Taylor Swift supported her Super Bowl champion beau – and flashed her abs – at the big game on Sunday. The singer arrived at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas with pals Blake Lively and Ice Spice, grabbing major attention for her look, which included a Dion Lee crochet corset top with side cutouts that put her washboard abs on display. How does the 34-year-old maintain her fit figure? Celebwell has the details on her diet and exercise habits.

1. Running

AMFOOT-SUPERBOWL-CHIEFS-49ERSPatrick T. Fallon / AFP via Getty Images

"For me, running is about blasting a whole bunch of new songs and running to the beat. It's also good because it makes me find a gym wherever I am," Taylor once told WebMD about her love of pounding pavement. "I'm very much out in the world, and I love exploring the places we go when we tour. It's important for me to live a full life." If she isn’t running outdoors, she will hit the treadmill for an hour.

2. Healthy Eating Monday Through Friday

AMFOOT-SUPERBOWL-CHIEFS-49ERSPatrick T. Fallon / AFP via Getty Images

As for diet, Taylor tries to keep her Monday through Friday eating in check. "During the week, I try to eat healthily, so that means salads, yoghurt, and sandwiches," she told WebMD. "No sugary drinks. I try to keep it lighter, but it's nothing too regimented or crazy. I don't like to create too many rules where I don't need them. We know what's good for us, thanks to common sense."

3. Weekends Are For Cheating

"I allow myself to eat what I know from common sense is bad for me," Taylor added to WebMD about her weekend diet. "I like comfort foods. I love a burger and fries, I love ice cream so much, and I love baking cookies. Actually, I love baking anything."

4. Coffee

Super Bowl LVIII - San Francisco 49ers v Kansas City ChiefsEzra Shaw/Getty Images

Swift is often photographed with a coffee in hand. Her go-to Starbucks drinks are "skinny vanilla lattes on weekdays" and "spiced pumpkin lattes on weekends." According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

5. Hydration

"I have so much water in my dressing room—because I drink, like, ten bottles of water a day,” Taylor told Bon Appétit about her must-haves. “That's pretty much all we have in there." she said. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

6. Dancing

Super Bowl LVIII - San Francisco 49ers v Kansas City ChiefsEthan Miller/Getty Images

Taylor burns a lot of calories during her hours-long performances on stage, which include a lot of dancing. She is also a fan of New York-based studio, Body By Simone, taking classes at the trainer’s studios. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

5. Carrie Underwood

Nashville,-,Jun,5:,Carrie,Underwood,(l),And,Mike,FisherShutterstock

Carrie Underwood revealed how she stays in shape on the road to TODAY. “If I can find a treadmill at a hotel — which most most hotels have one — I can get some sort of something in. Or just free weights or bands. I usually travel with mini bands in my suitcase, because they don't take up much room, or a collapsible ab wheel that you can take apart, something that's small. Those things are just easy to have in your suitcase, and it's saved me on many occasions. If you do find yourself in a space that doesn't have the best gym or it's super crowded, I could just stay in my room and feel like I got a good workout in."

6. Keith Urban

If there’s a reason to celebrate or I’m somewhere that has some kind of food that I know I won’t be able to resist, then I try to eat lighter all around that. Also, I try to eliminate carbs and most processed foods.”

8. Sheryl Crow

Sheryl Crow shared some of her favorite workouts with InStyle. “Exercise is really important to me. 10. Thomas Rhett

Los,Angeles,-,Oct,9:,Thomas,Rhett,At,The,2018Shutterstock

Thomas Rhett shared some of his wellness tips with Taste of Country. "A lot of people want to do everything cold turkey whether you're trying to quit smoking or quit eating McDonalds. It's hard to just say, 'I'm done today.' When I was first starting out, it was like, 'This week I'm not going to eat dairy' or 'This week I'm not gonna eat bread.' All of a sudden you start sleeping better. You start waking up better. You start having more energy during the day when you don't have all those bad things in your body. Once your brain starts to get accustomed to good things going in your body it starts to reject the bad stuff."

I just bought myself some new running shoes.”

15. Luke Bryan

Nashville,-,Jun,5:,Luke,Bryan,Attends,The,2019,CmtShutterstock

Luke Bryan revealed to Men’s Journal that he loves cycling. “First off, having a family while also being on the move so much, and having to travel constantly, you want to savor every second you can. So the fact that I can walk out to my garage, get on my bike, and immediately be working out is a huge benefit—rather than having to get into my car, commute, park, and try to squeeze in a session. Next I would say I love cruising in my neighborhood. From my house going south it's just some of the best road cycling you could dream up. The roads are built on this hard Tennessee limestone—real smooth, no cracks or bumps. The hills are incredible, especially in the fall when the leaves are changing. There are these great routes where you go under amazing canopy.”

