Tayshia Adams In Two-Piece Poses With Shakira At MetLife

Tayshia Adams is a reality TV icon. She appeared on The Bachelor and Bachelor In Paradise, before becoming a co-lead on season 16 of The Bachelorette. She then went on to host The Bachelorette for two seasons, hosted the MTV Movie & TV Awards: Unscripted, and appeared on Amazon Prime's The Goat. Recently, Tayshia attended Shakira's concert at MetLife, and she even went on stage with the singer. She shared highlights from the night on Instagram, captioning it, "Did I just walk out with @shakira at MetLife? Yes. Yes, I did! So… I guess I'm on tour now? No but seriously last night was UNREAL! Gracias por todo, Shaki! 💃🏽❤️🔥"
She Runs
Tayshia is an avid runner. She notably ran the New York City Marathon twice. Tayshia also ran an all-women's marathon last month, and shared this post on Instagram from the occasion. She captioned it, "Still on a high from running my first half marathon! Everyone always says, 'Oh, you've done a full, this will be easy' — but honestly, every race is a feat in its own way, and yesterday's was absolutely incredible!! Running the All Women's Half Marathon felt so empowering. It made me so proud to be a woman, an athlete, and a part of this city."
She Gets In Her Workout Clothes Right Away
Tayshia makes sure to workout on a regular basis, and she shared one of her tricks for doing so with Bustle. "A trick I learned quite a long time ago is not to stay in your pajamas or be in sweats. The second you roll out of bed, you put on your workout clothes. You're more inclined to do something physical or productive when you're in that state. So, after I do that, I either move my body and go to a class, or I jump into work."
She Uses Red-Light Therapy
Tayshia is a big fan of doing red light therapy as a way to recover from exercise. "I use the Celluma for red-light therapy every morning," she said to Bustle. "It's kind of like a sheet that you wrap over your body, so you could use it for muscle recovery on your shoulders, or it's good to put on your scalp to help stimulate hair growth. I use that all over the place."
She Makes Salads
Tayshia shared some of her favorite foods in an interview with Women's Health. She says that she loves making salads for lunch. "I love getting a rotisserie chicken and cutting that up for salads. I've also been really loving chickpeas in my salads. I love olive oil, lemon juice, and some kind of seasoning."
She Drinks Celery Juice & Lemon Water In The Morning
Tayshia revealed to Women's Health that she changed up what she drinks each morning. "I used to start my day with coffee," she says. "I looked forward to it every night when I went to bed. But I've been feeling like my body was missing something, so I started trying out celery juice and lemon water instead. I've noticed my body really, really likes it especially, because I really don't drink a lot of water throughout the day."
