Post Baby Weight Loss

Sarah Jane claims to have lost over 17 pounds after wrapping The Block. "I had so much baby weight and it was driving me insane," she told Inspire Create Repeat. Sarah Jane claims that she lost weight due to the physical activity of the show, but indulging in unhealthy food after filming wrapped caused her to gain weight. "It felt like yo-yoing and I was never a yo-yoer. When I got home I thought, 'This is enough'," she said.

Sarah Jane says that friends turned her onto Isagenix shakes. "Someone got me onto Isagenix. It's a shake in the morning and then a snack, then I felt full and I was losing all this weight," she said.

No Exercise

Sarah Jane claims that her weight loss was not the result of working out. "I didn't exercise one bit, either. For people who hate exercise, this is the perfect diet. Hayden's happy if I'm happy, but he loves my new body. It's done wonders for us romantically. Our relationship is really good," she said.

Preventative Healthcare

Sarah Jane underwent a double mastectomy "because I'm a BRCA1 gene carrier, so I have the BRCA1 gene mutation," she revealed. "It means I have quite a high percentage, like an 85 per cent chance of developing breast cancer," she added. "My mum got breast cancer for the first time at 36, so really high chance of getting it while I'm still quite young."
