If you need a little reminder today to move your body in ways you enjoy, let this be it!” How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? 1. Indoor Cycling

“I try to exercise every day - it’s good for my body but also good for my mental health,” Danielle revealed in an Instagram post. Her workout of choice? Indoor cycling, she revealed to Women’s Health. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
2. Foam Rollers and Stretching

Danielle understands the importance of stretching. She uses a foam roller post workout sessions, she revealed to Women’s Health. “My lower body can get really tight from indoor cycling. Foam rolling makes a difference,” she said. “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”
3. Resistance Bands

Danielle is a big fan of resistance bands, which she can just toss in her bag. “They’re great for traveling—you don’t need a gym!” she told Women’s Health.
4. Walking
“POV: Nature is your therapy 🌱 Nothing refreshes me quite like a hike in nature with friends,” Danielle captioned a post. “You will never regret taking the time out of your busy day to take a walk and stop to smell the flowers,” she added in the video.
5. Pilates
Danielle recently got back into Pilates, a great workout with many benefits, according to the Mayo Clinic. It “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
