Kelsey Anderson is a contestant on this season of The Bachelor. She is currently one of the final two contestants competing for lead Joey Graziadei’s heart. Anderson shared some highlights from the show on her Instagram this week. In one photo, Anderson and Graziadei are seen on a boat together. She captioned the post, “I can’t believe we are going into the last week of this crazy journey. So thankful for all the love and support!” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Kelsey Anderson stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Takes Care Of Her Hair

Anderson shared her hair care secrets on her TikTok. “I use the Redkin Frizz Dismiss to start and I use this, which is like a comb but in brush form. Once I brush through it all, I use the shea moisture curl style milk. I put a little in my hand and work it through my hair with my fingers and scrunch it. This is what's working for me currently, but I am so open for people to give critiques and help me get my curls looking better. I do feel like my hair tends to be frizzy and it's on the drier side."

2. She Hikes

Anderson spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go for hikes. In this set of photos she posted on Instagram, Anderson is seen hiking by a waterfall and going on a walk. Piedmont Healthcare states that hiking has a lot of benefits. “Going up and down hills gets the heart pumping, creating a great cardio workout. Like most cardio exercises, hiking helps reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and even some cancers. Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise, which builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis.”

3. She Spends Time At The Beach

Anderson spends a lot of time at the beach. In the previous set of Instagram photos, she is seen on a boat. Lake Eerie Improvement states that going to the beach has a lot of benefits. “An important thing that a trip to the beach brings is fresh and clean air. People can relax when they are on the beach because it is easier to breathe there. The wind on the beach contains negative ions which aid in trouble-free breathing. People who have trouble breathing have a different experience whenever they visit a beach.”

4. She No Longer Gets Filler

@kelseyalexandraan

No more filler for me💗 but all love to my filler girls, my natural girls and the beautiful concept of preference! #greenscreenvideo #greenscreen

Anderson is embracing her natural looks. She revealed on her TikTok that she has decided to stop getting filler in her face. She captioned this video, “No more filler for me💗 but all love to my filler girls, my natural girls and the beautiful concept of preference!” The Cleveland Clinic states that filler can cause some problems. “Filler is a low-risk procedure, but complications may include: Bleeding. Bruising. Bumps that look like acne.”

5. She’s All About Self-Love

Anderson is all about self-love. And she wants to encourage this in others. Anderson captioned this TikTok, “If you’re reading this, I hope you give yourself some extra love today! I hope you know how important you are, how beautiful you are and how much you are wanted here.💗 I love you.”

She says she needs seven or eight hours “to function.” “Create a room that's ideal for sleeping. Often, this means cool, dark and quiet. Exposure to light might make it more challenging to fall asleep. Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. 4. Leah McSweeney

Leah McSweeney shared a swimsuit snap from a trip to Jamaica this week. She revealed to Yahoo Life that she decided to get sober at the beginning of the pandemic. "I realized that it was gonna just go so dark so quick," she says. "…It's very hard to drink in a light and fun way during a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic when you’re stuck at home, and people are dying everywhere. So yeah, I think that that kind of definitely put it in a full-speed stop."

5. Jessica Alba

Jessica Alba shared several beach and swimsuit photos on Instagram. When it comes to working out, Alba tells Marie Claire that she likes to use fitness apps and videos to stay in shape. “I downloaded a few apps and I'll watch YouTube videos of different fitness folks. From Meghan King, Molly Mae-Hague and Tay Conti posing in bathing suits, to Kelly Rowland strutting in a cover-up, these celebs posted several revealing posts on Instagram. How do they stay so fit? 1. Gabriella Demetriades

Actor Gabriella Demetriades posted an Instagram video of her doing Pilates. "Some of the principles that guide the Pilates method include concentration on each movement, use of the abdomen and low back muscles, flowing movement patterns that are precise and a steady and controlled breathing. Depending on the exercise, Pilates routines can be performed on specially-designed apparatuses, including a bed-like structure called a reformer, or on a mat or blanket," says the Cleveland Clinic.

In an Instagram post, Conti wrote, “When I look in the mirror, I’m happy to see who I am and I’m proud of myself. If you like my career, great you can stay but if you don’t, just leave. One thing is for sure: HATERS WILL NOT TAKE MY HAPPINESS AWAY.”

