Tatiana is living her best life in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the 54-year-old Mexican-American singer flaunts her forever young figure in a bathing suit while sharing a message of self-love with her followers. “Enjoy every moment and every place, it is wonderful when you learn to appreciate what you have around you, nature, colors, life!...” she captioned the post. How does the entertainer prioritize her health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up her top tips.
1. Make a Choice to Take Care of Yourself
When asked how she got into great shape, Tatiana explained that it is a choice. "You have to take care of everything," she said, explaining that she made a decision prior to her 50th birthday to get healthy. "I said 'I can't be fat and turn 50, look old and feel tired', it can't be!” she exclaimed to Reforma.
2. Change Your Diet

Tatiana completely changed her diet, competing in the Vivri challenge, which consists of consuming smoothies in the morning and at night and eating healthy food. ."I started the challenge (Vivri) and a new nutrition system because I was one of those who ate once a day, so I said 'why am I fat if I eat once a day?', well that's why."
3. Go for Walks
Tatiana loves walking. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
4. Exercise
Tatiana also revealed that when she “started exercising” she dropped several clothing sizes. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
5. Take Vitamins
Tatiana also explains that “being one hundred percent nourished, with vitamins,” she noticed that “everything changed,” including her skin and hair.