16. Dierks Bentley

Las,Vegas,-,Apr,7:,Dierks,Bentley,At,The,54thShutterstock

Dierks Bentley talked about his diet in an interview with The Tennessean. “One of the coolest things when you get to headline and things are going well, you get your own catering. When you have that, you can be more conscious of what you’re eating. I used to pride myself on how many White Castle hamburger cartons I could have piled up on the floor board of my truck. I thought it was cool. I don’t eat White Castle anymore."

17. Joe Don Rooney

New,York,,Ny,-,November,29:,Musician,Joe,Don,RooneyShutterstock

Rascal Flatts member, Joe Don Rooney, shared his workout secrets with The Tennessean. “I do a lot of cardio. My wife Tiffany and I have been doing spin class, which is a lot of fun. I try and do as much cardio as I can, light on the weights. I don’t try and lift that much. I try to work on agility and stretch. I like yoga. It’s very relaxing."

18. Chris Lane

Las,Vegas,-,Apr,7:,Chris,Lane,At,The,54thShutterstock

Chris Lane tells The Tennessean that he loves working out with others. “It’s always good to have someone who can push you. If I’m by myself, I’ll try and find a gym and stick with similar routines that he showed me, which is more CrossFit than anything. The eating aspect is a lot of it. I have a couple of days a week that I’ll do a cheat meal. I’ll try and stick with as healthy options as possible and stay away from as much bread as possible."

19. Cassadee Pope

Las,Vegas,-,Apr,15:,Cassadee,Pope,At,The,AcademyShutterstock

Singer Cassadee Pope tells The Tennessean that she’s learned to be consistent with workouts. “Through the years, I’ve kind of figured out how to figure out how to balance work and staying fit. It’s really hard, especially being in small towns that don’t have a yoga or Pilates studio and gyms are about 30 minutes away. You can’t make excuses. If there’s no gym to go to, I’ll do some plyometric kind of stuff and jump around and get my heart rate up.”

20. Dan Smyers

Dan Smyers 2019 iHeartCountry Festival Presented By Capital One - ShowGary Miller/Getty Images

Dan Smyers is the other half of Dan + Shay. He revealed that he made a change to his diet to The Tennessean. “In the last couple of years, I switched to an all-vegetarian diet. I try to be as vegan as possible. Since I switched to that diet, I’ve had way more energy and I’m more focused. Everybody asks where you get your protein, and there’s a brand called Vega and it’s incredible and they have all plant-based protein. I’ve been hooked, the flavors of the protein powders, mocha, chocolate, I make all kinds of shakes.”

15 Taylor Swift Facts Even Swifties May Not Know

Taylor Swift’s song lyrics have been endlessly scrutinized, examined, and analyzed (and for good reason, considering she frequently leaves hints about the people she is singing about subtly encoded into her songs). But even with the endless attention and obsession with her music and relationships, there is still so much about the 33-year-old superstar that might surprise people. What’s her favorite food, country song, and band? How did she send a direct message to her high school bullies? Here are 15 facts about Swift even hardcore fans might not be aware of.

1. Her Favorite Country Song

2021 Medallion Ceremony, Celebrating the Induction of the Class of 2020Jason Kempin/Getty Images

Swift has spoken about her love for Shania Twain and Tim McGraw, but neither of those superstars are responsible for her favorite country music song of all time. It turns out her choice is by none other than Kenny Chesney, and it’s the opposite of a love ballad. "'She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy' has got to take the cake on that one!" Swift admits.

2. Dreams of Being a Director

63rd Annual GRAMMY Awards – ArrivalsKevin Mazur/Getty Images

Swift says she has always wanted to direct. “I was writing my videos for years, and I had a video that was a very specific concept I had written [2019’s ‘The Man’], which was that I wanted to be prosthetically turned into a man and live my life as a man,” she says. “And I wanted a female director to direct it. And the few that I reached out to were fortunately booked. We like it when women work. So I was like, “I could do it, maybe.” And when I did direct, I just thought, ‘This is actually more fulfilling than I ever could have imagined.’”

3. Unfair Accusations Are Nothing New

2022 Toronto International Film Festival - In Conversation With... Taylor SwiftAmy Sussman/Getty Images

Swift says she was accused of not writing her own songs from the very start of her career. “When I was 18, they were like, ‘She doesn’t really write those songs,’” she says. “So my third album I wrote by myself as a reaction to that. Then they decided I was a serial dater — a boy-crazy man-eater — when I was 22. And so I didn’t date anyone for, like, two years.”

4. She Loves Cracker Barrel

Indianapolis,-,Circa,June,2016:,Cracker,Barrel,Old,Country,StoreShutterstock

Swift is such a big fan of Cracker Barrel restaurants, she keeps some of their products in her fridge. The singer does admit it’s probably weird to most people, though. "Apple butter from Cracker Barrel,” she says. “I also carry my own salad dressing. It's raspberry-walnut vinaigrette from the grocery store."

