The Bachelor’s Corinne Olympios In Bikini Says “Ooo La La”

Corinne Olympios is a legend of reality TV. She first burst onto the scene in 2017, when she was a contestant on Nick Viall’s season of The Bachelor. Corinne became known for having a nanny, loving naps, and her diet like cheese pasta and cucumbers. Since she was known as the villain on that season, Corinne was asked to be a contestant on the first season of House of Villains and on Worst Cooks In America: Heroes vs. Villains. She also has a large following on Instagram. Corinne recently took a trip to Capri, Italy, and shared a new set of photos on her page of herself posing by the ocean. In it, she wore a black bikini and a black wrap with white dots, her figure on display. How does Corinne Olympios keep herself in shape? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Loves Eggs
Corinne shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with The Cut. She says that she likes to make eggs for breakfast. “I start my morning with about three cups of coffee and then some eggs. I like scrambled eggs with avocado, which I’ll either order if I go out for breakfast, or I’ll make it myself. I kind of just go throughout my day going through what I need to do, and afternoon is when I do my workouts.”
She Goes To The Gym Regularly
Corinne makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She tells The Cut that she goes to two different gyms. “I love Barry’s Bootcamp and I’ve recently gotten into Flywheel. I try to do Barry’s at least twice or three times a week; Flywheel I’ve just started, so I’m doing it once a week. Otherwise I’ll just work out in a regular gym.”
She Does Full-Body Workouts
Corinne makes sure to do full-body workouts. She shared her typical routine in her interview with The Cut. “I’ll do the elliptical for 15 minutes to start,” Corinne says. “Then I’ll move on to squats, lunges, and different sorts of abs and I’ll do some arms — then I’ll go back on the elliptical or the treadmill.”
She Gets Enough Sleep
Corinne is known for her love of napping, and she talked about this in her interview with The Cut. “Beauty sleep is always important. I nap at least once a day, if I ever have time, and my nap attire is usually in Team Corn clothes. With my running around right now it’s really hard, so if I get 15 minutes in, I’m lucky. But I’m really good at falling right asleep.”
She’s Grown
Corinne opened up about her time filming The Bachelor to Celeb Secrets. She says that doing the shows allowed her to grow as a person. “Being on The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise taught me so much. It made me grow up and mature quickly. It shaped me into the person I am today and helped me understand how I want to portray myself to the world.”
