Kiaya Elliott is looking muy caliente in Columbia. In a new social media post the Teen Mom star shows off her amazing body while vacationing in Central America. “Oh how i miss you Cartagena, Colombia 🫶🏾 two days left 👀 y’all ready,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does the reality star approach health and wellness? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Accountability

Kiaya starts with accountability.. "So as you guys may know I have been working tremendously hard to get my body right,” she said in an Instagram Story. “I get a lot of comments, messages & DMs asking can I share my workout routine, or what I eat etc etc, so I decided to create an ONLYFANS for Fitness purposes. I will upload full workouts, tips, what I eat and I’ll even host LIVE workout sessions. Subscribe to my OF.”

2. Stretching

Prior to grueling sweat sessions, Kiaya makes sure to stretch, which “keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

3. Strength Training

Kiaya is all about strength training and isn’t afraid of lifting heavy weights. In her workout video she squats and lifts while holding heavy weights and does push ups. "POV: I’m trying to build the fastest juiciest dumb (sic) truck booty you’ve ever seen in existence,” she captioned a post. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

4. Healthy Meals

TeenMomKiaya Elliott/Instagram

Kiaya also maintains a healthy diet. She loves smoothie bowls for breakfast with a little bit of granola and fruit. She generally focuses her meals around a protein (she loves shrimp and chicken), a carbohydrate, like sweet potato, and veggies. She also loves Asian food, especially ramen and sushi.

5. Cheat Meals

Kiaya allows herself to cheat meals. Her guilty pleasure? Sweets, like cookies and ice cream. “Supposed to be on a diet,” she joked in one Instagram Story showing off her sweet treat.

1. Gabriella Demetriades

Actor Gabriella Demetriades posted an Instagram video of her doing Pilates. "Some of the principles that guide the Pilates method include concentration on each movement, use of the abdomen and low back muscles, flowing movement patterns that are precise and a steady and controlled breathing. In an Instagram post, Conti wrote, “When I look in the mirror, I’m happy to see who I am and I’m proud of myself. If you like my career, great you can stay but if you don’t, just leave. One thing is for sure: HATERS WILL NOT TAKE MY HAPPINESS AWAY.”

3. Meghan King

Meghan.KingMeghan King/Instagram

Meghan King posted a “Thirst trap” on Instagram this week, where she posed in a white bathing suit. In 2019, King unfortunately learned that her son has a brain injury, and went through a divorce. Instead of letting this break her, she decided to change the way she approached eating and food. "This is the first time in my life I’ve counted calories and it’s in the opposite way most Americans do so," she wrote on her blog. "I eat breakfast every day. That’s easy. Lunch is hard because it’s an annoyance: a stop in the middle of the day when I’m on a roll. So when I eat lunch I really go for it – all the carbs and all the protein. I don’t snack – never have. Dinner can go either way. The kids are asleep so I have time to eat and I do but usually I’m not very hungry.”

4. Kelly Rowland

Singer Kelly Rowland posted a stunning video on Instagram of herself modeling a new swimsuit she bought. Rowland tells Health that she is no longer comparing her body to other women’s bodies, and this has helped her embrace herself. "How I became comfortable with my body is understanding that no one looks like me. I kept comparing myself to so many other women who didn't look like me, and I had to embrace me and all my flaws."

6. Alessandra Ambrosio

Model Alessandra Ambrosio took a trip to St. Barth’s, and posted a series of stunning photos on Instagram this week. When it comes to her diet, Ambrosio is a big believer in balance. She tells Elle that she doesn’t like to deprive herself of her favorite indulgences, but still wants to eat healthy. Her solution is splurging on vacations, then eating clean when she comes back. “If I'm back in Brazil where everything is pasta- or bread-based—and so yummy—I'll eat whatever I want, then go back to lots of salads and chicken or fish with veg as soon as I'm back in L.A."

