Keeley eats healthy most of the time, but when she is back in the UK there is one dish she can’t resist. “They don’t have Nando’s in LA so it’s one of the things I love about being back home.“I normally order a hot spiced chicken in pitta bread with a side order of peas. They are welcome to give me a black card if they like,” she told The Sun.
2. Baths
Keeley loves to soak up the health benefits of hot water. “Throwback to the time I took a bath in a pair of @louboutinworld,” she captioned a post. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
3. Hiking

Keeley makes sure to hydrate. In addition to water, she loves coconut water, packed with electrolytes. “Coconut kind of day,” she captioned a photo of herself drinking out of a coconut. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
