"The Challenge's" Kam Williams In Workout Gear Does "Pull-Ups"

Kam Williams has become one of MTV's brightest reality stars. She first got her start in 2017, when she appeared on season 5 of Are You The One? Her infectious personality led her to be invited to The Challenge: Vendettas, which aired the following year. There, she became known as "Killa Kam" or "Queen Kam", for her multiple elimination wins, and she met her future fiance, LeRoy Garrett, whom she has two kids with. Kam has been documenting her fitness journey on Instagram, calling it, "Journey To Killa Kam." Recently, she shared a video of herself doing pull-ups, which she hasn't done in years. How does she stay so fit? Here are 5 things that Kam Williams does to keep herself in shape.
She Does Pull-Ups
As you can see from her Instagram post, Kam is turning to pull-ups to keep herself in shape. She revealed in the caption that this exercise has been a goal of hers for a while. "I def haven't done a pull up since middle school, lol but this has been a long time goal & i hope it'll be easier than it looks.😩 Comment below any tips you have, your girl needs help getting to her goal."
She Runs
While on The Challenge, Kam did a lot of running. In a post on Instagram, she revealed that she ran a 5k race. "The other day I wanted to go for a run & when I kept trying to figure out when I could go for one I found myself making every excuse as to why I wouldn't be able to go on a run. Whether it was my hectic work life or busy schedule as a mom, there was always an excuse. I opened my phone, found a race, & signed up for a 5K to hold myself accountable. This run was so refreshing because my "Killa Kam" voice in my head pushed me the entire time & I was able to complete this run without stopping. My first running goals is complete, now moving forward I just have to beat my time, everytime until I ready my running goal 💪🏽🔥"
She Plays Pickleball
In another post in her "Journey To Killa Kam" series, Kam revealed that she loves playing pickleball. In the caption, she mentioned that there is a court near her house, which makes it easy for her. "Reunited with a long lost love so today's adventure was Pickleball! 🥎 🤍 I'm so glad we have a court out here in Michigan. It felt so good to get back to what I love & just have fun!" Kam also posted this reel of herself sharing her favorite outfit to wear on the court.
She Works Out At Home
With two kids and a successful career, Kam doesn't always have time to go to the gym. She shared some of her favorite at-home workouts in this Instagram post. In it, Kam is seen doing things like lunges and squats while her kids watched her. She even does exercises while picking them up. Kam captioned the post, "Working out at home with two kids? Yeah… it's a challenge.😅But I'm not letting that stop me. Some days it's chaotic, some days it's cute, but every day I show up is a win.👏🏽"
She Does Pilates
Pilates is another of Kam's go-to workouts. In this reel from her Instagram, she is seen taking a class, and indulging with her girlfriends. Kam talked about balancing working out and diet in the caption. "While I had a a full body workout for sure it's time to really develop a realistic/consistent weekly workout plan & diet! Giving myself another week or two to get it down & I'm sure those results will really start kicking in, in no time💪🏽🔥"