Days of Our Lives star Camila Banus just had the best trip to Tampa, Florida, and was thrilled to get some sand in between her toes. Banus, 33, looked deliriously happy posing in a sparkling pool while wearing a polka dot and orange bikini, with matching orange sunglasses against a swanky resort background. “Happy girl,” she captioned the vibrant post. “Love seeing your happiness!” a fan commented. Here’s what Banus’s fitness and wellness routine looks like.

1. She Fasts

Banus’s meals revolve around protein. “I fast until about 10 or 11 a.m. because normally, I like to work out in the morning," she says. "So I will do a green juice from a company called Garden of Life. And then I get some solid food in around 11, and that’s anything that has to do with protein, like oatmeal or eggs or even some turkey. It’s important to have carbs in the morning, so I complement that with some toast and a little bit of juice. For lunch, I usually have my heaviest meal. I have an obsession with rice but white rice is really bad for you, so I’ve been transitioning into doing brown rice with a healthy amount of protein, whether that’s plant-based protein or chicken or turkey. And then for dinner, I try to have a substantial meal but not as much as lunch. Spinach is my favorite, so I do spinach and chicken or any type of protein."

2. Skating Outdoors

When gyms were closed during COVID, Banus had to switch up her exercise routine. “I’ve been going to a program that has outdoor, 45-minute, spaced out classes, so I go five times a week in the morning,” she says. “Sometimes if I feel I didn’t get a good enough workout, I’ll supplement that and do a little more at home. I love to go skating around my neighborhood. It’s a really good total body workout, really good for your core. I also like to do Insanity [on beachbody.com] at home. It’s very much a challenge, so whenever I feel I need to get my butt kicked, I do that.”

3. Miami Girl

Banus is grateful for her Miami upbringing. “The upbringing I had was very diverse and I was fortunate to be able to grow up with so many different types of culture and Latinos, being exposed not only to the customs and traditions of my country, Cuba, but also to others such as Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Peru,” she says. “I had so many friends who were Nicaraguan, Honduran, and it was beautiful. Miami is a melting pot of Latinos, and not just Latinos but people from all over the world.”

4. Fitness Rules

Banus has some good fitness advice she lives by. “Make sure you stretch your body before every workout,” she says. “It’s really important for your muscles to gradually warm themselves up so you don’t tear them in a bad way. Drink water. It’s not only important for your muscles but for your bones and joints. Even if you don’t have equipment, use a towel or a chair or your body weight. Start small. Ten minutes, five minutes, one minute. You did one minute today, maybe tomorrow you’ll do two.”

5. Latina Role Model

Banus is proud to represent her culture on a major daytime soap. “I’m really proud to be playing a Latina on daytime television for 10 years,” she says. “Portraying Gabi Josephina Hernandez to the best of my abilities, being able to go in there and meet so many amazing people and learn from so many people, but also to carry just Latinas in general for little girls that would be able to watch the show and say, ‘There’s somebody on there who looks like me and speaks Spanish,’ means a lot. It’s really nice to carry that for Latinos in general, for being somebody whose mother is from a really terrible communist regime in Cuba, who came to this country to become a better person and provide for her family, and for me to be the first generation is really amazing.”

Grace Charis is more than just a golf influencer—she’s a powerhouse on and off the course. Known for blending her love of the sport with a lifestyle that keeps her fit and fabulous, Charis recently shared a video on Instagram, inviting followers to “Come play this par 3 with me!” Decked out in a sleek white visor, matching skirt, and light pink top, she showcased not just her swing but her toned physique. So, how does she stay in such great shape? From perfecting her golf game to hitting the gym, here are the five fitness habits that keep Grace Charis on top of her game.

She Golfs

Golf is the main way Charis keeps herself in shape. Better Health states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf provides a stimulating mental challenge combined with a healthy walk in pleasant surroundings and can be played by people of all abilities and ages. Golf can be played on your own or in a team. It may be a casual pastime or a competitive activity. Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

She Swims

Charis likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos and videos on Instagram of herself snorkeling in Japan. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of health benefits, including building your muscles. “The built-in resistance that water provides helps build muscles and makes you stronger. And because water is more resistant than air, swimming does this faster than land workouts like running and biking.”

