her diet reflects her belief that proper nutrition is a cornerstone of overall wellness. She encourages her followers to explore their local markets and make fresh fruits and veggies a staple in their weekly meal plans.

4. She Works Her Core

Core strength is a major focus for Tiffiny Hall, and she frequently shares exercises that target this essential area of the body. One such exercise is the Core Twisting Weighted Ball Swing, a functional movement that engages the oblique muscles and enhances rotational power. By swinging a weighted ball attached to a cord from side to side, this exercise challenges the core to maintain control and stability, making it an effective workout for building strength and coordination. Tiffiny’s dedication to core workouts underscores the importance of a strong core for overall fitness and injury prevention.

5. She Uses an Abs Roller

In a humorous post, Tiffiny Hall shared a video of herself getting her hair caught in an ab roller, reminding her followers to always prioritize safety during workouts. Despite the mishap, Tiffiny highlights the benefits of using an ab roller, a tool known for its ability to target and strengthen the abdominal muscles. The exercise requires significant core stability and strength, making it an effective addition to any workout routine.

Bri Teresi is a successful model and influencer. She is known for her work with Guess. Teresi is also known for her golf content on Instagram. At the end of last month, she shared her 2024 highlights in a reel. Teresi captioned it, “2024 has been an unforgettable year for me. It was full of incredible travels, amazing opportunities, and lots of personal growth. I’m especially grateful for the time I got to spend with my Nonno before he passed.😇 His memory will always be a part of me. As I look ahead to 2025, I’m filled with excitement for what’s to come, not just for me, but for the world. The future looks bright! Let’s welcome in the Golden Age!”

She Plays Golf

Golf is the main way that Teresi stays in shape. The Columbia Association states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Here’s just a few ways the game works its magic on your wellbeing: Enhances cardiovascular health. Reduces stress and anxiety. Helps you maintain a healthy weight. Improves cognitive function. Strengthens muscles, especially in your core. Improves sleep (fresh air + outdoors + socialization + exercise= a winning combo).”

She Swims

Teresi loves to swim to keep herself in shape. She shares a lot of posts on her Instagram of herself enjoying time in the water. Teresi shared this set of photos of herself at the beach in Miami after snorkeling. She captioned the post, “Shaken, not stirred 😉 Bond girl in the making 🎞️”

She Does Glute Bridges

Teresi shared some of her favorite workouts in this YouTube video. One thing she is seen doing in it is glute bridges. NASM states that the exercise has a lot of benefits. “Glute bridges are a useful exercise for building core stability, building glute strength, and improving overall exercise form and function. When performed as a stabilization exercise, glute bridges activate the glutes to function as they are supposed to in other movements like squats, deadlifts, walking, and running. Adding weight progresses glute bridges into a strength exercise, which can build strength in the glute muscles. By increasing glute activation and strengthening the glutes, not only will your form get better in other exercises, but you might also gain the added benefit of reduced low back pain in your everyday life.”

She Does Squats

Teresi shared this workout video on Guess’ YouTube channel. In it, she is seen doing squats. Allina Health states that squats have a lot of benefits. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

She Does Lunges

Bri Teresi does a split lunge.

Guess/YouTube

In the previous YouTube video, Teresi is seen doing lunges. ACE Fitness states that lunges have a lot of benefits. “Lunges work the biggest muscles in your lower body — mainly the quadriceps, gluteus maximus, and the adductor magnus (the muscle in your inner thigh). Other muscles that come into play are the hamstrings, gluteus medius, calves, and core stabilizers, says Susane Pata, content strategist for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and NASM-certified personal trainer based in Miami.”

Shelomi Sanders is getting 2025 started off on the right note – with a workout. In a new social media post the basketball star shows off her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set while doing an exercise band workout at the gym. “Starting the new year off right,” she captioned the Instagram clip. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Plays Basketball

Shelomi’s main form of fitness is basketball. “Basketball promotes speed, agility, strength, power and endurance. It [has] also been shown to increase flexibility and motor coordination. As a result, basketball is uniquely oriented to improve fundamental motor skills that are shown to be beneficial in promoting general health,” Koco Eaton, M.D., orthopedic surgeon, founder of Eaton Orthopaedics and a former basketball player, tells Nike.

She Treats Her Diabetes

Shelomi treats her Type 1 Diabetes daily, admitting it “takes a toll mentally……you get no days off with this stuff. It’s hard because it’s just you dealing with all this, but then you have these outside voices like my parents, my brothers, other family members saying you need to do this or that and it’s like, just chill,” she has said. “I don’t know if they will ever understand that sometimes we have low days and sometimes we have good days. On the low days, I feel like it’s really hard just to be understood that hey, I need a break! But, again, you can’t take a break with this.”

She Snowboards

Shelomi is a fan of snowboarding in the winter. Like skiing, the boardsport is a great cardiovascular workout. “Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles,” University of Rochester says. “Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.”

She Walks

Shelomi enjoys getting outside and walking. Why should you take a daily walk? One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

She Lifts Weights

Shelomi spends a lot of time in the gym doing weight and strength training exercises. The Mayo Clinic explains that strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. It’s hard to believe that Jennifer Aniston is 55 and turning 56 in February! Since soaring to fame in 1994, the Friends star has hardly aged in the three decades that have passed – and she has never been secretive about her devotion to health and wellness. Her hard work over the years has paid off through her strong and lean body and ageless looks. Here is everything you need to know about Jennifer Aniston’s approach to longevity.

She Maintains a High Protein Diet

"My nutrition is very much the same. It's usually a lot of high protein, vegetables, salads, soups,” she tells People. “I do 80/20. I give myself days where I can have whatever I want. I don’t deprive myself,” she added to TODAY. Why should you consider amping up your protein intake? According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW) but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

She Cheats on Occasion

Jennifer allows herself to indulge in “everything I would possibly want on a weekend,” she told People. Her cheat meal “depends,” she says. “I mean, dare I sound repetitive, but Mexican food is a real favorite of mine. It's not even that much of a cheat, to be honest. Or a cheeseburger or pizza or pasta — all that stuff.”

She Tries to Get Enough Sleep

“My bigger challenge is sleep. I think that’s all part of our nutritional hygiene — the amount of water we get as well as the amount of sleep we get. It’s the combination of all of those things that make your workouts the most effective," she told TODAY.

“I’ve become gentler with myself,” she says of her approach to fitness, which has “definitely evolved” over the years. “I find that I can be gentler on my body and still get the benefits of a great workout,” she told Prevention. She specifically loves P.Volve workouts, a functional fitness that helps you “function throughout the day” and “work out your essential muscle groups to keep your body strong,” she says. “So you can live a long, healthy, strong life.”

She Hydrates

Aniston prioritizes hydration, drinking a whopping 100 ounces of water per day. "But occasionally I just have to have a Diet Coke—there's nothing like it!" According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

She Does Pilates, Spinning, Elliptical, and Running Workouts

“I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it,” she recently told InStyle. “I'm going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it's just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline.”
