Teresa Giudice in Bikini Is “Unreal”

Here is everything she does to stay in shape

Teresa Giudice is heating up Marrakesh in her Bromelia bikini. In a new social media post, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star shows off her flawless-at-53 body in a chic bathing suit from the California brand. “Marrakesh 🍾  Bathing suit  by @bromelia_swimwear,” she captioned the Instagram post. “Unreal,” commented one of her followers. “Gorg,” added another. How does the reality star look half her age? Here is everything she does to stay in shape.

1

Meditation

Teresa meditates. “Dear Bali, you make my heart smile ❤️🙏#bali #girlstrip #ubud,” she captioned a post. “When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,” says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

  • Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
  • Building skills to manage your stress
  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Focusing on the present
  • Reducing negative emotions
  • Increasing imagination and creativity
  • Increasing patience and tolerance
  • Lowering resting heart rate
  • Lowering resting blood pressure
  • Improving sleep quality

Golfing

Teresa enjoys golf. “Love golfing with you,” she captioned a photo from the course with Louis Ruelas. Why is golfing a great workout? A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf’s health benefits include mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Yoga

Teresa also does yoga. “Don’t forget to take time for yourself this weekend. As a busy mom of 4 I make it a priority to workout with my amazing trainers, Louie and my daughters a few days a week. Sending Love ❤️ Love ❤️ Love ❤️ to you! 😘 #selfcare #BeElectric,” she wrote about a photo of herself striking a pose. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) than those who did not. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

Clean Eating

Teresa understands the importance of a healthy diet. “The most important thing is eating very clean,” she told Bravo. “My diet has changed. I even hate the word ‘diet’ but I can’t eat carbs anymore. Like, I’m an Italian girl, I can’t eat my pasta — I gotta eat good carbs.”

5

Hydration

Teresa prioritizes “drinking a gallon of water every day” while training hard. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
