Tate McCrae In Bikini Top Shows Off Abs In Copenhagen Tour Stop

Tate Mcrae is one of our newest pop princesses. Her album So Close To What contains hit songs like “It’s Ok, I’m Ok”, “Sports Car”, and “Revolving Door.” Tate is currently touring the world, and recently made a stop in Copenhagen. She shared a video on Instagram of herself performing in a bikini top and pants, her abs on display. She Builds Herself Up

Tate is all about having confidence in herself. She tells New Beauty that she makes sure to be positive and build her self-esteem. “I think when I feel really satisfied with myself as a person too, when I’m not tearing myself down and picking myself apart and I just feel happy about the people I’m around and what I’m doing and what I’m putting my time into, then I feel like that [confidence] comes out on the outside and I feel prettier and more confident.”

She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Tate makes sure to keep herself in shape. She revealed some of her go-to workouts to New Beauty. “I go to the gym and do weights and cardio whenever I’m back in Los Angeles,” Tate says. “And then if I’m on tour, I’ll usually hit Barry’s Boot Camp sometimes, which is the worst workout of all time. And, then, obviously, my shows are exhausting.”

She Keeps Her Skin Moisturized

Tate has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. One of her biggest skincare secrets is keeping it moisturized. “I use a lot of extra extra hydrating moisturizers,” she said to New Beauty. “I just make sure that my skin feels as moisturized as possible before I put any concealer or anything on.”

She Drinks Water

Tate shared some of her diet secrets in an interview with EatingWell. “I think it’s all about fueling my body for my workouts and making sure I feel good, I feel full and that I’m drinking water between every couple bites. Now I’m drinking the Hydroboost from Essentia, which makes it so much easier because when I’m just sick of drinking regular water, I can have something that has no artificial sweeteners or anything too sugary throughout the day.

She Loves Eggs

Eggs are of of Tate’s go-to healthy snacks. “I eat a lot, probably way too many hard-boiled eggs,” she said in her EatingWell interview. In particular, Tate loves eggs as a snack duing long rehearsals. “I’ll genuinely just have hard-boiled eggs, but I sometimes will have apples and peanut butter or a protein shake with collagen powder.”
