Taylor Hill is an extremely successful model. She’s best known for her work as a Victoria’s Secret Angel. Hill recently hit the gym for a sweat session, and she had a special friend with her. In a new post to her Instagram story, Hill is seen pushing a sled while her dog follows. She captioned the photo, “My shadow.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Taylor Hill stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.
1. She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Hill broke down her daily schedule and life secrets in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. In it, she talked about what she does to stay in shape. Hill loves to do a variety of things to stay fit. "I do mainly light weight-lifting and squats when I'm in the gym. My favourite place is Dogpound in NYC. But I also do some yoga, pilates and crossfit. It's important to switch things up so that your body doesn't get too used to anything."
2. She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Hill has amazing skin. She broke down her skincare routine to Harper’s Bazaar. "I'm not usually a morning person, and I'm usually the happiest in the afternoons. So to make myself feel awake, I splash cold water on my face when I get up. After washing my face with a cleanser, I use the Energie de Vie toner and follow with the Milky Lotion in the morning. At night, I'll use the sleeping mask from the range instead.”
3. She Works With A Trainer

Hill, like many others, works with a personal trainer. She tells Byrdie that she has a unique reason for doing so. "I have to use a trainer because I cheat in classes," she admits. "I'm a natural-born cheater. I cheat on everything—I cheated on tests (don't tell my teachers), I cheat workouts, I eat whatever I want! So I just needed someone to watch me and make sure I'm doing it correctly. When I have an hour, I want to give everything I have to that hour, like, really work out.”
4. She’s Confident With Herself
Hill is all about being confident in herself and with her body. She tells Byrdie that working with Victoria’s Secret helped her develop this attitude. “It's kind of given me a new light: You're beautiful no matter what you look like, no matter what body type you have. I always envied curvy women because I wasn't that. The grass is always greener, and you'll always have to deal with that. But being a model has helped me embrace my body type. It's hard on some girls, but it actually helped me a lot."
5. She Targets Her Muscles

When it comes to working out, Hill tells Byrdie that she and her trainer aim to target her muscles. "We do a lot of slow, muscle-targeting movements with gliding discs and two-pound weights. Almost kind of floor Pilates in a way because we get on the floor, and she puts resistance bands around my ankles and things like that. It's so hard—it doesn't sound hard, and it doesn't look hard, but I could back squat, like, 85 pounds, and I quiver when I do this. I'm like, Oh my God, I can't stand up anymore because I'm so sore! It's amazing."
