Teddi Mellencamp is a reality star. She first came into prominence when she starred on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. In 2022, Mellencamp appeared on the third season of the US version of Celebrity Big Brother. She is also a wellness expert, and has a program called All In With Teddi, and hosts a podcast with Tamra Judge. Last month, she shared a video on Instagram of herself working out. She captioned it, “Giving myself permission to grow and thrive.”
She Uses A Facial Brush
ShutterstockMellencamp shared on her Instagram story that she likes to use the TAO Clean Orbital Brush on her face. “I love spin brushes but I didn’t love the fact that I never felt like I could get them clean enough, and what’s cool about this one is that it has a UV light that kills 99.9% of bacteria…I have super sensitive skin and it gets read easily, and this does not make that happen. It actually cleans my pores and helps me get off all that excess makeup residue.”
She Eats A Balanced Diet
When it comes to her diet, Mellencamp believes in balance. “I want to make sustainable choices,” she explained to Prevention. “I think what I didn’t understand before was that I thought in order to enjoy myself, I had to have a cheat day and have alcohol, pasta, and dessert. Now I’ve learned balance. Instead of having pasta, wine, and dessert, I’ll choose one. But I never feel punished or use food as a reward.”
She Runs
Mellencamp shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. In this video, she is seen running on a treadmill. Mellencamp captioned it, “Running is a different kind of beast. It will transform your body and your mind. I was never a runner because I was afraid to fail. I started one minute at a time and every day got faster and within no time I was running 60 minutes without stopping. No one can run for you but you and you can do it if you commit to taking action on pushing yourself just a little harder each day. I have been running outside for the last 3+ years since going #allinbyteddi and today is day 1 of my @onepeloton. I am excited for the new lengths this will push me to. @robinnyc let’s do this. 💕”
She Makes Time To Workout
Mellencamp makes sure to stay consistent when it comes to working out. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “We all go down the rabbit hole of why we can’t do things: I don’t have the time. I don’t have the money for a gym membership. The weather is not nice enough to be outside. I don’t like home workout videos. I don’t have a babysitter to watch my kids. When we stop coming up with reasons why we can’t do something and just take action, great things happen. I can assure you that by just grabbing a jump rope and blaring a favorite song you will get some amazing cardio in. You are worth it. Give me a 👋 if you are making some time for you today.”
She Jumps Rope
In the previous Instagram post, Mellencamp is seen jumping rope. ACE Fitness says that this is a great way to get in shape. “Jumping rope can help improve your coordination.