She Lifts Weights

Charis shared some of her favorite workouts in this TikTok. In it, she is seen doing a lot of workouts with weights. According to ACE Fitness, using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Does Glutes Bridges

Charis is also seen doing glute bridges in her TikTok. NASM states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. “Glute bridges are a useful exercise for building core stability, building glute strength, and improving overall exercise form and function. When performed as a stabilization exercise, glute bridges activate the glutes to function as they are supposed to in other movements like squats, deadlifts, walking, and running. Adding weight progresses glute bridges into a strength exercise, which can build strength in the glute muscles. By increasing glute activation and strengthening the glutes, not only will your form get better in other exercises, but you might also gain the added benefit of reduced low back pain in your everyday life.”

She Does Lunges

Charis is also seen doing lunges with weights in her TikTok. Lunges are very beneficial. The Mayo Clinic reports, “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

ACE Fitness says, “The most important benefit of the RDL is that it teaches the proper movement and biomechanics of standing hip flexion and extension. This is the foundational movement for squatting, whether the movement is performed with a weight in the gym or while bending over to pick an object up from the floor.”

Rachel Platten is a very successful singer. She is known for songs like “Fight Song” and “Stand By You.” Recently, Platten announced on Instagram that she will be going on tour this year. She captioned a post, “I cannot wait to see your faces and hug you and cry together and feel our feelings and connect and saaaang!! Tickets go on sale this Monday. But if you’re signed up for my email list then you’ll get an email giving you early access TODAY. See you soon my friends.”

She Opened Up About Her Struggles

After having her first child, Platten opened up about her struggles on Instagram. She tells TODAY that she received a lot of support from others after doing this. "I get flooded with comments from other women and men saying that it's OK, and I'm not alone, I'm not doing a bad job," she said. “It's making me feel not isolated. I could have gone down a road of this being a much darker experience had I not learned early on to be vulnerable and vocalize what I'm going through. That's been a really big life raft for me.”

She’s Comfortable With Her Weight

On her Instagram, Platten revealed that she is not putting pressure on herself to lose pregnancy weight, as she is comfortable with herself. “I am not less worthy of love just because I can’t seem to lose those last 5 or 10 pounds of ‘baby weight.’ I’ve tried it ALL and my body is begging for my acceptance. I am stronger than ever, I am so healthy, I can dance and lift weight and carry my girls and move and live a full beautiful life and am honestly sick of trying to keep shrinking myself back to pre-baby weight. F— it.”

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Platten shared some of her skincare secrets with Health Insight. “I apply face masks regularly — twice a week or more — and often go to sleep with a thin layer of a hydrating mask instead of a moisturizer. I also have a five-step routine (cleansing, toning, using a serum, moisturizing, and using sunscreen) that I do every morning and night no matter what. It’s a form of meditation for me and reminds me that even when I’m crazy busy there’s always time to breathe and love on myself a little.”

She’s Consistent With Wellness

Platten makes sure to stay consistent with her wellness routine. She shared her secrets with Health Insight. “In addition to my daily routine, I get regular facials (or give myself mini facials when I don’t have time), drink a crazy amount of water, eat healthy foods, and wear hats almost every time I’m in the sun. As cheesy as it might sound, I really do love taking care of my skin and I put a lot of effort into maintaining it.”

She Gives Back

Platten is a big believer in giving back to others. “I think we can remember how powerful we are by giving — giving compliments, our time to charities, and random acts of kindness,” she told Health Insight. “We can feel sad and powerless when we only focus on what we don’t have or don’t want, but we can easily shift this by switching that focus to what we have to offer! In my opinion, nothing is more beautiful or attractive than a woman who knows her worth and power.”