Swift wrote the lyrics for every single song on Speak Now by herself. "I wrote all the songs myself for this record," Swift said back in 2010. "It didn't really happen on purpose. It just sort of happened that way. I'd get my best ideas at 3 a.m. in Arkansas and didn't have a co-writer around and I'd just finish it. And that would happen again in New York; that would happen again in Boston; that would happen again in Nashville."

6. Lyrics Instead of Text Message Burns

Some of Swift’s most scathing lyrics are simply text messages she wishes she could send (pretty sure whoever they are meant for immediately got the point though!). "Sometimes the lines in a song are lines you wish you could text-message somebody in real life," she says. "I would just be constantly writing all these zingers — like, 'Burn. That would really get her.'"

7. From Golden Retriever To Fox

Red,Fox,Fennec,FoxShutterstock

Swift says her spirit animal has changed over the years. “I used to be like a golden retriever, just walking up to everybody, like, wagging my tail,” she says. “‘Sure, yeah, of course! What do you want to know? What do you need?’ Now, I guess, I have to be a little bit more like a fox.”

8. Olive Tree Love

Green,Olives,TreeShutterstock

Swift’s relationship with Calvin Harris may not have lasted, but he did leave her with a very special gift. Swift revealed Harris planted an olive tree in her yard. "My boyfriend planted an olive tree in my yard for Christmas," she told Vogue.

9. This Is Her Favorite Food

Chicken,Tenders,,Battered,And,Fried,Crispy,Wedges,,With,A,BbqShutterstock

Swift has access to the best chefs and restaurants in the world, but her favorite food is a refreshingly down-to-earth choice. So what would she eat every day if she could? "If we're just saying, like, what I wish I could eat every day if calories didn't count...chicken tenders,” she says.

10. Game of Thrones Superfan

Swift was obsessed with Game of Thrones, and heartbroken when it ended. “So, clinically our brain responds to our favorite show ending the same way we feel when a breakup occurs,” she says. “I read that. There’s no good way for it to end. No matter what would have happened in that finale, people still would have been really upset because of the fact that it’s over.”

11. Changing For Boys

2022 American Music Awards - Press RoomAmy Sussman/Getty Images

Swift admits relationships have completely changed her in the past. "My girlfriends and I are plagued by the idea, looking back, that [some boys] changed us," she says. "You look back and you think: I only wore black in that relationship. Or I started speaking differently. Or I started trying to act like a hipster. Or I cut off my friends and family because he wanted me to do that. It's an unfortunate problem."

12. Rebelling Against the Plastics

2022 Toronto International Film Festival - In Conversation With... Taylor SwiftAmy Sussman/Getty Images

Swift deliberately bought a Lexus SC430 (the car the Plastics drive in Mean Girls) as a therapeutic way to deal with past bullying. "All the girls who were mean to me in middle school, like, idolized the Plastics," she says. "I think I chose that car as a kind of rebellion against that type of girl. It was like – you guys never invited me to anything, you guys are obsessed with that car and that girl and what the Plastics wear and how they talk and you quote them all the time, but I've been working really hard every single day… and now I get to buy a car – and guess which one I'm going to buy? The one that the girl you idolize has."

13. Romantic Advice

Swift still has a very old-school approach to men, thanks to advice her mother once gave her. "Don't ever call a guy first,” Swift says. “The thing they want the most is whatever they can't have. It sounds really juvenile, but it works."

14. Christmas Tree Farm

Close,Up,Of,A,Pine,Tree,Branch,At,A,ChristmasShutterstock

Swift grew up on a Christmas Tree farm in small-town Pennsylvania. "I know that a Christmas tree farm in Pennsylvania is about the most random place for a country singer to come from," she says, "but I had an awesome childhood. We had horses and cats, and my mom stayed home with me [and brother Austin]. Our [stockbroker] dad would come home from work and then go outside to make a split-rail fence."

15. She Loves Fall Out Boy

61st Annual GRAMMY Awards - ArrivalsSteve Granitz/WireImage

Swift is a huge Fall Out Boy fan. “I love Fall Out Boy so much,” she says. “Their songwriting really influenced me, lyrically, maybe more than anyone else. They take a phrase and they twist it. ‘Loaded God complex/Cock it and pull it’? When I heard that, I was like, ‘I’m dreaming.’”

For Hewitt, fitness is all about variety. “I try to switch it up a bit,” she told OK! Magazine. “I’ve found that if every week I do something different it tricks my muscles into not getting used to doing any one thing. I’ve been doing pilates, I’ve been doing yoga, I’ve done just plain old walking. I wear 10 pound weights on my ankles while I’m working just so that as I’m moving during the day I’m constantly building muscle. It’s not great for your back but I’m doing it anyway. I do a booty workout thing that I just did for Shape, which was really fun. And I do Zumba. I have DVDs and I dance around like a crazy person in my house.”

She Builds Confidence

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

We are committed to bringing you researched, expert-driven content to help you make more informed decisions around food, health, and wellness. We know how important making choices about your overall health is, and we strive to provide you with the best information possible.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