3. Meghan King

Meghan.KingMeghan King/Instagram

Meghan King posted a “Thirst trap” on Instagram this week, where she posed in a white bathing suit. In 2019, King unfortunately learned that her son has a brain injury, and went through a divorce. Instead of letting this break her, she decided to change the way she approached eating and food. "This is the first time in my life I’ve counted calories and it’s in the opposite way most Americans do so," she wrote on her blog. "I eat breakfast every day. That’s easy. Lunch is hard because it’s an annoyance: a stop in the middle of the day when I’m on a roll. So when I eat lunch I really go for it – all the carbs and all the protein. I don’t snack – never have. Dinner can go either way. The kids are asleep so I have time to eat and I do but usually I’m not very hungry.”

4. Kelly Rowland

Singer Kelly Rowland posted a stunning video on Instagram of herself modeling a new swimsuit she bought. Rowland tells Health that she is no longer comparing her body to other women’s bodies, and this has helped her embrace herself. 6. Alessandra Ambrosio

Her solution is splurging on vacations, then eating clean when she comes back. “If I'm back in Brazil where everything is pasta- or bread-based—and so yummy—I'll eat whatever I want, then go back to lots of salads and chicken or fish with veg as soon as I'm back in L.A."

The Bachelorette star Jenn Tran sent reality fans into an uproar with a recent social media video. Tran, 26, shared a reel of herself wearing gray workout pants and a one-shoulder sports bra, posing by her pool when her ex Jonathon Johnson walks into the shot. “Guess we’ll never know,” she captioned the post. “OMG PLEASE GET MARRIED 😭💖🙏🏽,” a fan commented. Tran also announced she will be taking part in the new season of Dancing With the Stars—here’s how this bombshell stays fit and happy.

1. Gym Sessions

Tran stays active by hitting the gym and spending time in nature. She swears by Kate Somerville Hydrakate Illuminating Sunscreen SPF 50+ to keep her safe from the sun. "You can layer it on top of, or under makeup, and it kind of gives you a glow as well as protection from the sun," she told E! News.

2. Yes, That’s Her Hair

Tran feels strongly about transparency on social media. “Transparency on social media is so important, because I don’t want any fake beauty standards because of me,” she told Glamour. “Growing up that was tough too, seeing all these people and being like, “Why don’t I look like them?” It’s always important to be transparent about things. And with my hair, people aren’t exposed to a lot of South East Asian women and they don’t know that oftentimes we do have really long lush hair.”

3. Cosmetic Work

Tran is open about having cosmetic work done, telling fans she only just got lip fillers. “I’ve always wanted to get a little bit of lip filler, I’ve just never had the chance to,” she said in a TikTok video. “For me, I just really wanted to enhance the natural beauty in my face that I already have. I don’t want to look super done up. I’m really loving how they look so far. They will go down. They do hurt a little bit. This is all of my own hair, believe it or not. I need to get it cut but I’m gonna wait a couple weeks.”

4. The Bachelor Wardrobe

Tran says she regrets some of her wardrobe choices on The Bachelor. “There was a date where we were told it was going to be athletic, so I put on a tennis skirt because I thought we were going to play tennis,” she told E! News. “We were doing push-ups in the mud instead. So I regret wearing a tennis skirt!”

5. Asian Role Model

Jenn TranJenn Tran/Instagram

Tran is proud to be a role model. "I feel so so grateful and so honored to be the first Asian bachelorette in this franchise," she said. "Growing up, I've always wanted to see Asian representation on TV. And I feel like it was really sparse. Any time Asians were in the media, it was to fill a supporting character role, to fulfill some sort of stereotype, and I felt really boxed in by that because I was like, 'I don't see myself on screen. I don't see myself as a main character.'"

Get ready to hit the Malibu Sands Beach Resort in your best swimwear: It's time for a look at the amazing bodies from Saved By The Bell. True fans know the characters started on a series called Good Morning, Miss Bliss, which lasted for one season. It was then retooled, more characters were added, and it was renamed. That show aired on NBC for four seasons. A spinoff, The College Years, aired for one season, and followed some of the main characters at college. Two TV movies were also made—Hawaiian Style and Wedding In Vegas—which served as the show’s finale. Another spinoff, The New Class, followed a new set of characters. In 2020, the show was revived, with most of the main cast returning. Why does this show endure, and how do the stars look so good? Read on.

1. Tiffani Amber-Thiessen

Tiffani-Amber Thiessen played Kelly Kapowski on the original series, The College Years, and the 2020 revival. In addition to acting, she’s an avid chef. Thiessen even had her own show on the Cooking Channel, Dinner At Tiffani’s. “I grew up in a long line of women who love to cook,” Thiessen tells People. “I just kind of went right into it with them. As I’ve gotten older and I started traveling to other countries, my love of cooking just expanded.”

2. Ariela Barer

Ariela Barer played Chloe on season two of the revival show. She talked about having to deal with beauty standards with The Mary Sue. “We all have a very specific relationship to our appearances. I think as women, that’s definitely a thing, and men too. There’s a level of presentation to gender. There’s a performance of all of it and that’s something that’s shown in little details. We talk a lot about how Nico has time to put on all this make-up every day but that’s not unrealistic. She is someone who deals with having a mask and it’s kind of like war paint at a certain level. These looks get so intricate as stakes get so high because it is her warrior look and I think all of us have different relationships to make-up.”

3. Elizabeth Berkley

Elizabeth Berkley played Jessie Spano on the original series and its revival. She shared her favorite beauty product in an interview with Refinery29. “I am absolutely obsessed with a Senna Cosmetics tinted moisturizer called Barely Base — it gives the perfect coverage but allows your skin to breathe and reflect light. I use their cream blush called Coy every day and for special events; it creates a fresh, dewy glow.”

4. Mark-Paul Gosselaar

The Art of Elysium Celebrates Shanola HamptonMichael Bezjian/Getty Images

Mark-Paul Gosselaar played Zack Morris in the original show, The College Years, and in the 2020 revival. He talked about preparing for his role in the show Pitch to Vulture. “I went on a ketogenic diet. But a ketogenic diet, usually people use that to maintain or lose weight. For me to gain it, I had to eat more than normal, which consisted of eating a lot of meats and fats. Mo and I are kind of on the same diet and that’s probably, along with the training, one of the hardest things we have to do. Because it’s a constant effort.”

5. Mario Lopez

Mario Lopez played AC Slater on the original series, The College Years, and the 2020 revival. He has maintained his impressive physique since the show, and shared his secrets with Men’s Health. "I think your health should be a top priority, because if you don't have that, what does anything else matter,” he said. “I want to just be healthy and be around as long as I can, to be able to be there for my family. It's a lifestyle, really: it's allowed me to handle this insane schedule at my age, and to have a lot of energy, like right now I'm going from the gym to Access Daily. And that's a talk show, viewers want to see people who are happy and excited, and at the moment we have a lot of guests, so I can't be low energy."

6. Cheyenne Jackson

Cheyenne Jackson played the recurring role of Rene on the revival series. In an interview with GQ, Jackson revealed that he is working on his sleeping habits. “I have to be as disciplined with my sleep hygiene as I am with food and exercise,” he says. “I like it to be cool in the room and definitely like downtime before. I go to bed by ten, because I get up about 5.45am. The kids are in this new phase where they want to get up and watch the sunrise and it’s so cute and so sweet. And of course it’s always worth it, but they’re going to get up whether I’m asleep or not. So I have to get my ass to sleep.”

7. Bianca Lawson

Bianca Lawson played Megan Jones on the first two seasons of The New Class. She shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with Reflect Beauty. “I’m someone that needs to move my body for mental health. I’ve done some dance video workouts and I also have ‘The Mirror’, but I’ve been dying to get out of the house to exercise. I went for a hike yesterday and it was heaven to workout in nature!”

8. Alycia Pascual-Pena

Alycia Pascual-Pena played Aisha Garcia on the revival series. She talked about wanting to be a role model for other Latin girls to HOLA! “I just hope that when people watch our show-but especially Latinas and young Latinx girls- [they feel] empowered. I hope that people feel empowered and feel motivated to persevere amidst adversity. I think a common thread between both our characters is resilience through it all, we both are met with a different monsoon of obstacles at Bayside but really go after what we want even though that were met with discontent. And I think it‘s really beautiful to see this narrative centered around two powerful Latinas who are very distinctly different. You’ll learn through the friendship that Aisha and Daisy are these very different women but both always come home to each other and take so much pride in their culture and heritage. So I pray that people back home feel empowered and feel as if they have a voice and feel motivated to go after whatever it may be, even if they’re told that they’re not capable of it.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
